Hrvatske ceste umalo su obmanule javnost, no vrlo brzo su uhvaćene u laži te su sada suočene ne samo s privatnom tužbom, nego i s institucionalnim prijavama.

Nakon što je u Omišu, ispod novoga mosta iznad Cetine, veća količina vode i kamenja zasula automobil jedne Omišanke te nakon što je javnost saznala za taj slučaj, Hrvatske ceste priopćile su kako na njima, kao investitorima i mosta i cijele omiške obilaznice koju grade već dvadeset godina, ne leži nikakva odgovornost. Za sve je, rekoše, kriva majka priroda, odnosno odron stijena ispod mosta na koji nije moguće utjecati. Iako oni čine sve da ga spriječe.

"Mi smo u više navrata i kontinuirano vršili radove zaštite. Pa smo tako i dodatno u sklopu projekta izgradnje mosta Cetina izvodili iste. Naime, donja cesta se po projektu ne štiti od odrona, nego nova, gornja cesta odnosno most. Unatoč tome, po postojećem ugovoru smo proširili kompletnu zaštitu odrona šire od ceste na splitskoj strani, iznad DC70", kazali su, među ostalim, za portal Dalmacija Danas čelnici Hrvatskih cesta.

Ukratko, za ono što se dogodilo gospođi iz Omiša, a dogodilo se da je imala tek puku sreću u nimalo slučajnoj nesreći, kriva je stara donja cesta, a ne njihova nova gornja.

I na tome bi sve ostalo da se u slučaj nije uključila i policija. I da gospođi iz Omiša, a radi se o Dolores Filipović, predsjednici Mjesnog odbora Zakučac, nije već odavno puna kapa i mosta i odrona i obilaznice.

Nisu zaustavili promet

– Prolazeći ispod mosta, i to novim autom, kupljenim prije desetak dana, doslovno me zalio slap vode, a s njom su padali i kamenje i šljunak. Kamen mi je razbio šoferšajbu, a na haubi su nastala oštećenja od kamenčića – govori Dolores Filipović.

Odmah joj je, veli, bilo jasno kako nije riječ o odronu, koliko god ta dionica bila poznata upravo po odronima, nego o ljudskom faktoru.

– Nema dileme da je u pitanju nemar. Prali su, pretpostavljam, tunel i nisu zaustavili promet ispod mosta. Hrvatske ceste zbog toga moraju odgovarati – tvrdi Omišanka.

Policija se slaže. Štoviše, iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske otkrivaju kako se istoga dana pod istim okolnostima dogodila još jedna nesreća.

"Opisani događaj smo evidentirali 18. ožujka 2024. godine. Utvrđeno je da su se na kolniku državne ceste D 70 na opisani način toga dana dogodile dvije prometne nesreće i da su nastala oštećenja na dva vozila. Provedenim mjerama i radnjama utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su odgovorne osobe tvrtke i tvrtka koja je toga dana obavljala ispitivanje hidrantske mreže ostvarili obilježja prekršaja iz čl.6 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama radi čega će biti prekršajno sankcionirani sukladno Prekršajnom zakonu", nedvosmisleno poručuju iz splitske policije.

Dakle, nikakav odron nije se dogodio 18. ožujka 2024. godine, nego ispitivanje hidrantske mreže. I prava je sreća što su voda i stijene pale na automobile, a ne na ljude, koji tuda, bez obzira na to što je pješacima zabranjeno kretanje ispod mosta, svakodnevno prolaze, jer drugog puta od Omiša do Zakučca i obratno naprosto nemaju.

Hrvatske ceste nakon sve peru ruke. Očekivano. Kad dobiješ po prstima, to je jedino što ti preostaje.

"Poštovani, u pogledu vašeg pitanja, za gradilište mosta Cetina, sve do preuzimanja objekta od strane Hrvatskih cesta, nadležan je izvođač radova tvrtka Strabag", pišu nam Hrvatske ceste.

‘Pitajte Policijsku upravu‘

Strabag je kriv. U HC-u ni o čemu pojma nisu imali. A zašto su onda obavijestili javnost da je riječ o odronu?

"Hrvatske ceste nisu bile upoznate s predmetnom situacijom prilikom prvog upita zaprimljenog predvečer u utorak, 19. 3., te su time u tom trenutku u odgovoru istaknule kako se pretpostavlja da je riječ o odronu tijekom oborina i da će se sve provjeriti, ali i da upućuju da se upit pošalje nadležnoj policijskoj upravi budući je zasigurno napravljen očevid, a u cilju ispravnih i relevantnih informacija", pojašnjavaju u HC-u.

Također, odmah su po saznanju o prometnim nesrećama i rezultatima očevida zatražile očitovanje izvođača i koordinatora zaštite na radu nadzora.

Eto. A mi mislili da lažu. I da su htjeli zataškati nesreću. Obmanuti javnost.

Hrvatske ceste umalo su obmanule javnost, no vrlo brzo su uhvaćene u laži te su sada suočene ne samo s privatnom tužbom, nego i s institucionalnim prijavama.

Nakon što je u Omišu, ispod novoga mosta iznad Cetine, veća količina vode i kamenja zasula automobil jedne Omišanke te nakon što je javnost saznala za taj slučaj, Hrvatske ceste priopćile su kako na njima, kao investitorima i mosta i cijele omiške obilaznice koju grade već dvadeset godina, ne leži nikakva odgovornost. Za sve je, rekoše, kriva majka priroda, odnosno odron stijena ispod mosta na koji nije moguće utjecati. Iako oni čine sve da ga spriječe.

"Mi smo u više navrata i kontinuirano vršili radove zaštite. Pa smo tako i dodatno u sklopu projekta izgradnje mosta Cetina izvodili iste. Naime, donja cesta se po projektu ne štiti od odrona, nego nova, gornja cesta odnosno most. Unatoč tome, po postojećem ugovoru smo proširili kompletnu zaštitu odrona šire od ceste na splitskoj strani, iznad DC70", kazali su, među ostalim, za portal Dalmacija Danas čelnici Hrvatskih cesta.

Ukratko, za ono što se dogodilo gospođi iz Omiša, a dogodilo se da je imala tek puku sreću u nimalo slučajnoj nesreći, kriva je stara donja cesta, a ne njihova nova gornja.

I na tome bi sve ostalo da se u slučaj nije uključila i policija. I da gospođi iz Omiša, a radi se o Dolores Filipović, predsjednici Mjesnog odbora Zakučac, nije već odavno puna kapa i mosta i odrona i obilaznice.

Nisu zaustavili promet

– Prolazeći ispod mosta, i to novim autom, kupljenim prije desetak dana, doslovno me zalio slap vode, a s njom su padali i kamenje i šljunak. Kamen mi je razbio šoferšajbu, a na haubi su nastala oštećenja od kamenčića – govori Dolores Filipović.

Odmah joj je, veli, bilo jasno kako nije riječ o odronu, koliko god ta dionica bila poznata upravo po odronima, nego o ljudskom faktoru.

– Nema dileme da je u pitanju nemar. Prali su, pretpostavljam, tunel i nisu zaustavili promet ispod mosta. Hrvatske ceste zbog toga moraju odgovarati – tvrdi Omišanka.

Policija se slaže. Štoviše, iz Policijske uprave splitsko-dalmatinske otkrivaju kako se istoga dana pod istim okolnostima dogodila još jedna nesreća.

"Opisani događaj smo evidentirali 18. ožujka 2024. godine. Utvrđeno je da su se na kolniku državne ceste D 70 na opisani način toga dana dogodile dvije prometne nesreće i da su nastala oštećenja na dva vozila. Provedenim mjerama i radnjama utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su odgovorne osobe tvrtke i tvrtka koja je toga dana obavljala ispitivanje hidrantske mreže ostvarili obilježja prekršaja iz čl.6 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama radi čega će biti prekršajno sankcionirani sukladno Prekršajnom zakonu", nedvosmisleno poručuju iz splitske policije.

Dakle, nikakav odron nije se dogodio 18. ožujka 2024. godine, nego ispitivanje hidrantske mreže. I prava je sreća što su voda i stijene pale na automobile, a ne na ljude, koji tuda, bez obzira na to što je pješacima zabranjeno kretanje ispod mosta, svakodnevno prolaze, jer drugog puta od Omiša do Zakučca i obratno naprosto nemaju.

Hrvatske ceste nakon sve peru ruke. Očekivano. Kad dobiješ po prstima, to je jedino što ti preostaje.

"Poštovani, u pogledu vašeg pitanja, za gradilište mosta Cetina, sve do preuzimanja objekta od strane Hrvatskih cesta, nadležan je izvođač radova tvrtka Strabag", pišu nam Hrvatske ceste.

‘Pitajte Policijsku upravu‘

Strabag je kriv. U HC-u ni o čemu pojma nisu imali. A zašto su onda obavijestili javnost da je riječ o odronu?

"Hrvatske ceste nisu bile upoznate s predmetnom situacijom prilikom prvog upita zaprimljenog predvečer u utorak, 19. 3., te su time u tom trenutku u odgovoru istaknule kako se pretpostavlja da je riječ o odronu tijekom oborina i da će se sve provjeriti, ali i da upućuju da se upit pošalje nadležnoj policijskoj upravi budući je zasigurno napravljen očevid, a u cilju ispravnih i relevantnih informacija", pojašnjavaju u HC-u.

Također, odmah su po saznanju o prometnim nesrećama i rezultatima očevida zatražile očitovanje izvođača i koordinatora zaštite na radu nadzora.

Eto. A mi mislili da lažu. I da su htjeli zataškati nesreću. Obmanuti javnost.
