Prostor između trošnih baraka u kojima žive radnici s gradilišta zrenjaninske tvornice Linglong bio je poprište potresnih scena u srijedu 17. studenoga. Aktivisti organizacije Solidarna kuhinja pokušali su – i na kraju uspjeli – odande izbaviti jednog od stotina vijetnamskih gastarbajtera koji je dobio otkaz – navodno jer je nekoliko dana ranije medijima pričao o očajnim uvjetima života i rada.

Privatni zaštitari, angažirani za čuvanje baraka, suprotstavili su se toj akciji. Bilo je natezanja i guranja. Prema riječima aktivista, radnik je na sigurnom, ima pravnu pomoć, a došao je i do svoje putovnice.

Kako je s lica mjesta javila reporterka N1, mnogi radnici tvrde da su im putovnice oduzete i da im je kretanje ograničeno. Nekoliko dana ranije, kamera te televizije ušla je u barake i zabilježila skučene, prljave spavaonice u kojima borave stotine Vijetnamaca. Kažu da rublje peru ledenom vodom, a tople vode za tuširanje u bojleru ima samo za petero ljudi. Novinari i aktivisti koji su posjetili barake govore o nesnosnom smradu i uvjetima nedostojnim čovjeka, piše Nemanja Rujević za Deutsche Welle.

Odatle radnici svakog dana biciklima odlaze na divovsko gradilište tvornice kineskog Linglonga, koji će u Zrenjaninu proizvoditi gume.

Borci za ljudska prava iz organizacija Astra i A11 podnijeli su prijavu zbog sumnje u trgovinu ljudima i izrabljivanje, navodeći da su i ugovori o radu manjkavi, a uvjeti opasni po zdravlje i život. Radnicima se naplaćuje i oprema koju koriste na gradilištu, tvrdi se.

Prema tim organizacijama, Vijetnamci su u Srbiju stizali tijekom proljeća i to preko posredničke kineske tvrtke.

U srijedu je inače među radničke barake stigla i policija, kao i službenici raznih državnih inspekcija, ali novinari na licu mjesta nisu mogli razaznati kojih točno. Kako javlja vojvođanski portal Autonomija, vijetnamski radnici stupili su u štrajk u znak prosvjeda zbog loših uvjeta i otkaza jednom od kolega.

Potom je novinska agencija Tanjug u srijedu prenijela priopćenje srbijanskog Ministarstva rada da su radnici preseljeni na drugu lokaciju. Isto je u tom ministarstvu rečeno za list Blic. "To je bila lažna vijest“, kaže za DW Danilo Ćurčić, programski direktor inicijative A11 koji je već danima na licu mjesta. On kaže da su radnici premještani od četvrtka.

Komentirajući napetosti i "eskalaciju nasilja“, Ćurčić tvrdi i da su državni organi na lice mjesta došli s kineskim prevoditeljem – premda Vijetnamci ne govore kineski. "Ovdje nemamo posla s dobronamjernom državom, već prije s državom koja je u dosluhu, a možda i sudioništvu s investitorom. Drugačije se ne može objasniti ovolika količina zanemarivanja domaćih i međunarodnih propisa“, ocjenjuje taj pravnik.

Iako mediji mahom pišu o "oko pet stotina Vijetnamaca", prema Odsjeku za strance zrenjaninske policije, tamo ima točno 402 radnika iz Vijetnama, od kojih 35 imaju zakonit boravak u Srbiji, a ostali su došli na ime radne vize.

Kako je prenio javni servis RTS, iz menadžmenta Linglonga tvrde da mediji lažu, da su svim zaposlenima osigurani osnovni uvjeti za život, da imaju aparate za vodu, grijalice, odjeću, obuću, te da o izrabljivanju ne može biti ni govora.

Ministarstvo rada priopćilo je da je gradilište Linglonga najkontroliranije u Srednjem Banatu, kada je riječ o sigurnosti na radu, zdravlju zaposlenih i radnim odnosima. Navodi se i da je tamo od prošlog ljeta pa do danas inspekcija bila dvadesetak puta, i da su podnijete dvije prekršajne prijave.

"Ako je istina da je to najkontroliranije gradilište, onda nijedna inspekcija ne radi svoj posao, i o tome se također mora razgovarati“, kaže Danilo Ćurčić za DW.

"Problem s ovom investicijom nije u tome je li ovdje došao Linglong ili bilo koji drugi investitor“, nastavlja Ćurčić, "problem je u tome što je ovo logična posljedica postupne erozije zaštite radnih prava i slabljenja institucija, pa uvođenja trke do dna u privlačenju stranih investicija.“

U tvornici guma tvrtke Shangdong Linglong u Zrenjaninu, prema ranijim najavama, trebalo bi raditi više od tisuću ljudi, a proizvodnja bi u punom obujmu trebala krenuti u ožujku iduće godine. Prilikom potpisivanja ugovora o dolasku te kompanije u Zrenjanin u ožujku 2019. priopćeno je da se radi o investiciji od 800 milijuna eura i da je to najveća greenfield-investicija koja je stigla u Srbiju.

Prema pisanju medija, Linglong je na poklon dobio 95 hektara zemljišta, kao i 75 milijuna eura državnih subvencija za zapošljavanje 1.200 radnika. Navodilo se da radnike čekaju plaće od 42.000 dinara, što je daleko ispod prosječne zarade u Srbiji, piše Deutsche Welle.

Prostor između trošnih baraka u kojima žive radnici s gradilišta zrenjaninske tvornice Linglong bio je poprište potresnih scena u srijedu 17. studenoga. Aktivisti organizacije Solidarna kuhinja pokušali su – i na kraju uspjeli – odande izbaviti jednog od stotina vijetnamskih gastarbajtera koji je dobio otkaz – navodno jer je nekoliko dana ranije medijima pričao o očajnim uvjetima života i rada.

Privatni zaštitari, angažirani za čuvanje baraka, suprotstavili su se toj akciji. Bilo je natezanja i guranja. Prema riječima aktivista, radnik je na sigurnom, ima pravnu pomoć, a došao je i do svoje putovnice.

Kako je s lica mjesta javila reporterka N1, mnogi radnici tvrde da su im putovnice oduzete i da im je kretanje ograničeno. Nekoliko dana ranije, kamera te televizije ušla je u barake i zabilježila skučene, prljave spavaonice u kojima borave stotine Vijetnamaca. Kažu da rublje peru ledenom vodom, a tople vode za tuširanje u bojleru ima samo za petero ljudi. Novinari i aktivisti koji su posjetili barake govore o nesnosnom smradu i uvjetima nedostojnim čovjeka, piše Nemanja Rujević za Deutsche Welle.

Odatle radnici svakog dana biciklima odlaze na divovsko gradilište tvornice kineskog Linglonga, koji će u Zrenjaninu proizvoditi gume.

Plati pa radi

Borci za ljudska prava iz organizacija Astra i A11 podnijeli su prijavu zbog sumnje u trgovinu ljudima i izrabljivanje, navodeći da su i ugovori o radu manjkavi, a uvjeti opasni po zdravlje i život. Radnicima se naplaćuje i oprema koju koriste na gradilištu, tvrdi se.

Prema tim organizacijama, Vijetnamci su u Srbiju stizali tijekom proljeća i to preko posredničke kineske tvrtke.

U srijedu je inače među radničke barake stigla i policija, kao i službenici raznih državnih inspekcija, ali novinari na licu mjesta nisu mogli razaznati kojih točno. Kako javlja vojvođanski portal Autonomija, vijetnamski radnici stupili su u štrajk u znak prosvjeda zbog loših uvjeta i otkaza jednom od kolega.

Potom je novinska agencija Tanjug u srijedu prenijela priopćenje srbijanskog Ministarstva rada da su radnici preseljeni na drugu lokaciju. Isto je u tom ministarstvu rečeno za list Blic. "To je bila lažna vijest“, kaže za DW Danilo Ćurčić, programski direktor inicijative A11 koji je već danima na licu mjesta. On kaže da su radnici premještani od četvrtka.

Komentirajući napetosti i "eskalaciju nasilja“, Ćurčić tvrdi i da su državni organi na lice mjesta došli s kineskim prevoditeljem – premda Vijetnamci ne govore kineski. "Ovdje nemamo posla s dobronamjernom državom, već prije s državom koja je u dosluhu, a možda i sudioništvu s investitorom. Drugačije se ne može objasniti ovolika količina zanemarivanja domaćih i međunarodnih propisa“, ocjenjuje taj pravnik.

Iako mediji mahom pišu o "oko pet stotina Vijetnamaca", prema Odsjeku za strance zrenjaninske policije, tamo ima točno 402 radnika iz Vijetnama, od kojih 35 imaju zakonit boravak u Srbiji, a ostali su došli na ime radne vize.

Kako je prenio javni servis RTS, iz menadžmenta Linglonga tvrde da mediji lažu, da su svim zaposlenima osigurani osnovni uvjeti za život, da imaju aparate za vodu, grijalice, odjeću, obuću, te da o izrabljivanju ne može biti ni govora.

Ministarstvo rada priopćilo je da je gradilište Linglonga najkontroliranije u Srednjem Banatu, kada je riječ o sigurnosti na radu, zdravlju zaposlenih i radnim odnosima. Navodi se i da je tamo od prošlog ljeta pa do danas inspekcija bila dvadesetak puta, i da su podnijete dvije prekršajne prijave.

"Ako je istina da je to najkontroliranije gradilište, onda nijedna inspekcija ne radi svoj posao, i o tome se također mora razgovarati“, kaže Danilo Ćurčić za DW.

"Problem s ovom investicijom nije u tome je li ovdje došao Linglong ili bilo koji drugi investitor“, nastavlja Ćurčić, "problem je u tome što je ovo logična posljedica postupne erozije zaštite radnih prava i slabljenja institucija, pa uvođenja trke do dna u privlačenju stranih investicija.“

U tvornici guma tvrtke Shangdong Linglong u Zrenjaninu, prema ranijim najavama, trebalo bi raditi više od tisuću ljudi, a proizvodnja bi u punom obujmu trebala krenuti u ožujku iduće godine. Prilikom potpisivanja ugovora o dolasku te kompanije u Zrenjanin u ožujku 2019. priopćeno je da se radi o investiciji od 800 milijuna eura i da je to najveća greenfield-investicija koja je stigla u Srbiju.

Prema pisanju medija, Linglong je na poklon dobio 95 hektara zemljišta, kao i 75 milijuna eura državnih subvencija za zapošljavanje 1.200 radnika. Navodilo se da radnike čekaju plaće od 42.000 dinara, što je daleko ispod prosječne zarade u Srbiji, piše Deutsche Welle.
