Tvrtka "Mepas" sa sjedištem u Širokom Brijegu (BiH), u vlasništvu obitelji poduzetnika Mirka Grbešića koji je preminuo prije godinu dana, danas je i službeno počela postupak potpunog preuzimanja splitskog "Brodomerkura".

Ključni korak prema tome bila je nedavna kupnja dodatnih gotovo četiri posto dionica trgovačke kompanije, čime je aktualni vlasnik prešao granicu od 95 posto vrijednosnica (96,17 posto) nakon kojih ima zakonsku obvezu objavljivanja ponude za preuzimanje ciljane tvrtke, u ovom slučaju "Brodomerkura". Zbog toga je i na Zagrebačkoj burzi skočila vrijednost dionica splitske tvrtke na razinu od 85 eura.

Ukupni kapital splitske tvrtke iznosi 25 milijuna eura, a najvrijednija nekretnina im je prodajni centar u Dujmovači gdje se već nekoliko godina, nakon što je Sveučilištu prodana velika poslovna zgrade na Poljičkoj cesti, nalazi sjedište poduzeća koje ima oko 150 radnika.

"Mepas" će u ovoj transakciji morati "istisnuti" i velike igrače koji drže udjele u "Brodomerkuru", poput tvrtke "Agram Invest" (1,45 posto dionica) koja je dio portfelja moćnog poduzetnika Dubravka Grgića, vlasnika niza osiguravateljskih kuća, banaka i nekretninskih firmi, te svepristunog Nenada Bakića (0,38 posto dionica).

Sve donedavno se spekuliralo da bi hercegovačka obitelj, koja inače drži i bjelovarsku tvornicu keksa "Koestlin", te osječke renomirane tvrtke "Saponia" i "Kandit", nakon gotovo dva desetljeća mogla prodati "Brodomerkur", pri čemu se kao jedan nod potencijalnih kupaca spominjao trgovački lanac "Pevex".

Splitska kompanija lani je "poduplala" prihode u odnosu na 2021. i dovela ih do razine od gotovo 60 milijuna eura, ali je, objektivno, daleko od statusa nekoć jedne od najmoćnijih firmi u Splitu i cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Tvrtka "Mepas" sa sjedištem u Širokom Brijegu (BiH), u vlasništvu obitelji poduzetnika Mirka Grbešića koji je preminuo prije godinu dana, danas je i službeno počela postupak potpunog preuzimanja splitskog "Brodomerkura".

Ključni korak prema tome bila je nedavna kupnja dodatnih gotovo četiri posto dionica trgovačke kompanije, čime je aktualni vlasnik prešao granicu od 95 posto vrijednosnica (96,17 posto) nakon kojih ima zakonsku obvezu objavljivanja ponude za preuzimanje ciljane tvrtke, u ovom slučaju "Brodomerkura". Zbog toga je i na Zagrebačkoj burzi skočila vrijednost dionica splitske tvrtke na razinu od 85 eura.

Ukupni kapital splitske tvrtke iznosi 25 milijuna eura, a najvrijednija nekretnina im je prodajni centar u Dujmovači gdje se već nekoliko godina, nakon što je Sveučilištu prodana velika poslovna zgrade na Poljičkoj cesti, nalazi sjedište poduzeća koje ima oko 150 radnika.

"Mepas" će u ovoj transakciji morati "istisnuti" i velike igrače koji drže udjele u "Brodomerkuru", poput tvrtke "Agram Invest" (1,45 posto dionica) koja je dio portfelja moćnog poduzetnika Dubravka Grgića, vlasnika niza osiguravateljskih kuća, banaka i nekretninskih firmi, te svepristunog Nenada Bakića (0,38 posto dionica).

Splitska kompanija lani je "poduplala" prihode u odnosu na 2021. i dovela ih do razine od gotovo 60 milijuna eura, ali je, objektivno, daleko od statusa nekoć jedne od najmoćnijih firmi u Splitu i cijeloj Dalmaciji.

Moćna hercegovačka obitelj kreće u preuzimanje kultne dalmatinske tvrtke, na tom putu morat će izgurati velike igrače!

Tvrtka "Mepas" sa sjedištem u Širokom Brijegu (BiH), u vlasništvu obitelji poduzetnika Mirka Grbešića koji je preminuo prije godinu dana, danas je i službeno počela postupak potpunog preuzimanja splitskog "Brodomerkura".

Ključni korak prema tome bila je nedavna kupnja dodatnih gotovo četiri posto dionica trgovačke kompanije, čime je aktualni vlasnik prešao granicu od 95 posto vrijednosnica (96,17 posto) nakon kojih ima zakonsku obvezu objavljivanja ponude za preuzimanje ciljane tvrtke, u ovom slučaju "Brodomerkura". Zbog toga je i na Zagrebačkoj burzi skočila vrijednost dionica splitske tvrtke na razinu od 85 eura.

Ukupni kapital splitske tvrtke iznosi 25 milijuna eura, a najvrijednija nekretnina im je prodajni centar u Dujmovači gdje se već nekoliko godina, nakon što je Sveučilištu prodana velika poslovna zgrade na Poljičkoj cesti, nalazi sjedište poduzeća koje ima oko 150 radnika.

"Mepas" će u ovoj transakciji morati "istisnuti" i velike igrače koji drže udjele u "Brodomerkuru", poput tvrtke "Agram Invest" (1,45 posto dionica) koja je dio portfelja moćnog poduzetnika Dubravka Grgića, vlasnika niza osiguravateljskih kuća, banaka i nekretninskih firmi, te svepristunog Nenada Bakića (0,38 posto dionica).
