Iako je od 27. lipnja 2021. i Zadarska županija za turiste koji dolaze iz Njemačke označena kao rizično područje zbog porasta broja oboljelih od koronavirusa, to se ne odražava negativno na sezonu, pokazuju to iskustva domaćih hotelijera.

U hotelu "Pinija" u Petrčanima tijekom lipnja bilo je najviše gostiju iz – Hrvatske. Kad se očekivalo da će zbog proglašenja nepovoljnih mjera za Zadarsku županiju izostati očekivani dolazaka njemačkih turista, to se nije dogodilo.

– Gosti iz Njemačke uredno pristižu na bukirane odmore, nema većih, neuobičajenih otkazivanja u posljednji trenutak. Brojke su u "Piniji" već sada bolje od istog lanjskog razdoblja, ali ne samo to: hvata se priključak i s rekordnom 2019. godinom! Najave za srpanj i kolovoz odlične su i za sada se sezona odvija u najboljem redu – kaže Danijela Stanić Halapija, direktorica prodaje, te dodaje:

– Za sada gosti pozitivno reagiraju i nema nekih izvanrednih otkazivanja rezervacija. I izvještaj od proteklog vikenda pokazuje da nam rezervacije stižu, storniranih situacija nemamo ništa više od onoga što bi uobičajeno bilo. Što se tiče inozemnih reakcija na postojeće stanje, nemamo negativnih pokazatelja.

Čak bih rekla da mi nekad znamo sami sebi "pucati u noge" i raditi kontrareklamu, umjesto da zauzmemo realan stav prema cijeloj ovoj priči. To nam se dogodilo lani s teniskim turnirom koji je odjeknuo u našim medijima, što je prenijela konkurencija, iako stvarne štete zapravo nije bilo. Zbog toga inozemni novinari znaju stvarati dojam iz naših članaka, a ne prema stvarnim pokazateljima, što nam, dakako, ne ide u prilog.

Trenutni je buking puno bolji nego u isto vrijeme prošle godine.

– Dojam je da su gosti postali nekako umorni zbog te dugotrajne situacije s pandemijom i željni su opuštanja i odmora. Odlučuju se radije doći na ljetovanje čak i uz pooštrene mjere. Niti test ne smatraju nekim velikim problemom. Jednostavno su se naučili živjeti s tim jer su umorni od lockdowna i života s brojnim ograničenjima – tvrdi naša sugovornica.

S pandemijom su se naučili živjeti i hotelijeri. Hotel "Pinija" za svoje goste organizira provođenje antigenskih ili PCR testova u suradnji s privatnim laboratorijem s kojim su sklopili dugoročni ugovor. Ako se radi 10 ili više testova odjednom, djelatnici dolaze kod njih u hotel, a ako je manji broj, dogovori se termin za goste u Zadru, kamo odu i obave testiranje, kako bi se s propisanim rezultatima mogli vratiti kućama.

Antigenski testovi koštaju oko 200 kuna, PCR oko 500 kuna, čak su se cijene testiranja u zadnje vrijeme i smanjile, a turisti su se pomirili s tim da ih obave ako moraju, kao dio cijene za – bezbrižno ljetovanje na Jadranu.

– To je postalo normalno, ali zauzvrat dobiju našu ljubaznost, posvećenost svakom gostu, razne izraze dobrodošlice, puno sunca i čistog mora, odličnu gastronomiju, prekrasnu prirodnu i kulturnu baštinu. Zbog svega toga imamo uzlazan trend i nismo u last minute, kao što je to bilo prošle godine intenzivno. Treba reći da smo poduzeli i sve epidemiološke mjere, tako da su se naši djelatnici cijepili i drugom dozom cjepiva protiv koronavirusa, kako bi zaštitili sebe, ali i goste. Moramo živjeti od turizma i poduzeti sve da tako i bude – optimistično će direktorica prodaje.

Uz srpanj i kolovoz, dobre su najave i za posezonu, koja je prošle godine "ispala" upravo zbog pozicioniranja dalmatinskih županija na rizične liste koronavirusa. Rujan i listopad također se rezerviraju u "Piniji", što otvara nade za uspješno posezonsko razdoblje.

Nakon "dominacije" domaćih turista, s predstojećim srpanjskim danima vraća se i tradicionalni poredak zemalja iz kojih gosti najviše dolaze u Petrčane: to su u prvom redu Austrijanci i Nijemci, te Poljaci i Mađari. Uglavnom se radi o gostima koji dolaze vlastitim automobilima.

Pri tome u "Piniji" nisu trebali pribjegavati akcijskim cijenama, nego uobičajenim popustima i pogodnostima koji se nude i u "normalnim" sezonama. Kakva će, nadamo se, opet biti i aktualna.

I prošlogodišnji rekorder turizma u nacionalnim razmjerima, otok Vir, ponovno bilježi odlične rezultate. Tri lipanjska tjedna završio je s 30-postotnim povećanjem broja gostiju, a dobre su najave i za srpanj i za kolovoz.

Na Viru se puno gostiju odmara u vlastitom smještaju, ponajprije Slovenci i Mađari, te državljani BiH, a svoje kapacitete u slobodnim terminima iznajmljuju gostima iz svojih matičnih zemalja, što se pokazalo idealnim u "korona-situaciji". Vir je tražen i lako se može dogoditi da i ove sezone obori sve rekorde.

Iako je od 27. lipnja 2021. i Zadarska županija za turiste koji dolaze iz Njemačke označena kao rizično područje zbog porasta broja oboljelih od koronavirusa, to se ne odražava negativno na sezonu, pokazuju to iskustva domaćih hotelijera.

U hotelu "Pinija" u Petrčanima tijekom lipnja bilo je najviše gostiju iz – Hrvatske. Kad se očekivalo da će zbog proglašenja nepovoljnih mjera za Zadarsku županiju izostati očekivani dolazaka njemačkih turista, to se nije dogodilo.

– Gosti iz Njemačke uredno pristižu na bukirane odmore, nema većih, neuobičajenih otkazivanja u posljednji trenutak. Brojke su u "Piniji" već sada bolje od istog lanjskog razdoblja, ali ne samo to: hvata se priključak i s rekordnom 2019. godinom! Najave za srpanj i kolovoz odlične su i za sada se sezona odvija u najboljem redu – kaže Danijela Stanić Halapija, direktorica prodaje, te dodaje:

– Za sada gosti pozitivno reagiraju i nema nekih izvanrednih otkazivanja rezervacija. I izvještaj od proteklog vikenda pokazuje da nam rezervacije stižu, storniranih situacija nemamo ništa više od onoga što bi uobičajeno bilo. Što se tiče inozemnih reakcija na postojeće stanje, nemamo negativnih pokazatelja.

Čak bih rekla da mi nekad znamo sami sebi "pucati u noge" i raditi kontrareklamu, umjesto da zauzmemo realan stav prema cijeloj ovoj priči. To nam se dogodilo lani s teniskim turnirom koji je odjeknuo u našim medijima, što je prenijela konkurencija, iako stvarne štete zapravo nije bilo. Zbog toga inozemni novinari znaju stvarati dojam iz naših članaka, a ne prema stvarnim pokazateljima, što nam, dakako, ne ide u prilog.

Trenutni je buking puno bolji nego u isto vrijeme prošle godine.

– Dojam je da su gosti postali nekako umorni zbog te dugotrajne situacije s pandemijom i željni su opuštanja i odmora. Odlučuju se radije doći na ljetovanje čak i uz pooštrene mjere. Niti test ne smatraju nekim velikim problemom. Jednostavno su se naučili živjeti s tim jer su umorni od lockdowna i života s brojnim ograničenjima – tvrdi naša sugovornica.

S pandemijom su se naučili živjeti i hotelijeri. Hotel "Pinija" za svoje goste organizira provođenje antigenskih ili PCR testova u suradnji s privatnim laboratorijem s kojim su sklopili dugoročni ugovor. Ako se radi 10 ili više testova odjednom, djelatnici dolaze kod njih u hotel, a ako je manji broj, dogovori se termin za goste u Zadru, kamo odu i obave testiranje, kako bi se s propisanim rezultatima mogli vratiti kućama.

Antigenski testovi koštaju oko 200 kuna, PCR oko 500 kuna, čak su se cijene testiranja u zadnje vrijeme i smanjile, a turisti su se pomirili s tim da ih obave ako moraju, kao dio cijene za – bezbrižno ljetovanje na Jadranu.

– To je postalo normalno, ali zauzvrat dobiju našu ljubaznost, posvećenost svakom gostu, razne izraze dobrodošlice, puno sunca i čistog mora, odličnu gastronomiju, prekrasnu prirodnu i kulturnu baštinu. Zbog svega toga imamo uzlazan trend i nismo u last minute, kao što je to bilo prošle godine intenzivno. Treba reći da smo poduzeli i sve epidemiološke mjere, tako da su se naši djelatnici cijepili i drugom dozom cjepiva protiv koronavirusa, kako bi zaštitili sebe, ali i goste. Moramo živjeti od turizma i poduzeti sve da tako i bude – optimistično će direktorica prodaje.

Uz srpanj i kolovoz, dobre su najave i za posezonu, koja je prošle godine "ispala" upravo zbog pozicioniranja dalmatinskih županija na rizične liste koronavirusa. Rujan i listopad također se rezerviraju u "Piniji", što otvara nade za uspješno posezonsko razdoblje.

Nakon "dominacije" domaćih turista, s predstojećim srpanjskim danima vraća se i tradicionalni poredak zemalja iz kojih gosti najviše dolaze u Petrčane: to su u prvom redu Austrijanci i Nijemci, te Poljaci i Mađari. Uglavnom se radi o gostima koji dolaze vlastitim automobilima.

Pri tome u "Piniji" nisu trebali pribjegavati akcijskim cijenama, nego uobičajenim popustima i pogodnostima koji se nude i u "normalnim" sezonama. Kakva će, nadamo se, opet biti i aktualna.

I prošlogodišnji rekorder turizma u nacionalnim razmjerima, otok Vir, ponovno bilježi odlične rezultate. Tri lipanjska tjedna završio je s 30-postotnim povećanjem broja gostiju, a dobre su najave i za srpanj i za kolovoz.

Na Viru se puno gostiju odmara u vlastitom smještaju, ponajprije Slovenci i Mađari, te državljani BiH, a svoje kapacitete u slobodnim terminima iznajmljuju gostima iz svojih matičnih zemalja, što se pokazalo idealnim u "korona-situaciji". Vir je tražen i lako se može dogoditi da i ove sezone obori sve rekorde.
