Najplaćeniji radnici u Hrvatskoj su kontrolori leta čije su lanjske prosječne mjesečne plaće od 26.260 kuna gotovo četiri puta veće od prosječne, dok najslabije plaćeni radnici, šivači s 3780 kuna prosječne bušte, trebaju sedam mjeseci raditi za jednu prosječnu plaću kontrolora.

Kako je objavio portal Moj Posao, pozivajući se na podatke servisa MojaPlaća, u pandemijskoj 2020. godini prosječna mjesečna neto plaća s uključenim dodacima na plaću u Hrvatskoj je iznosila 6712 kuna, što je četiri posto ili 285 kuna više od prosječne plaće iz godine ranije.

Medijalna plaća za prošlu godinu iznosi 6125 kuna te je manje porasla od prosječne, za dva posto ili 125 kuna u odnosu na preklani, što znači da je veći broj ispitanika koji prima plaću manju od prosječne plaće nego onih s natprosječnim plaćama.

Najbolje plaćeniji radnici su, uz kontrolore leta, prošle godine bili piloti s prosječnim plaćama od 14.950 kuna, razni menadžeri s prosječnim plaćama koje se kreću se oko 14.900 kuna, a slijede zaposleni u informacijskim tehnologijama poput IT arhitekata s prosječnih 14.300 kuna, inženjera i programera s 13.400 kuna, odnosno 13.320 kuna prosječnih plaća. Najmanje zarađuju tekstilni radnici, a posebno su potplaćeni šivači s prosječnih 3780 kuna plaće, krojači s 3870 kuna i obućari s 3910 kuna prosječne plaće.

Uz podatke o lanjskim plaćama, uz ovaj tekst objavljujemo i trenutačni popis najslabije i najbolje plaćenih radnih mjesta servisa MojaPlaća.hr koji prati iznose plaće za 296 radnih mjesta a njihovim je istraživanjem trenutačno obuhvaćeno 36.000 ispitanika.

Dok na listi najvećih plaća i nema previše iznenađenja, na listi trenutačno najslabije plaćenih zanimanja naći ćete pripadnike domaćeg Baywatcha s prosječnim buštama od 4235 kuna, poštare s 4523 kune, pogrebnike 4315 kuna prosječne plaće, kao i cvjećare, kozmetičare i frizere...

S portala MojPosao kažu da u pandemijskoj prošloj godini usprkos gospodarskoj krizi, u niti jednoj djelatnosti nije došlo do pada iznosa prosječne mjesečne neto plaće u odnosu na 2019. godinu. Dodaju da zaposlenike najbolje plaćaju tvrtke iz sektora IT-a i telekomunikacija u kojima su plaće 30 posto više od prosjeka, a upravo ova djelatnost je zabilježila i najveći prosječan rast mjesečnih primanja u odnosu na pretprošlu godinu od šest posto.

Financijske bonuse je u proteklih 10 mjeseci dobilo 19 posto zaposlenih a novčanu naknadu za rad u izvanrednoj situaciji su u najvećoj mjeri podijelile svojim zaposlenicima tvrtke iz djelatnosti koje su imale najizazovnije razdoblje. Tako su bonuse u najvećoj mjeri podijelile svojim zaposlenicima tvrtke iz djelatnosti trgovine (25 posto), transporta (23 posto) te zdravstva (23 posto). Unatoč tome što se ukupan broj radnika kojima poslodavci pružaju određene beneficije nije značajno promijenio u odnosu na 2019. godinu, promijenila vrsta beneficija na koje zaposlenici imaju pravo.

Najplaćeniji radnici u Hrvatskoj su kontrolori leta čije su lanjske prosječne mjesečne plaće od 26.260 kuna gotovo četiri puta veće od prosječne, dok najslabije plaćeni radnici, šivači s 3780 kuna prosječne bušte, trebaju sedam mjeseci raditi za jednu prosječnu plaću kontrolora.

Kako je objavio portal Moj Posao, pozivajući se na podatke servisa MojaPlaća, u pandemijskoj 2020. godini prosječna mjesečna neto plaća s uključenim dodacima na plaću u Hrvatskoj je iznosila 6712 kuna, što je četiri posto ili 285 kuna više od prosječne plaće iz godine ranije.

Medijalna plaća za prošlu godinu iznosi 6125 kuna te je manje porasla od prosječne, za dva posto ili 125 kuna u odnosu na preklani, što znači da je veći broj ispitanika koji prima plaću manju od prosječne plaće nego onih s natprosječnim plaćama.

Najbolje plaćeniji radnici su, uz kontrolore leta, prošle godine bili piloti s prosječnim plaćama od 14.950 kuna, razni menadžeri s prosječnim plaćama koje se kreću se oko 14.900 kuna, a slijede zaposleni u informacijskim tehnologijama poput IT arhitekata s prosječnih 14.300 kuna, inženjera i programera s 13.400 kuna, odnosno 13.320 kuna prosječnih plaća. Najmanje zarađuju tekstilni radnici, a posebno su potplaćeni šivači s prosječnih 3780 kuna plaće, krojači s 3870 kuna i obućari s 3910 kuna prosječne plaće.

Uz podatke o lanjskim plaćama, uz ovaj tekst objavljujemo i trenutačni popis najslabije i najbolje plaćenih radnih mjesta servisa MojaPlaća.hr koji prati iznose plaće za 296 radnih mjesta a njihovim je istraživanjem trenutačno obuhvaćeno 36.000 ispitanika.

Dok na listi najvećih plaća i nema previše iznenađenja, na listi trenutačno najslabije plaćenih zanimanja naći ćete pripadnike domaćeg Baywatcha s prosječnim buštama od 4235 kuna, poštare s 4523 kune, pogrebnike 4315 kuna prosječne plaće, kao i cvjećare, kozmetičare i frizere...

S portala MojPosao kažu da u pandemijskoj prošloj godini usprkos gospodarskoj krizi, u niti jednoj djelatnosti nije došlo do pada iznosa prosječne mjesečne neto plaće u odnosu na 2019. godinu. Dodaju da zaposlenike najbolje plaćaju tvrtke iz sektora IT-a i telekomunikacija u kojima su plaće 30 posto više od prosjeka, a upravo ova djelatnost je zabilježila i najveći prosječan rast mjesečnih primanja u odnosu na pretprošlu godinu od šest posto.

Financijske bonuse je u proteklih 10 mjeseci dobilo 19 posto zaposlenih a novčanu naknadu za rad u izvanrednoj situaciji su u najvećoj mjeri podijelile svojim zaposlenicima tvrtke iz djelatnosti koje su imale najizazovnije razdoblje. Tako su bonuse u najvećoj mjeri podijelile svojim zaposlenicima tvrtke iz djelatnosti trgovine (25 posto), transporta (23 posto) te zdravstva (23 posto). Unatoč tome što se ukupan broj radnika kojima poslodavci pružaju određene beneficije nije značajno promijenio u odnosu na 2019. godinu, promijenila vrsta beneficija na koje zaposlenici imaju pravo.
