Nakon teksta o ‘’statusu quo’’ 11 bivših odmarališta na području općine Gradac i jednog u Igranima, a koja su za vrijeme bivše Jugoslavije bila u vlasništvu tvrtki iz Bosne i Hercegovine i Srbije i koja danas zjape derutna i prazna te nad svima njima vrijedi uredba o zabrani raspolaganja imovinom, oglasilo se Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Naime, kako nam je rekao grački načelnik Matko Burić, vrijeme je da se napokon nakon 32 godine riješi status odmarališta na području općine Gradac i neka ih država ili vrati vlasnicima ili raspiše natječaj za zakup u hotele pa će veliki broj ljudi biti zaposlen. Inače, natječaje za zakup odmarališta na rok od 30 godina nekadašnje Ministarstvo državne imovine raspisalo je 10. studenoga 2018. godine, a za ukupno 15 nekretnina, od kojih su tri na Rabu, u Slanom i Biogradu na Moru, pristigle su 362 ponude.

Kako nam kazuju u Ministarstvu prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine, interes na predmetni javni poziv tadašnjeg Ministarstva državne imovine bio je velik te su sklopljeni ugovori sa zakupoprimcima u odnosu na svih 15 nekretnina.

Splet nesretnih okolnosti

- Nažalost, zbog spleta nesretnih okolnosti, a prije svega zbog pandemije koronavirusa, investitori su zapali u probleme i velik dio sklopljenih ugovora je raskinut (na snazi su još dva ugovora). Pritom je važno naglasiti da je Ministarstvo izišlo u susret investitorima na način da je svima produljen rok za dovođenje nekretnina namjeni na dodatnih godinu dana upravo zbog pandemije koronavirusa i problema koje je izazvala.

Međutim, ni taj potez nije bio dovoljan da bi ugovori ostali na snazi. Slijedom navedenog, javni poziv nije bio poništen, već su po njemu sklopljeni ugovori koji su u pravilu kasnije raskinuti zbog okolnosti na koje nitko nije mogao utjecati - kazuju iz Ministarstva, uz napomenu da imaju u planu objavljivati nove pozive na 30-godišnji zakup nekretnina, odnosno do bilateralnog rješavanja sukcesijske imovine.

Nakon teksta o ‘’statusu quo’’ 11 bivših odmarališta na području općine Gradac i jednog u Igranima, a koja su za vrijeme bivše Jugoslavije bila u vlasništvu tvrtki iz Bosne i Hercegovine i Srbije i koja danas zjape derutna i prazna te nad svima njima vrijedi uredba o zabrani raspolaganja imovinom, oglasilo se Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.

Naime, kako nam je rekao grački načelnik Matko Burić, vrijeme je da se napokon nakon 32 godine riješi status odmarališta na području općine Gradac i neka ih država ili vrati vlasnicima ili raspiše natječaj za zakup u hotele pa će veliki broj ljudi biti zaposlen. Inače, natječaje za zakup odmarališta na rok od 30 godina nekadašnje Ministarstvo državne imovine raspisalo je 10. studenoga 2018. godine, a za ukupno 15 nekretnina, od kojih su tri na Rabu, u Slanom i Biogradu na Moru, pristigle su 362 ponude.

Kako nam kazuju u Ministarstvu prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine, interes na predmetni javni poziv tadašnjeg Ministarstva državne imovine bio je velik te su sklopljeni ugovori sa zakupoprimcima u odnosu na svih 15 nekretnina.

Splet nesretnih okolnosti

- Nažalost, zbog spleta nesretnih okolnosti, a prije svega zbog pandemije koronavirusa, investitori su zapali u probleme i velik dio sklopljenih ugovora je raskinut (na snazi su još dva ugovora). Pritom je važno naglasiti da je Ministarstvo izišlo u susret investitorima na način da je svima produljen rok za dovođenje nekretnina namjeni na dodatnih godinu dana upravo zbog pandemije koronavirusa i problema koje je izazvala.

Međutim, ni taj potez nije bio dovoljan da bi ugovori ostali na snazi. Slijedom navedenog, javni poziv nije bio poništen, već su po njemu sklopljeni ugovori koji su u pravilu kasnije raskinuti zbog okolnosti na koje nitko nije mogao utjecati - kazuju iz Ministarstva, uz napomenu da imaju u planu objavljivati nove pozive na 30-godišnji zakup nekretnina, odnosno do bilateralnog rješavanja sukcesijske imovine.

Nakon teksta o ‘’statusu quo’’ 11 bivših odmarališta na području općine Gradac i jednog u Igranima, a koja su za vrijeme bivše Jugoslavije bila u vlasništvu tvrtki iz Bosne i Hercegovine i Srbije i koja danas zjape derutna i prazna te nad svima njima vrijedi uredba o zabrani raspolaganja imovinom, oglasilo se Ministarstvo prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine.
