Za kuću Sandri smo u postupku ishođenja potrebnih dozvola za rekonstrukciju, pa kada to bude uspješno dovršeno moći će se pristupiti radovima – izjavio je u svibnju Anto Rusković, sada već bivši čelnik dubrovačke tvrtke "Excelsa nekretnina".
Sedam mjeseci kasnije, odluka više ne vrijedi, a secesijsko zdanje s početka 20. stoljeća, smješteno između gorostasnih novogradnji u Ulici Hrvatskog crvenog križa, nedaleko od luke Gruž, ide na prodaju za 600 tisuća eura.

Iako su iz "Excelsa nekretnina" i prije pandemije redovito najavljivali kako će se kuća Sandri koju su stekli 2008., izvana obnoviti u njezinu izvornom stilu industrijske secesije, te potvrđivali da završeni restauratorski istražni radovi za utvrđivanje izvorne boje pročelja, vila sad traži novog vlasnika.
U povijest tako odlazi i priča o tome kako bi kuća Sandri mogla poslužiti kao svojevrsna recepcija za goste Dubrovnika, pa i informacijska točka, prvenstveno za putnike koji dolaze brodovima u Gruž.

Zdanje preko puta zgrade "Grawe osiguranja" izgrađeno je u stilu industrijske secesije, istom onom u kojem su izgrađene danas porušene upravne zgrade Dubrovačke električne željeznice u sklopu remize ili upravne zgrade Prvog dalmatinskog industrijskog poduzeća iliti nekadašnjeg "Radeljevića" i bivše Tvornice boja i lakova "Astra Dubravka".
U vlasničkom listu i dalje je vidljiva zabilježba da spomenuta nekretnina im a svojstvo kulturnog dobra. Cjelokupno zemljište zauzima površinu od 505 četvornih metara, dok sama kuća ima 121 kvadrat, što govori da se za kvadrat parcele traži oko 1200 eura.
Za službenu potvrdu informacije o prodaji upitali smo Upravu tvrtke "Excelsa nekretnine" i čekamo njihov odgovor.
Podsjetimo, spomenuta kompanija nastala je prije 16 godina podjelom turističke agencije "Atlas", a u vlasništvu je "Grupacije Lukšić", poslovnog carstva s imovinom na brojnim svjetskim lokacijama čija se vrijednost procjenjuje na 12,5 milijardi dolara, što ih nakon poslovnog kraha klana Todorić čini najbogatijim Hrvatima.
Utemeljitelj tvrtke bio je Androniko Lukšić, danas pokojni čileanski Hrvat, sin imigranata s otoka Brača, a iza kompanije danas stoji njegov unuk, 39-godišnji Davor Lukšić Lederer.
U njihovu su vlasništvu turistički kompleks "Plava Laguna" u Poreču, zatim "Jadranski luksuzni hoteli", koji uključuju, među ostalim, i tri dubrovačka hotela s pet zvjezdica. U portfelju obitelji Lukšić su 22 hotela, kampovi, apartmani i brojne druge turističke nekretnine, poput luksuznih vila "Agava" i "Šeherezada".

Sedam mjeseci kasnije, odluka više ne vrijedi, a secesijsko zdanje s početka 20. stoljeća, smješteno između gorostasnih novogradnji u Ulici Hrvatskog crvenog križa, nedaleko od luke Gruž, ide na prodaju za 600 tisuća eura.

Iako su iz "Excelsa nekretnina" i prije pandemije redovito najavljivali kako će se kuća Sandri koju su stekli 2008., izvana obnoviti u njezinu izvornom stilu industrijske secesije, te potvrđivali da završeni restauratorski istražni radovi za utvrđivanje izvorne boje pročelja, vila sad traži novog vlasnika.
U povijest tako odlazi i priča o tome kako bi kuća Sandri mogla poslužiti kao svojevrsna recepcija za goste Dubrovnika, pa i informacijska točka, prvenstveno za putnike koji dolaze brodovima u Gruž.

Zdanje preko puta zgrade "Grawe osiguranja" izgrađeno je u stilu industrijske secesije, istom onom u kojem su izgrađene danas porušene upravne zgrade Dubrovačke električne željeznice u sklopu remize ili upravne zgrade Prvog dalmatinskog industrijskog poduzeća iliti nekadašnjeg "Radeljevića" i bivše Tvornice boja i lakova "Astra Dubravka".
U vlasničkom listu i dalje je vidljiva zabilježba da spomenuta nekretnina im a svojstvo kulturnog dobra. Cjelokupno zemljište zauzima površinu od 505 četvornih metara, dok sama kuća ima 121 kvadrat, što govori da se za kvadrat parcele traži oko 1200 eura.
Za službenu potvrdu informacije o prodaji upitali smo Upravu tvrtke "Excelsa nekretnine" i čekamo njihov odgovor.
Podsjetimo, spomenuta kompanija nastala je prije 16 godina podjelom turističke agencije "Atlas", a u vlasništvu je "Grupacije Lukšić", poslovnog carstva s imovinom na brojnim svjetskim lokacijama čija se vrijednost procjenjuje na 12,5 milijardi dolara, što ih nakon poslovnog kraha klana Todorić čini najbogatijim Hrvatima.
Utemeljitelj tvrtke bio je Androniko Lukšić, danas pokojni čileanski Hrvat, sin imigranata s otoka Brača, a iza kompanije danas stoji njegov unuk, 39-godišnji Davor Lukšić Lederer.
U njihovu su vlasništvu turistički kompleks "Plava Laguna" u Poreču, zatim "Jadranski luksuzni hoteli", koji uključuju, među ostalim, i tri dubrovačka hotela s pet zvjezdica. U portfelju obitelji Lukšić su 22 hotela, kampovi, apartmani i brojne druge turističke nekretnine, poput luksuznih vila "Agava" i "Šeherezada".
