HRZ želi remont kanadera u Italiji, umjesto da im to radi državni ZTC, piše u petak Jutarnji list, navodeći da je ovogodišnju požarnu sezonu Hrvatska dočekala s nikad manje protupožarnih aviona - samo tri kanadera i tri Air Tractora.

Zračne snage sada na raspolaganju imaju jedan kanader više. Dakle, ukupno sedam aviona. I svi su oni u srijedu bili angažirani na gašenju golemog požara kod Šibenika.

U isto vrijeme aktivirao se i požar na splitskom Marjanu i da se on kojim slučajem razbuktao, upitno je bi li se zračne snage s tolikim brojem aviona mogle boriti s dva velika požara. Tko je odgovoran, pita novinar Krešimir Žabec

Glavni krivac za ovakvu situaciju je Uprava Zrakoplovno-tehničkog centra, tvrtke zadužene za popravak protupožarnih aviona, i Vladin Centar za restrukturiranje i prodaju, koji je u ime države zadužen za ovu kompaniju.

Uprava ZTC-a nedavno je krivnju za nespremnost aviona za sezonu prebacila na proizvođača aviona. No, podaci govore da rezervni dijelovi za avione nisu naručeni na vrijeme, da se kasnilo s provedbom potrebnih radova, a dio mehaničara u vrijeme kada su avioni u hangaru čekali na remont - pušten je da ode dva mjeseca raditi u inozemstvo, što im je bilo plaćeno. Danas se u dva hangara ZTC-a nalaze dva Air Tractora i dva kanadera, i čekaju na popravak.

Prema najavama, posljednji kanader bi trebao biti završen do 1. studenoga. Dakle, nakon službenog završetka požarne sezone. Još jedan Air Tractor, koji je nedavno imao tvrdo slijetanje, stoji u Zadru i čeka da se isprazni jedno mjesto u hangaru ZTC-a da bi mogao na popravak.

Osim toga, u vrijeme kada vatrogasci željno čekaju dolazak kanadera sa servisa, a radove treba ubrzati, predsjednik Uprave Zdravko Klanac otišao je na godišnji odmor, a rješenje mu za to nije potpisala predsjednica Nadzornog odbora.

Da će situacija u toj tvrtki biti još gora, ukazuje informacija Jutarnjeg lista da zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva, general Michael Križanec traži ponude u inozemstvu za servisiranje kanadera. On je nedavno talijanskoj tvrtki Babcock International uputio zahtjev za informativnom ponudom za provedbu godišnjeg pregleda jednog kanadera nakon završene požarne sezone.

Prema našim informacijama, sve se realizira u dogovoru s Upravom ZTC-a. Riječ je o poslu remonta aviona za koji ZTC ima ugovor s Ministarstvom obrane, ali bi u ovom slučaju ZTC ustupio radove talijanskoj kompaniji i za to dobio financijsku naknadu od oko pet posto od ukupne vrijednosti radova, koji se procjenjuju na oko pet milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

HRZ želi remont kanadera u Italiji, umjesto da im to radi državni ZTC, piše u petak Jutarnji list, navodeći da je ovogodišnju požarnu sezonu Hrvatska dočekala s nikad manje protupožarnih aviona - samo tri kanadera i tri Air Tractora.

Zračne snage sada na raspolaganju imaju jedan kanader više. Dakle, ukupno sedam aviona. I svi su oni u srijedu bili angažirani na gašenju golemog požara kod Šibenika.

U isto vrijeme aktivirao se i požar na splitskom Marjanu i da se on kojim slučajem razbuktao, upitno je bi li se zračne snage s tolikim brojem aviona mogle boriti s dva velika požara. Tko je odgovoran, pita novinar Krešimir Žabec

Glavni krivac za ovakvu situaciju je Uprava Zrakoplovno-tehničkog centra, tvrtke zadužene za popravak protupožarnih aviona, i Vladin Centar za restrukturiranje i prodaju, koji je u ime države zadužen za ovu kompaniju.

Uprava ZTC-a nedavno je krivnju za nespremnost aviona za sezonu prebacila na proizvođača aviona. No, podaci govore da rezervni dijelovi za avione nisu naručeni na vrijeme, da se kasnilo s provedbom potrebnih radova, a dio mehaničara u vrijeme kada su avioni u hangaru čekali na remont - pušten je da ode dva mjeseca raditi u inozemstvo, što im je bilo plaćeno. Danas se u dva hangara ZTC-a nalaze dva Air Tractora i dva kanadera, i čekaju na popravak.

Prema najavama, posljednji kanader bi trebao biti završen do 1. studenoga. Dakle, nakon službenog završetka požarne sezone. Još jedan Air Tractor, koji je nedavno imao tvrdo slijetanje, stoji u Zadru i čeka da se isprazni jedno mjesto u hangaru ZTC-a da bi mogao na popravak.

Osim toga, u vrijeme kada vatrogasci željno čekaju dolazak kanadera sa servisa, a radove treba ubrzati, predsjednik Uprave Zdravko Klanac otišao je na godišnji odmor, a rješenje mu za to nije potpisala predsjednica Nadzornog odbora.

Da će situacija u toj tvrtki biti još gora, ukazuje informacija Jutarnjeg lista da zapovjednik Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva, general Michael Križanec traži ponude u inozemstvu za servisiranje kanadera. On je nedavno talijanskoj tvrtki Babcock International uputio zahtjev za informativnom ponudom za provedbu godišnjeg pregleda jednog kanadera nakon završene požarne sezone.

Prema našim informacijama, sve se realizira u dogovoru s Upravom ZTC-a. Riječ je o poslu remonta aviona za koji ZTC ima ugovor s Ministarstvom obrane, ali bi u ovom slučaju ZTC ustupio radove talijanskoj kompaniji i za to dobio financijsku naknadu od oko pet posto od ukupne vrijednosti radova, koji se procjenjuju na oko pet milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.
