Dvadeset godina nakon prve transplantacije srca, 61-godišnja pacijentica iz Zagreba na Rebru je dobila novo donirano srce, što je rijetkost i u svjetskim razmjerima, istaknuli su u srijedu vodeći stručnjaci KBC-a Zagreb uoči obilježavanja Svjetskog dana srca, 29. rujna.
"Najprije je moje trajalo 41 godinu, ovo drugo je 20 godina, i sad, ako Bog da, i ovo će 20 godina", rekla je Mirela Pandžić za HRT.
Kad imate povjerenja u ljude, poručuje Mirela, onda nema straha.
"Stvarno nisam imala nikakvog straha. Znala sam da će sve biti dobro", rekla je Mirela, dodajući da je čeka oporavak, a novo srece zasad dobro kuca. Posebnih želja nema, samo da što prije dođe kući i nastavi sa životom.
Transplantacija je počela u ponedjeljak, a završila u utorak.
"Nakon niza godina došlo je do promjene funkcionalnosti srčanog presatka i pacijentica je uvrštena na visokourgentnu listu Eurotransplanta te smo uspjeli obaviti retransplantaciju, što je iznimno rijedak zahvat ", istaknuo je na konferenciji za novinare akademik Davor Miličić, voditelj transplantacijskog tima za srce.
Kardijalni kirurg Hrvoje Gašparović nazvao je uznapredovalo srčano zatajenje epidemijom 21. stoljeća.
Naveo je i da se program transplantacije srca u kontinuitetu provodi na Rebru od 1988. godine. Dosad je obavljeno nešto manje od 400 transplantacija, a u tri je slučaja i retransplantacija.
Gašparović je istaknuo izniman uspjeh posljednje retransplantacije, objasnivši da je bila riječ o tehnički vrlo kompleksnom osmosatnom zahvatu.
Izneseni su i podaci da je samo ove godine na Rebru obavljeno 27 transplantacija srca, a samo u proteklom tjednu četiri takva zahvata. Uz spomenutu retransplantaciju kod 61-godišnje pacijentice, novo srce dobila je i 13-godišnja djevojčica te dvojica 67-godišnjaka, a svi se odlično oporavljaju, rekao je Miličić.
Osnovna dijagnoza kod djevojčice bila je dilatacijska kardiomiopatija te je iznenada došlo do zatajenja srca uz nemogućnost da se stanje popravi lijekovima. Uvrštena je na listu čekanja za donirano srce, na koje je čekala svega mjesec dana.
Ravnatelj Ante Ćorušić kaže da se s četiri transplantacije srca u tjedan dana ne može pohvaliti baš puno institucija u Europi, dok je voditeljica Odjela za koordinaciju transplantacija i eksplantacije Jasna Brezak istaknula da hrvatski bolesnici imaju mogućnost dočekati nove organe koji budu uspješno transplantirani

‘Nakon niza godina došlo je do promjene funkcionalnosti srčanog presatka i pacijentica je uvrštena na visokourgentnu listu Eurotransplanta‘
Dvadeset godina nakon prve transplantacije srca, 61-godišnja pacijentica iz Zagreba na Rebru je dobila novo donirano srce, što je rijetkost i u svjetskim razmjerima, istaknuli su u srijedu vodeći stručnjaci KBC-a Zagreb uoči obilježavanja Svjetskog dana srca, 29. rujna.
"Najprije je moje trajalo 41 godinu, ovo drugo je 20 godina, i sad, ako Bog da, i ovo će 20 godina", rekla je Mirela Pandžić za HRT.
Kad imate povjerenja u ljude, poručuje Mirela, onda nema straha.
"Stvarno nisam imala nikakvog straha. Znala sam da će sve biti dobro", rekla je Mirela, dodajući da je čeka oporavak, a novo srece zasad dobro kuca. Posebnih želja nema, samo da što prije dođe kući i nastavi sa životom.
Transplantacija je počela u ponedjeljak, a završila u utorak.
"Nakon niza godina došlo je do promjene funkcionalnosti srčanog presatka i pacijentica je uvrštena na visokourgentnu listu Eurotransplanta te smo uspjeli obaviti retransplantaciju, što je iznimno rijedak zahvat ", istaknuo je na konferenciji za novinare akademik Davor Miličić, voditelj transplantacijskog tima za srce.
Kardijalni kirurg Hrvoje Gašparović nazvao je uznapredovalo srčano zatajenje epidemijom 21. stoljeća.
Naveo je i da se program transplantacije srca u kontinuitetu provodi na Rebru od 1988. godine. Dosad je obavljeno nešto manje od 400 transplantacija, a u tri je slučaja i retransplantacija.
Gašparović je istaknuo izniman uspjeh posljednje retransplantacije, objasnivši da je bila riječ o tehnički vrlo kompleksnom osmosatnom zahvatu.
Izneseni su i podaci da je samo ove godine na Rebru obavljeno 27 transplantacija srca, a samo u proteklom tjednu četiri takva zahvata. Uz spomenutu retransplantaciju kod 61-godišnje pacijentice, novo srce dobila je i 13-godišnja djevojčica te dvojica 67-godišnjaka, a svi se odlično oporavljaju, rekao je Miličić.
Osnovna dijagnoza kod djevojčice bila je dilatacijska kardiomiopatija te je iznenada došlo do zatajenja srca uz nemogućnost da se stanje popravi lijekovima. Uvrštena je na listu čekanja za donirano srce, na koje je čekala svega mjesec dana.
Ravnatelj Ante Ćorušić kaže da se s četiri transplantacije srca u tjedan dana ne može pohvaliti baš puno institucija u Europi, dok je voditeljica Odjela za koordinaciju transplantacija i eksplantacije Jasna Brezak istaknula da hrvatski bolesnici imaju mogućnost dočekati nove organe koji budu uspješno transplantirani
