Nakon katastrofalnog potresa koji je pogodio stanovništvo Banovine i u kojem je stradao velik broj naselja, gradova i sela, mnogi su ostali bez osnovnih životnih uvjeta i krova nad glavom.

Naša stranka predlaže da se i Grad Solin, poput mnogih drugih gradova i općina u Hrvatskoj, uključi u jedinstvenu i zajedničku akciju izgradnje kuća pogođenom stanovništvu – kazao je jučer Davor Mikas, predsjednik stranke Bolji Solin, a inicijativu je uputio i na adresu Gradskog vijeća.

Uz Mikasa su susretu s novinarima nazočili i njegovi stranački kolege i vijećnici Josip Brčić i Niko Režić.

– Predlažemo da se rebalansom gradskog proračuna, uzimajući u obzir broj stanovnika i financijske mogućnosti, izdvoje dva milijuna kuna i da se izgrade najmanje dvije kuće najpotrebitijim obiteljima – rekao je Mikas, navodeći kako su slično učinili i gradovi manji i veličinom i proračunom od Solina.

– Svakodnevno se javljaju nove jedinice lokalne samouprave koje žele pomoći stanovništvu koje je pogođeno potresom. Obećavaju kako će graditi kuće ili će pomoći financijski. Najvažnije je da država donese pravni okvir za gradove i općine koji se žele uključiti. Te dileme treba raščistiti kako se ne bi upadalo u pravni vakuum.

Svota od 100 tisuća kuna koju je Grad uplatio za pomoć razorenom području je premala kada se pogleda veličina i financijski kapacitet Solina – smatra Mikas, dok je o financijskom izračunu govorio vijećnik Brčić, ovlašteni inženjer strojarstva u građevinarstvu:

– Ako uzmemo u obzir da prosječna obiteljska kuća ima oko 200 četvornih metara i ako uzmemo u obzir da je prosječna cijena sanacije konstruktivnih dijelova građevine te ostalih radova do datuma useljenja oko 500 eura po kvadratu, dolazimo do ukupnog iznosa od 100 tisuća eura.

Ako bi Grad Solin, sukladno veličini svoga proračuna, donio odluku o obnovi dviju obiteljskih kuća, za to bi izdvojio ukupno 200 tisuća eura ili milijun i pol kuna.

Nakon katastrofalnog potresa koji je pogodio stanovništvo Banovine i u kojem je stradao velik broj naselja, gradova i sela, mnogi su ostali bez osnovnih životnih uvjeta i krova nad glavom.

Naša stranka predlaže da se i Grad Solin, poput mnogih drugih gradova i općina u Hrvatskoj, uključi u jedinstvenu i zajedničku akciju izgradnje kuća pogođenom stanovništvu – kazao je jučer Davor Mikas, predsjednik stranke Bolji Solin, a inicijativu je uputio i na adresu Gradskog vijeća.

Uz Mikasa su susretu s novinarima nazočili i njegovi stranački kolege i vijećnici Josip Brčić i Niko Režić.

– Predlažemo da se rebalansom gradskog proračuna, uzimajući u obzir broj stanovnika i financijske mogućnosti, izdvoje dva milijuna kuna i da se izgrade najmanje dvije kuće najpotrebitijim obiteljima – rekao je Mikas, navodeći kako su slično učinili i gradovi manji i veličinom i proračunom od Solina.

– Svakodnevno se javljaju nove jedinice lokalne samouprave koje žele pomoći stanovništvu koje je pogođeno potresom. Obećavaju kako će graditi kuće ili će pomoći financijski. Najvažnije je da država donese pravni okvir za gradove i općine koji se žele uključiti. Te dileme treba raščistiti kako se ne bi upadalo u pravni vakuum.

Svota od 100 tisuća kuna koju je Grad uplatio za pomoć razorenom području je premala kada se pogleda veličina i financijski kapacitet Solina – smatra Mikas, dok je o financijskom izračunu govorio vijećnik Brčić, ovlašteni inženjer strojarstva u građevinarstvu:

– Ako uzmemo u obzir da prosječna obiteljska kuća ima oko 200 četvornih metara i ako uzmemo u obzir da je prosječna cijena sanacije konstruktivnih dijelova građevine te ostalih radova do datuma useljenja oko 500 eura po kvadratu, dolazimo do ukupnog iznosa od 100 tisuća eura.

Ako bi Grad Solin, sukladno veličini svoga proračuna, donio odluku o obnovi dviju obiteljskih kuća, za to bi izdvojio ukupno 200 tisuća eura ili milijun i pol kuna.

Nakon katastrofalnog potresa koji je pogodio stanovništvo Banovine i u kojem je stradao velik broj naselja, gradova i sela, mnogi su ostali bez osnovnih životnih uvjeta i krova nad glavom.

Naša stranka predlaže da se i Grad Solin, poput mnogih drugih gradova i općina u Hrvatskoj, uključi u jedinstvenu i zajedničku akciju izgradnje kuća pogođenom stanovništvu – kazao je jučer Davor Mikas, predsjednik stranke Bolji Solin, a inicijativu je uputio i na adresu Gradskog vijeća.

Uz Mikasa su susretu s novinarima nazočili i njegovi stranački kolege i vijećnici Josip Brčić i Niko Režić.

– Predlažemo da se rebalansom gradskog proračuna, uzimajući u obzir broj stanovnika i financijske mogućnosti, izdvoje dva milijuna kuna i da se izgrade najmanje dvije kuće najpotrebitijim obitel...
