Turistička sezona je već pred vratima, ali makarski ugostitelji su nezadovoljni jer su za štekate svojih objekata morali podnijeti zahtjev za njihovo korištenje, što nije bila praksa prijašnjih godina.

Ranije bi komunalni redari izmjerili javno-prometnu površinu nakon čega bi se vlasnicima kafića i restorana ispostavili računi za korištenje na temelju kvadrature. Međutim, sada je situacija drugačija pa su ugostitelji kao korisnici štekata uz zahtjev morali dostaviti opsežnu dokumentaciju, od dokaza o registraciji za obavljanje djelatnosti, potvrde Upravnog odjela za financije i naplatu potraživanja da u posljednjih 30 dana nemaju nepodmirenih dospjelih dugovanja prema Gradu do bjanko-zadužnice ovjerene kod javnog bilježnika te skice terase – štekata.

Dugo donosili, pa rastegli

Ako u roku ne podnesu zahtjev za korištenje javne površine u 2023. godini sa svim navedenim prilozima, smatrat će se da odustaju od takve namjere pa će se za njihov štekat raspisati natječaj za davanje na korištenje.

Druga stvar koja ljuti vlasnike kafića i restorana je nedorečena Odluka o postavljanju oznaka, uređaja i urbane opreme na području kulturno-povijesne cjeline grada.

Naime, ovaj su propis koji se čekao godinama, gradski vijećnici usvojili prije godinu dana, ali do danas se ne zna kakve se tende smiju postaviti, već je poznato samo da kafići, konobe, restorani i pizzerije iz stare jezgre moraju ukloniti tende, jelovnike i reklame s pročelja na način da ostane samo jedna, kao i umjetno cvijeće, velike lončanice koje su im služile kao ograda za štekate i hladnu LED rasvjetu.

Prije negoli smo napravili đir po objektima, obratili smo se Udruženju obrtnika Makarske koje smo pitali jesu li imali pritužbe ugostitelja s obzirom na to da postoji rizik da ne uspiju dobiti javnu površinu na korištenje radi postavljanja vanjskih terasa, kao i mišljenje o spomenutoj odluci zbog koje ne znaju kakve tende smiju postaviti, a redari im naređuju uklanjanje pitara koji su im služili kao svojevrsne ograde oko štekata.

Kako kazuju iz strukovne udruge, predstavnicima lokalne vlasti upućuju zahtjeve za sastanke u svrhu zajedničkog rješavanja aktualne problematike.

– Koncem siječnja realiziran je sastanak Ceha prijevoznika s predstavnicima Grada, a prošlog tjedna na inicijativu Udruženja organiziran je sastanak s obrtnicima-zlatarima na temu usklađenja s odredbama Odluke o postavljanju oznaka, uređaja i urbane opreme.

Ceh za ugostiteljstvo i turizam uputio je koncem veljače Uredu gradonačelnika zahtjev za sastanak s dnevnim redom koji se, među ostalim, odnosi upravo na trenutni status provedbe spomenute odluke te korištenje javnih prometnih površina. Budući da traženi sastanak još nije održan, tek nakon njegova završetka moći ćemo reći više o temi očekivanog dizajnerskog rješenja i daljnje, konkretne provedbe odluke – ističu iz Udruženja obrtnika.

Kakvo je stvarno stanje na terenu, doznali smo od ugostitelja iz jezgre pa je tako restoran “Decima” na Trgu Hrpina morao ukloniti osam velikih pitara u kojima su bile posađene palme koju su ‘’branile’’ goste od pogleda prolaznika. Kako kaže vlasnica Hermina Badovinac, makarski ugostitelji nemaju pravo glasa.

– Zahtjev za korištenje štekata sam podnijela, ali tu nam je trebalo brdo papirologije. Ako zahtjev nije potpun, Grad može zabraniti korištenje. Velike pitare u kojima su bile zasađene palme, morala sam ukloniti i sada svaki prolaznik gostu doslovno gleda u pjat, kao da jedu nasred ulice.

Neintimna večera

– Restoran više nema intimu kakvu je imao, a do 1. listopada moramo ukloniti tende, iako još ne znamo hoćemo li moći staviti nove tende ili suncobrane. Uglavnom, svi ćemo imati iste tende i moći ćemo ih kupiti samo od onog proizvođača kojeg odredi Grad – tvrdi Badovinac.

Na istom tragu je i Ivica Klarić, vlasnik restorana “Pape”, koji naglašava da čisto sumnja da će netko od njegovih kolega imati interes za zakupom tuđeg štekata, ako, naravno, vlasnik objekta, ne podnese zahtjev ili ne preda potpunu dokumentaciju.

– Jednostavno se moramo prilagoditi, jer je uvijek bilo “ili ćeš ovako, ili nećeš nikako”. Pitare smo morali ukloniti jer su nam redari rekli da ne može biti ograda od pitara, pa sam dva poklonio, a ostale odnio u Veliko Brdo.

Tende su posebna priča jer sam svoju htio mijenjati još prije pet godina, ali ni tada mi nisu dali, a kamoli sada kada je trebamo ukloniti, a ne znamo hoćemo li za sljedeću sezonu imati tendu ili suncobrane koji će nam biti katastrofa ako padne kiša ili zapuše jugo ili bura, jer sve ovisi o odluci Grada. Uglavnom, ništa ne znamo – kaže Klarić.

Ugostitelj Ante Matić

Obišli smo i Kačićev trg, kafić i restoran “Point” u vlasništvu Ante Matića, inače predsjednika Ceha za ugostiteljstvo i turizam pri Udruženju obrtnika. Kako ističe, zahtjev za korištenje štekata je predao Gradu, a sada slijedi borba.

– Do kraja godine moramo ukloniti drveni štekat ispred restorana i kafića, premda se štekat ispred restorana nalazi na privatnoj površini, a ne gradskoj. Moramo ukloniti i tende, ali ne znamo što ćemo smjeti postaviti umjesto njih jer još nije dovršeno dizajnersko rješenje koje će biti gotovo 1. listopada.

Pitari moraju biti od prirodnih materijala, a ne plastični pa sam postavio ove od terakote. Sve u svemu, svi smo napeti – kazao je Matić.

Turistička sezona je već pred vratima, ali makarski ugostitelji su nezadovoljni jer su za štekate svojih objekata morali podnijeti zahtjev za njihovo korištenje, što nije bila praksa prijašnjih godina.

Ranije bi komunalni redari izmjerili javno-prometnu površinu nakon čega bi se vlasnicima kafića i restorana ispostavili računi za korištenje na temelju kvadrature. Međutim, sada je situacija drugačija pa su ugostitelji kao korisnici štekata uz zahtjev morali dostaviti opsežnu dokumentaciju, od dokaza o registraciji za obavljanje djelatnosti, potvrde Upravnog odjela za financije i naplatu potraživanja da u posljednjih 30 dana nemaju nepodmirenih dospjelih dugovanja prema Gradu do bjanko-zadužnice ovjerene kod javnog bilježnika te skice terase – štekata.

Dugo donosili, pa rastegli

Ako u roku ne podnesu zahtjev za korištenje javne površine u 2023. godini sa svim navedenim prilozima, smatrat će se da odustaju od takve namjere pa će se za njihov štekat raspisati natječaj za davanje na korištenje.

Druga stvar koja ljuti vlasnike kafića i restorana je nedorečena Odluka o postavljanju oznaka, uređaja i urbane opreme na području kulturno-povijesne cjeline grada.

Naime, ovaj su propis koji se čekao godinama, gradski vijećnici usvojili prije godinu dana, ali do danas se ne zna kakve se tende smiju postaviti, već je poznato samo da kafići, konobe, restorani i pizzerije iz stare jezgre moraju ukloniti tende, jelovnike i reklame s pročelja na način da ostane samo jedna, kao i umjetno cvijeće, velike lončanice koje su im služile kao ograda za štekate i hladnu LED rasvjetu.

Prije negoli smo napravili đir po objektima, obratili smo se Udruženju obrtnika Makarske koje smo pitali jesu li imali pritužbe ugostitelja s obzirom na to da postoji rizik da ne uspiju dobiti javnu površinu na korištenje radi postavljanja vanjskih terasa, kao i mišljenje o spomenutoj odluci zbog koje ne znaju kakve tende smiju postaviti, a redari im naređuju uklanjanje pitara koji su im služili kao svojevrsne ograde oko štekata.

Kako kazuju iz strukovne udruge, predstavnicima lokalne vlasti upućuju zahtjeve za sastanke u svrhu zajedničkog rješavanja aktualne problematike.

– Koncem siječnja realiziran je sastanak Ceha prijevoznika s predstavnicima Grada, a prošlog tjedna na inicijativu Udruženja organiziran je sastanak s obrtnicima-zlatarima na temu usklađenja s odredbama Odluke o postavljanju oznaka, uređaja i urbane opreme.

Ceh za ugostiteljstvo i turizam uputio je koncem veljače Uredu gradonačelnika zahtjev za sastanak s dnevnim redom koji se, među ostalim, odnosi upravo na trenutni status provedbe spomenute odluke te korištenje javnih prometnih površina. Budući da traženi sastanak još nije održan, tek nakon njegova završetka moći ćemo reći više o temi očekivanog dizajnerskog rješenja i daljnje, konkretne provedbe odluke – ističu iz Udruženja obrtnika.

Kakvo je stvarno stanje na terenu, doznali smo od ugostitelja iz jezgre pa je tako restoran “Decima” na Trgu Hrpina morao ukloniti osam velikih pitara u kojima su bile posađene palme koju su ‘’branile’’ goste od pogleda prolaznika. Kako kaže vlasnica Hermina Badovinac, makarski ugostitelji nemaju pravo glasa.

– Zahtjev za korištenje štekata sam podnijela, ali tu nam je trebalo brdo papirologije. Ako zahtjev nije potpun, Grad može zabraniti korištenje. Velike pitare u kojima su bile zasađene palme, morala sam ukloniti i sada svaki prolaznik gostu doslovno gleda u pjat, kao da jedu nasred ulice.

Neintimna večera

– Restoran više nema intimu kakvu je imao, a do 1. listopada moramo ukloniti tende, iako još ne znamo hoćemo li moći staviti nove tende ili suncobrane. Uglavnom, svi ćemo imati iste tende i moći ćemo ih kupiti samo od onog proizvođača kojeg odredi Grad – tvrdi Badovinac.

Na istom tragu je i Ivica Klarić, vlasnik restorana “Pape”, koji naglašava da čisto sumnja da će netko od njegovih kolega imati interes za zakupom tuđeg štekata, ako, naravno, vlasnik objekta, ne podnese zahtjev ili ne preda potpunu dokumentaciju.

– Jednostavno se moramo prilagoditi, jer je uvijek bilo “ili ćeš ovako, ili nećeš nikako”. Pitare smo morali ukloniti jer su nam redari rekli da ne može biti ograda od pitara, pa sam dva poklonio, a ostale odnio u Veliko Brdo.

Tende su posebna priča jer sam svoju htio mijenjati još prije pet godina, ali ni tada mi nisu dali, a kamoli sada kada je trebamo ukloniti, a ne znamo hoćemo li za sljedeću sezonu imati tendu ili suncobrane koji će nam biti katastrofa ako padne kiša ili zapuše jugo ili bura, jer sve ovisi o odluci Grada. Uglavnom, ništa ne znamo – kaže Klarić.

Obišli smo i Kačićev trg, kafić i restoran “Point” u vlasništvu Ante Matića, inače predsjednika Ceha za ugostiteljstvo i turizam pri Udruženju obrtnika. Kako ističe, zahtjev za korištenje štekata je predao Gradu, a sada slijedi borba.

– Do kraja godine moramo ukloniti drveni štekat ispred restorana i kafića, premda se štekat ispred restorana nalazi na privatnoj površini, a ne gradskoj. Moramo ukloniti i tende, ali ne znamo što ćemo smjeti postaviti umjesto njih jer još nije dovršeno dizajnersko rješenje koje će biti gotovo 1. listopada.

Pitari moraju biti od prirodnih materijala, a ne plastični pa sam postavio ove od terakote. Sve u svemu, svi smo napeti – kazao je Matić.
