U Zvonimirovoj ulici, glavnoj solinskoj promenadi, dovršavaju se radovi na stambeno-poslovnoj zgradi čija je investitorica Mara Sapunar, supruga Petroslava Sapunara, bivšeg dugogodišnjeg predsjednika Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske i aktualnog HGS-ova regionalnog vijećnika, te sestra poduzetnika Željka Keruma, nekadašnjeg splitskoga gradonačelnika.
Višekatnica je podignuta na dijelu zemljišta od ukupno 751 četvornog metra, te je naslonjena na obiteljsku kuće Sapunarovih, a na uličnom pročelju još uvijek skrivenom skelama i raslinjem vidljivi su i ukrasni detalji poput kolonada i krovom natkrivenog balkona.
Projekt Kerumove mlađe sestre, koja je u javnosti znatno samozatajnija od one starije, Nevenke Bečić, bivše predsjednice Gradskog vijeća Splita i današnje županijske vijećnice, ni po čemu se ne bi izdvajao od niza sličnih uz Jadro da Sapunarovi ne grade na mjestu gdje je do rušenja početkom 2021. godine stajala rodna (kamena) kuća don Lovre Katića, solinskog svećenika, povjesničara i pisca o čemu je naša kolegica Mia Sesartić pisala OVDJE.

Građanima je svakako zanimljiv i prethodni vlasnik uklonjenog objekta od 304 kvadrata, jer je riječ je o - Željku Kerumu. On je svojoj sestri Mari prije 12 godina darovao kuću Katić s pripadajućim okolnim terenom, a u zemljišnim knjigama vidljivo je da je upravo spomenute nekretnine još 2008. opteretio hipotekom za kredit od gotovo 2,5 milijuna eura.
Zagrebačka banka kao Kerumov kreditor je u ožujku 2019. posredstvom suda pokrenula ovrhu kuće, da bi samo šest mjeseci kasnije svoja potraživanja prodala švicarskoj tvrtki "DDM Invest III", specijaliziranoj za "utjerivanje dugova". Bankovna hipoteka u konačnici je brisana, i to početkom studenoga 2020. godine.

Prije dvadesetak godina, kada je stara kuća Katić s pripadajućom parcelom u zaštićenoj jezgri i arheološkoj zoni, prodavana od strane tadašnjih vlasnika, Grad Solin ju je mogao otkupiti, o čemu je pisala i naša medijska kuća, ali tadašnja HDZ-ova lokalna vlast, nažalost, nije to učinila.
U zemljišnim knjigama vidljivo je da je kuća bila zaštićena kao kulturno dobro još od ožujka 1970. godine, a od 1972. je pod zaštitom konzervatora kao dio znatno šire urbane cjeline kulturno-povijesne jezgre Solina, što je vidljivo i u posljednjim izmjenama Generalnog urbanističkog plana.
Budući da nam je prije gotovo dvije i pol godine, nakon rušenja kuće Katić, najavljeno da će na fasadu novogradnje biti postavljena/vraćena spomen ploča koja je stajala na uklonjenom objektu, bit će zanimljivo vidjeti hoće li Ulicu kralja Zvonimira ponovno krasiti ovaj natpis, premda će njegov početak iz aktualne persepktive izgledati tragikomično:
"U ovoj kući rodio se hrvatski povjesničar don Lovre Katić, o stotoj obljetnici rođenja ovu ploču postavlja narod Solina i Splita, 28. listopada 1987. godine."

U Zvonimirovoj ulici, glavnoj solinskoj promenadi, dovršavaju se radovi na stambeno-poslovnoj zgradi čija je investitorica Mara Sapunar, supruga Petroslava Sapunara, bivšeg dugogodišnjeg predsjednika Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske i aktualnog HGS-ova regionalnog vijećnika, te sestra poduzetnika Željka Keruma, nekadašnjeg splitskoga gradonačelnika.
Višekatnica je podignuta na dijelu zemljišta od ukupno 751 četvornog metra, te je naslonjena na obiteljsku kuće Sapunarovih, a na uličnom pročelju još uvijek skrivenom skelama i raslinjem vidljivi su i ukrasni detalji poput kolonada i krovom natkrivenog balkona.
Projekt Kerumove mlađe sestre, koja je u javnosti znatno samozatajnija od one starije, Nevenke Bečić, bivše predsjednice Gradskog vijeća Splita i današnje županijske vijećnice, ni po čemu se ne bi izdvajao od niza sličnih uz Jadro da Sapunarovi ne grade na mjestu gdje je do rušenja početkom 2021. godine stajala rodna (kamena) kuća don Lovre Katića, solinskog svećenika, povjesničara i pisca o čemu je naša kolegica Mia Sesartić pisala OVDJE.

Građanima je svakako zanimljiv i prethodni vlasnik uklonjenog objekta od 304 kvadrata, jer je riječ je o - Željku Kerumu. On je svojoj sestri Mari prije 12 godina darovao kuću Katić s pripadajućim okolnim terenom, a u zemljišnim knjigama vidljivo je da je upravo spomenute nekretnine još 2008. opteretio hipotekom za kredit od gotovo 2,5 milijuna eura.
Zagrebačka banka kao Kerumov kreditor je u ožujku 2019. posredstvom suda pokrenula ovrhu kuće, da bi samo šest mjeseci kasnije svoja potraživanja prodala švicarskoj tvrtki "DDM Invest III", specijaliziranoj za "utjerivanje dugova". Bankovna hipoteka u konačnici je brisana, i to početkom studenoga 2020. godine.

Prije dvadesetak godina, kada je stara kuća Katić s pripadajućom parcelom u zaštićenoj jezgri i arheološkoj zoni, prodavana od strane tadašnjih vlasnika, Grad Solin ju je mogao otkupiti, o čemu je pisala i naša medijska kuća, ali tadašnja HDZ-ova lokalna vlast, nažalost, nije to učinila.
U zemljišnim knjigama vidljivo je da je kuća bila zaštićena kao kulturno dobro još od ožujka 1970. godine, a od 1972. je pod zaštitom konzervatora kao dio znatno šire urbane cjeline kulturno-povijesne jezgre Solina, što je vidljivo i u posljednjim izmjenama Generalnog urbanističkog plana.
Budući da nam je prije gotovo dvije i pol godine, nakon rušenja kuće Katić, najavljeno da će na fasadu novogradnje biti postavljena/vraćena spomen ploča koja je stajala na uklonjenom objektu, bit će zanimljivo vidjeti hoće li Ulicu kralja Zvonimira ponovno krasiti ovaj natpis, premda će njegov početak iz aktualne persepktive izgledati tragikomično:
"U ovoj kući rodio se hrvatski povjesničar don Lovre Katić, o stotoj obljetnici rođenja ovu ploču postavlja narod Solina i Splita, 28. listopada 1987. godine."
