To je istaknuto danas na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu na predstavljanju rezultata za koje su Istraživanja provedena tijekom veljače ove godine na temelju 1779 odgovora doktoranada sa 120 studija, te 44 poslodavca.

Prorektorica Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Melita Kovačević ukazala je na negativne rezultate Istraživanja i kazala da će rješavanje toga problema trebati postići na razini doktorskih studija svih sveučilišta u Hrvatskoj.

Najveći broj ispitanika smatra da su jaki u kompetencijama stručne učinkovitosti i timskog rada, znatno manje u vještinama upravljanja ljudima i projektima, a najmanje u vještini građenja vlastite karijere, kazala je Janet Metcalfe iz Centra za savjetovanje za karijere (Career advisory and research center) iz Velike Britanije predstavljajući rezultate Istraživanja.

Veliki broj ispitanika smatra da je veće kompetencije stekao kroz neformalne aktivnosti ili kroz druga iskustva tijekom studija, nego kroz formalne radionice za obuku.

Više od polovice smatra da im studij nije pomogao u izgradnji sposobnosti za razvoj karijere i predvodništva.

Nije bilo jasnog dokaza o razvoju kompetencija u usporedbi prve i završne godine studija, čime se otvara pitanje imaju li ti studiji utjecaja na razvoj kompetencija, rečeno je na predstavljanju.

Vrlo mali broj studenata karijeru namjerava provesti izvan sustava znanosti i kroz samozapošljavanje te većina smatra da ih doktorski studiji ne pripremaju dobro za karijeru izvan visokog obrazovanja, rezultati su Istraživanja u kojima je sudjelovalo oko 30 posto hrvatskih doktoranada.

Robin Mellors-Bourne iz istog Centra kazao je da Istraživanje pokazuje ograničenu mogućnost prijelaza iz sustava visokog obrazovanja na tržište. Kao što unutar kruga poslodavaca ne postoji percepcija da se doktorandi obrazuju za tržište, tako među studentima ne postoji postoje očekivanja da će se zaposliti izvan sustava visokog obrazovanja, pokazuju odgovori.

Mnogi poslodavci smatraju da dosadašnji studiji nisu dobri u razvijanju osobnih i stručnih kompetencija te da nisu pripremljeni za tršište rada, kaže se u Istraživanju koje se temelji na 44 ispitanika koji su odgovorili od oko 200 upućenih poziva.

Iako su poduzetnici pokazali načelni interes prema osmišljavanju programa razvoja vještina, interakcija o tome između sustava obrazovanja i tvrtki ne postoji, rečeno je.

To je istaknuto danas na Sveučilištu u Zagrebu na predstavljanju rezultata za koje su Istraživanja provedena tijekom veljače ove godine na temelju 1779 odgovora doktoranada sa 120 studija, te 44 poslodavca.

Prorektorica Sveučilišta u Zagrebu Melita Kovačević ukazala je na negativne rezultate Istraživanja i kazala da će rješavanje toga problema trebati postići na razini doktorskih studija svih sveučilišta u Hrvatskoj.

Najveći broj ispitanika smatra da su jaki u kompetencijama stručne učinkovitosti i timskog rada, znatno manje u vještinama upravljanja ljudima i projektima, a najmanje u vještini građenja vlastite karijere, kazala je Janet Metcalfe iz Centra za savjetovanje za karijere (Career advisory and research center) iz Velike Britanije predstavljajući rezultate Istraživanja.

Veliki broj ispitanika smatra da je veće kompetencije stekao kroz neformalne aktivnosti ili kroz druga iskustva tijekom studija, nego kroz formalne radionice za obuku.

Više od polovice smatra da im studij nije pomogao u izgradnji sposobnosti za razvoj karijere i predvodništva.

Nije bilo jasnog dokaza o razvoju kompetencija u usporedbi prve i završne godine studija, čime se otvara pitanje imaju li ti studiji utjecaja na razvoj kompetencija, rečeno je na predstavljanju.

Vrlo mali broj studenata karijeru namjerava provesti izvan sustava znanosti i kroz samozapošljavanje te većina smatra da ih doktorski studiji ne pripremaju dobro za karijeru izvan visokog obrazovanja, rezultati su Istraživanja u kojima je sudjelovalo oko 30 posto hrvatskih doktoranada.

Robin Mellors-Bourne iz istog Centra kazao je da Istraživanje pokazuje ograničenu mogućnost prijelaza iz sustava visokog obrazovanja na tržište. Kao što unutar kruga poslodavaca ne postoji percepcija da se doktorandi obrazuju za tržište, tako među studentima ne postoji postoje očekivanja da će se zaposliti izvan sustava visokog obrazovanja, pokazuju odgovori.

Mnogi poslodavci smatraju da dosadašnji studiji nisu dobri u razvijanju osobnih i stručnih kompetencija te da nisu pripremljeni za tršište rada, kaže se u Istraživanju koje se temelji na 44 ispitanika koji su odgovorili od oko 200 upućenih poziva.

Iako su poduzetnici pokazali načelni interes prema osmišljavanju programa razvoja vještina, interakcija o tome između sustava obrazovanja i tvrtki ne postoji, rečeno je.
