Stipe Jakus, poduzetnik iz Marine, koji je već dobio epitet "serijskog skidača sigurnosnih ograda sa državne ceste", budući da je na potezu od Marine prema Segetu Vranjici, već dvaput imao "operaciju skalavanja" metalnih odbojnika kako bi pristupio zemljištu, opet je bio u akciji.

I kako nam kaže: ovo mu je zadnje što će uzimati u ruke državnu imovinu za svoje potrebe. Naime, prvi evidentirani slučaj od prije dvije godine, o čemu smo pisali OVDJE, bio je kada je na državnoj parceli, na pomorskom dobru uređivao teren za sebe, pa mu je smetala zaštitna ograda na Jadranskoj magistrali.

Prije nekoliko dana imali smo "najfriškiji" slučaj kada je realizirao pristup svojem zemljištu na opasnom zavoju državne prometnice u nedalekim Poljicima.

- Evo, skinuti ću ogradu sa Jadranske magistrale, na okuci kod Poljica da mogu bager izbaciti van sa zemljišta. Poravnali smo sve, sad će bager izaći sa zemlje, skinija san i onu zemljanu rampu koju smo nasuli zbog visinske razlike zemljišta i izlaza na cestu.

Sad ću samo par minuta skalati ogradu, bager ćemo izvesti i opet ću vratiti sve na staro misto. I ogradu. Nemojte više pisati da skalajen – u jednom dahu kazao je Jakus, kojeg su "Hrvatske ceste" (HC) prijavile i uputile prekršajni nalog tražeći povratak u prvobitno stanje zaštitne ograde na Magistrali.

Bivši vlasnik tvrtke "Žuti-kop" sada je u turističkom biznisu, a "po potrebi" je skidao zaštitnu ogradu s javne prometnice i zaustavljao promet te je preko pune crte na svoju parcelu uvozio tešku mehanizaciju kako bi izravnao teren na 3000 četvornih metara koji nema pristup s državne ceste.

Nakon intervencija HC-a i naloga tvrtki "Županijske ceste Split" da postave nove ograde na dijelu na kojim ih nije bilo, a čiju je "prazninu" koristio Jakus za prolaz kamiona, bagera, "labudica"...,. poznati poduzetnik je treći put otišao i korak dalje te je sam skinuo ogradu.

Očevid je obavila i policija, predmet "skidača" cestovne sigurnosne prepreke je proslijeđen na postupanje, no vlasnik "Žutog-kopa" je ponovno neovlašteno "upravljao" javnom imovinom. I javio se nama:

- Nemojte više pisati, jer ću ovo napraviti zadnji put. Samo da mi bager izađe na cestu, Vraćan ogradu na misto, to je par minuta i više neću nikad.

Jakus tvrdi kako će sada "strpljivo čekati rješenje dokumentacije da mu se odobri i realizira treći, dodatni prometni trak" na državnoj cesti kako bi mogao neometano, bez ugroze sigurnosti prometa, pristupiti svom zemljištu i s Magistrale, a ne samo uskim putem od strane mora. Bit će i to zanimljivo vidjeti, jer takav, možemo slobodno reći privilegij, nemaju ni puno jači "igrači" na dijelu državne prometnice od Segeta Vranjice, pa sve do Rogoznice.

Kako doznajemo s terena, poduzetnik je sve najavljeno i obavio, bager je izvučen, ograda je vraćena, a sada ćemo vidjeti i je li to stvarno zadnji put da skida odbojnik bez ikakvih dozvola i privremene regulacije prometa, i što je najvažnije: bez znanja vlasnika te ceste i ograde, odnosno državne tvrtke koja upravlja tim prometnim koridorom.

Kada Jakusova teška mehanizacija ulazi na parcelu i izlazi s nje na nepregledan zavoj, ova sigurnosna ograda ‘nestane‘ na nekoliko sati

Stipe Jakus, poduzetnik iz Marine, koji je već dobio epitet "serijskog skidača sigurnosnih ograda sa državne ceste", budući da je na potezu od Marine prema Segetu Vranjici, već dvaput imao "operaciju skalavanja" metalnih odbojnika kako bi pristupio zemljištu, opet je bio u akciji.

I kako nam kaže: ovo mu je zadnje što će uzimati u ruke državnu imovinu za svoje potrebe. Naime, prvi evidentirani slučaj od prije dvije godine, o čemu smo pisali OVDJE, bio je kada je na državnoj parceli, na pomorskom dobru uređivao teren za sebe, pa mu je smetala zaštitna ograda na Jadranskoj magistrali.

Prije nekoliko dana imali smo "najfriškiji" slučaj kada je realizirao pristup svojem zemljištu na opasnom zavoju državne prometnice u nedalekim Poljicima.

- Evo, skinuti ću ogradu sa Jadranske magistrale, na okuci kod Poljica da mogu bager izbaciti van sa zemljišta. Poravnali smo sve, sad će bager izaći sa zemlje, skinija san i onu zemljanu rampu koju smo nasuli zbog visinske razlike zemljišta i izlaza na cestu.

Sad ću samo par minuta skalati ogradu, bager ćemo izvesti i opet ću vratiti sve na staro misto. I ogradu. Nemojte više pisati da skalajen – u jednom dahu kazao je Jakus, kojeg su "Hrvatske ceste" (HC) prijavile i uputile prekršajni nalog tražeći povratak u prvobitno stanje zaštitne ograde na Magistrali.

Bivši vlasnik tvrtke "Žuti-kop" sada je u turističkom biznisu, a "po potrebi" je skidao zaštitnu ogradu s javne prometnice i zaustavljao promet te je preko pune crte na svoju parcelu uvozio tešku mehanizaciju kako bi izravnao teren na 3000 četvornih metara koji nema pristup s državne ceste.

Nakon intervencija HC-a i naloga tvrtki "Županijske ceste Split" da postave nove ograde na dijelu na kojim ih nije bilo, a čiju je "prazninu" koristio Jakus za prolaz kamiona, bagera, "labudica"...,. poznati poduzetnik je treći put otišao i korak dalje te je sam skinuo ogradu.

Očevid je obavila i policija, predmet "skidača" cestovne sigurnosne prepreke je proslijeđen na postupanje, no vlasnik "Žutog-kopa" je ponovno neovlašteno "upravljao" javnom imovinom. I javio se nama:

- Nemojte više pisati, jer ću ovo napraviti zadnji put. Samo da mi bager izađe na cestu, Vraćan ogradu na misto, to je par minuta i više neću nikad.

Jakus tvrdi kako će sada "strpljivo čekati rješenje dokumentacije da mu se odobri i realizira treći, dodatni prometni trak" na državnoj cesti kako bi mogao neometano, bez ugroze sigurnosti prometa, pristupiti svom zemljištu i s Magistrale, a ne samo uskim putem od strane mora. Bit će i to zanimljivo vidjeti, jer takav, možemo slobodno reći privilegij, nemaju ni puno jači "igrači" na dijelu državne prometnice od Segeta Vranjice, pa sve do Rogoznice.

Kako doznajemo s terena, poduzetnik je sve najavljeno i obavio, bager je izvučen, ograda je vraćena, a sada ćemo vidjeti i je li to stvarno zadnji put da skida odbojnik bez ikakvih dozvola i privremene regulacije prometa, i što je najvažnije: bez znanja vlasnika te ceste i ograde, odnosno državne tvrtke koja upravlja tim prometnim koridorom.
