Kaštelani i svi putnici namjernici koji se koriste prometnicima koje vode kroz Sućurac morat će se za koji dan oboružati strpljenjem budući da će ih u vožnji usporiti radovi na semaforizaciji raskrižja Ceste dr. Franje Tuđmana (stare Kaštelanske ceste) i Ulice satnije Putalj kod "Lidla" i trgovačkog centra "Stop shop".
Iz kaštelanske gradske uprave, investitora projekta procijenjene vrijednosti 206.250 eura, najavljeno je, naime, da će tijekom ovoga tjedna izvođač radova, splitska tvrtka "Prvi treptač", biti uvedena u posao i imat će na raspolaganju četiri mjeseca da ih privede kraju. Vrijednost ugovorenih radova iznosi 113.159 eura bez PDV-a, odnosno 141.449 eura s PDV-om.
Tvrtka "Prvi treptač" iz Splita za izvođača je odabrana na natječaju na kojemu su sudjelovali i "Elektromodul-promet" iz Osijeka (iznos 170.127 eura) i "Cestar" iz Splita (186.929 eura).

Nakon nadmetanja, dakle, semafori koji se postavljaju radi povećanja sigurnosti sudionika u prometu na vrlo frekventnom raskrižju, ugovoreni su, a odabran je i nadzorni inženjer te je prijavljeno gradilište.
Na koji će način biti reguliran promet u vrijeme dok se budu odvijali radovi još se konkretno ne zna, jedino što su nam iz kaštelanske vlasti mogli reći jest da se ova dionica glavne gradske ulice neće potpuno zatvoriti, te da će biti omogućen naizmjenični promet vozila.
To je važna informacija zna li se da Ulica satnije Putalj povezuje Jadransku magistralu i staru Kaštelansku cestu na kojoj se odvija i autobusni promet Split – Trogir. Osim toga, raskrižjem se koriste i vozači/kupci na ovom području koncentriranih prodajnih centara: "Lidla", "Plodina" i "Stop-Shopa".
Iz nadležnih gradskih službi napominju da je sukladno članku 34. ugovora o izvođenju radova, izvođač obvezan propisno označiti i ograditi gradilište tijekom izvođenja radova, omogućiti pristup objektima u zoni gradilišta te osigurati nesmetano odvijanje kolnog i pješačkog prometa okolnim prometnicama ako je to moguće.

U slučajevima kada to nije moguće potrebno je pronaći najoptimalniji i siguran način uspostave kolnih pristupa te pješačkog toka. U tu svrhu izvođač je dužan postaviti i održavati potrebnu prometnu signalizaciju i opremu kako u zoni samoga gradilišta tako i na dijelu okolnih ulica, što uključuje izradu prometnih elaborata, ishođenje dozvola i suglasnosti od nadležnih tijela (Grad Kaštela, "Hrvatske ceste"...).
- Tek nakon izrade prometnog elaborata ćemo imati konkretnije informacije o načinu reguliranja prometa – poručuju iz Grada.
Imajući u vidu zatjevnost i prometnu opterećenost spomenutog raskrižja svojedobno je umjesto semaforizacije razmatrano rješenje kružnog toka, što nam je potvrđeno iz kaštelanske "vlade". Međutim i obrazloženo da "zbog specifičnih uvjeta i složenih imovinsko-pravnih odnosa na zemljištu na kojemu bi se izvelo tehnički prihvatljivo kružno raskrižje, Grad nije bio u mogućnosti ‘na brzinu‘ ishoditi potrebne dozvole".
Odustalo se od kružnog toka nije, jer je, kažu u lokalnoj vlasti, naručeno i u tijeku je izrada idejnog rješenja s najmanje tri varijante. Nakon izrade rješenja razmotrit će se daljnji koraci i mogućnosti realizacije kružnog toka na toj lokaciji.

Kaštelani i svi putnici namjernici koji se koriste prometnicima koje vode kroz Sućurac morat će se za koji dan oboružati strpljenjem budući da će ih u vožnji usporiti radovi na semaforizaciji raskrižja Ceste dr. Franje Tuđmana (stare Kaštelanske ceste) i Ulice satnije Putalj kod "Lidla" i trgovačkog centra "Stop shop".
Iz kaštelanske gradske uprave, investitora projekta procijenjene vrijednosti 206.250 eura, najavljeno je, naime, da će tijekom ovoga tjedna izvođač radova, splitska tvrtka "Prvi treptač", biti uvedena u posao i imat će na raspolaganju četiri mjeseca da ih privede kraju. Vrijednost ugovorenih radova iznosi 113.159 eura bez PDV-a, odnosno 141.449 eura s PDV-om.
Tvrtka "Prvi treptač" iz Splita za izvođača je odabrana na natječaju na kojemu su sudjelovali i "Elektromodul-promet" iz Osijeka (iznos 170.127 eura) i "Cestar" iz Splita (186.929 eura).

Nakon nadmetanja, dakle, semafori koji se postavljaju radi povećanja sigurnosti sudionika u prometu na vrlo frekventnom raskrižju, ugovoreni su, a odabran je i nadzorni inženjer te je prijavljeno gradilište.
Na koji će način biti reguliran promet u vrijeme dok se budu odvijali radovi još se konkretno ne zna, jedino što su nam iz kaštelanske vlasti mogli reći jest da se ova dionica glavne gradske ulice neće potpuno zatvoriti, te da će biti omogućen naizmjenični promet vozila.
To je važna informacija zna li se da Ulica satnije Putalj povezuje Jadransku magistralu i staru Kaštelansku cestu na kojoj se odvija i autobusni promet Split – Trogir. Osim toga, raskrižjem se koriste i vozači/kupci na ovom području koncentriranih prodajnih centara: "Lidla", "Plodina" i "Stop-Shopa".
Iz nadležnih gradskih službi napominju da je sukladno članku 34. ugovora o izvođenju radova, izvođač obvezan propisno označiti i ograditi gradilište tijekom izvođenja radova, omogućiti pristup objektima u zoni gradilišta te osigurati nesmetano odvijanje kolnog i pješačkog prometa okolnim prometnicama ako je to moguće.

U slučajevima kada to nije moguće potrebno je pronaći najoptimalniji i siguran način uspostave kolnih pristupa te pješačkog toka. U tu svrhu izvođač je dužan postaviti i održavati potrebnu prometnu signalizaciju i opremu kako u zoni samoga gradilišta tako i na dijelu okolnih ulica, što uključuje izradu prometnih elaborata, ishođenje dozvola i suglasnosti od nadležnih tijela (Grad Kaštela, "Hrvatske ceste"...).
- Tek nakon izrade prometnog elaborata ćemo imati konkretnije informacije o načinu reguliranja prometa – poručuju iz Grada.
Imajući u vidu zatjevnost i prometnu opterećenost spomenutog raskrižja svojedobno je umjesto semaforizacije razmatrano rješenje kružnog toka, što nam je potvrđeno iz kaštelanske "vlade". Međutim i obrazloženo da "zbog specifičnih uvjeta i složenih imovinsko-pravnih odnosa na zemljištu na kojemu bi se izvelo tehnički prihvatljivo kružno raskrižje, Grad nije bio u mogućnosti ‘na brzinu‘ ishoditi potrebne dozvole".
Odustalo se od kružnog toka nije, jer je, kažu u lokalnoj vlasti, naručeno i u tijeku je izrada idejnog rješenja s najmanje tri varijante. Nakon izrade rješenja razmotrit će se daljnji koraci i mogućnosti realizacije kružnog toka na toj lokaciji.
