Kaštelansko, ali i šire splitsko područje, bit će od travnja sljedeće godine bogatije za još jedan prodajni centar.

Riječ je o trgovačkom lancu "Stop shop", brendu austrijske tvrtke "Immofinanz", prvom u Dalmaciji, inače već prisutnom u sjevernom dijelu Hrvatske. Projekt je ovoga trenutka u fazi ishođenja građevinske dozvole, potvrdili su nam investitori, koji su 12. kolovoza prijavili početak uklanjanja ruševnih objekata na lokaciji u Kaštel Sućurcu, što se upravo obavlja punom parom.

"Immofinanz" je zemljište ukupne površine 16.099 kvadrata, smješteno na prostoru bivšeg "Adriachema", prošle godine kupio od tvrtke "Kemokompleks", iza koje stoji poduzetnik Enver Moralić.

Parcela je, inače, bila zapuštena, jer u međuvremenu nisu bili uklonjeni ostaci nekadašnjih "Jugovinilovih" skladišta, izgorjelih 2003. godine u požaru. No, sigurno je lokacija pažljivo odabrana budući da se nalazi na komunalno opremljenom području, neposredno iznad stare Kaštelanske ceste i uz spojnu prometnicu s Jadranskom magistralom, a u neposrednoj blizini nalaze se i tri postojeća trgovačka objekta – "Lidl", "Plodine" i "Super Konzum" (bivši "Getro").

Da je postupak ishođenja dozvole u tijeku, potvrdili su nam i iz kaštelanske gradske uprave, naglašavajući kako je uvidom u Generalni urbanistički plan utvrđeno da se lokacija nalazi unutar zone gospodarske namjene. U sustavu Ministarstva graditeljstva vidljivo je da je dozvola "pečatirana" 29. srpnja, ali još nije izvršna i pravomoćna.

– "Stop shop" u Kaštelima samo je jedan od novih retail parkova koji će biti otvoreni u Hrvatskoj – kazao je u odgovoru na naš upit Joško Piteša, direktor zagrebačke tvrtke "Immofinanz services and management", čiji je osnivač spomenuta austrijska kompanija, te je najavio da nakon ishođenja dozvole počinje izgradnja.

– Centar će se prostirati na oko 7500 kvadrata, a otvorenje smo planirali za travanj 2022. godine. Zakupci će nam biti strani i domaći brendovi, s kojima je naša publika već upoznata. Drago nam je da će Kaštela dobiti moderan koncept šoping-centra u kojem će posjetitelji moći kupiti od odjeće i obuće do stvari za uređenje doma, namještaja, igračaka i brojnih drugih potrepština, ali će se moći i odmoriti i popiti kavu – poručio je Piteša.

Pregled ponude u "Stop shop" centrima preko interneta, pa i postojećih centara u Osijeku i Valpovu, pokazuje da su im među zakupcima "DM", "Deichmann", "CCC", "Spar", "Intersport", "Takko", "KiK"...

Ono po čemu se spomenuti lanac razlikuje od poznatih nam prodajnih centara jest nepostojanje zajedničkih prostora u velikom objektu iz kojih se ulazi u pojedine prodavaonice, čime su, jasno, izbjegnuti i troškovi zajedničkog održavanja, doznali smo u razgovoru s dobrim poznavateljima trgovačke djelatnosti u Splitu. "Stop shop" je, naime, koncipiran na način da se u svaki dućan ulazi izravno s parkirališta.

"Stop shop" i čine maloprodajni parkovi u srednjoj i istočnoj Europi. Radi se o područjima koja su privlačna i praktična lokalnim dobavljačima u područjima obuhvata od 30 tisuća do 150 tisuća stanovnika, s raznolikom ponudom proizvoda. Na svojoj web-stranici navest će da su "svojim dobrim prometnim vezama i velikim parkirališnim prostorom usmjereni na štedljive 'pametne kupce' koji cijene dobru pristupačnost".

Karakterizira ih univerzalni izgled po kojemu su prepoznatljivi i izdaleka uočljivi. Podaci kazuju da s više od 90 retail parkova u devet zemalja "Stop shop" za iznajmljivanje nudi površinu veću od 665 tisuća kvadrata.

Kaštelansko, ali i šire splitsko područje, bit će od travnja sljedeće godine bogatije za još jedan prodajni centar.

Riječ je o trgovačkom lancu "Stop shop", brendu austrijske tvrtke "Immofinanz", prvom u Dalmaciji, inače već prisutnom u sjevernom dijelu Hrvatske. Projekt je ovoga trenutka u fazi ishođenja građevinske dozvole, potvrdili su nam investitori, koji su 12. kolovoza prijavili početak uklanjanja ruševnih objekata na lokaciji u Kaštel Sućurcu, što se upravo obavlja punom parom.

"Immofinanz" je zemljište ukupne površine 16.099 kvadrata, smješteno na prostoru bivšeg "Adriachema", prošle godine kupio od tvrtke "Kemokompleks", iza koje stoji poduzetnik Enver Moralić.

Parcela je, inače, bila zapuštena, jer u međuvremenu nisu bili uklonjeni ostaci nekadašnjih "Jugovinilovih" skladišta, izgorjelih 2003. godine u požaru. No, sigurno je lokacija pažljivo odabrana budući da se nalazi na komunalno opremljenom području, neposredno iznad stare Kaštelanske ceste i uz spojnu prometnicu s Jadranskom magistralom, a u neposrednoj blizini nalaze se i tri postojeća trgovačka objekta – "Lidl", "Plodine" i "Super Konzum" (bivši "Getro").

Da je postupak ishođenja dozvole u tijeku, potvrdili su nam i iz kaštelanske gradske uprave, naglašavajući kako je uvidom u Generalni urbanistički plan utvrđeno da se lokacija nalazi unutar zone gospodarske namjene. U sustavu Ministarstva graditeljstva vidljivo je da je dozvola "pečatirana" 29. srpnja, ali još nije izvršna i pravomoćna.

– "Stop shop" u Kaštelima samo je jedan od novih retail parkova koji će biti otvoreni u Hrvatskoj – kazao je u odgovoru na naš upit Joško Piteša, direktor zagrebačke tvrtke "Immofinanz services and management", čiji je osnivač spomenuta austrijska kompanija, te je najavio da nakon ishođenja dozvole počinje izgradnja.

– Centar će se prostirati na oko 7500 kvadrata, a otvorenje smo planirali za travanj 2022. godine. Zakupci će nam biti strani i domaći brendovi, s kojima je naša publika već upoznata. Drago nam je da će Kaštela dobiti moderan koncept šoping-centra u kojem će posjetitelji moći kupiti od odjeće i obuće do stvari za uređenje doma, namještaja, igračaka i brojnih drugih potrepština, ali će se moći i odmoriti i popiti kavu – poručio je Piteša.

Pregled ponude u "Stop shop" centrima preko interneta, pa i postojećih centara u Osijeku i Valpovu, pokazuje da su im među zakupcima "DM", "Deichmann", "CCC", "Spar", "Intersport", "Takko", "KiK"...

Ono po čemu se spomenuti lanac razlikuje od poznatih nam prodajnih centara jest nepostojanje zajedničkih prostora u velikom objektu iz kojih se ulazi u pojedine prodavaonice, čime su, jasno, izbjegnuti i troškovi zajedničkog održavanja, doznali smo u razgovoru s dobrim poznavateljima trgovačke djelatnosti u Splitu. "Stop shop" je, naime, koncipiran na način da se u svaki dućan ulazi izravno s parkirališta.

"Stop shop" i čine maloprodajni parkovi u srednjoj i istočnoj Europi. Radi se o područjima koja su privlačna i praktična lokalnim dobavljačima u područjima obuhvata od 30 tisuća do 150 tisuća stanovnika, s raznolikom ponudom proizvoda. Na svojoj web-stranici navest će da su "svojim dobrim prometnim vezama i velikim parkirališnim prostorom usmjereni na štedljive 'pametne kupce' koji cijene dobru pristupačnost".

Karakterizira ih univerzalni izgled po kojemu su prepoznatljivi i izdaleka uočljivi. Podaci kazuju da s više od 90 retail parkova u devet zemalja "Stop shop" za iznajmljivanje nudi površinu veću od 665 tisuća kvadrata.
