Ako niste bili u Brazilu ili Kolumbiji, djecu ovih dana možete odvesti na Škrape kako bi iz prve ruke vidjeli kako izgleda - favela!
Na problematičnom "kantunu" na Škrapama stanovnici su prestali brojati po koji put je iskrcana poveća količina glomaznog otpada: namještaja, građevinskog materijala, paleta, antena…
Stanovnici Škrapa frustrirani su neaktivnošću komunalnih redara i činjenicom da unatoč brojnim prijavama građana i unatoč činjenici da "Čistoća" ima organizirano prikupljanje glomaznog otpada neodgovorni pojedinci i dalje prolaze nekažnjeno pa se s ovom pričom - samo vrte u krug!
Priča je začuđujuća i stoga što "Čistoća" osim mjesečnog rasporeda prikupljanja otpada, u suradnji s Gradskim kotarevima i Mjesnim odborima, preuzima glomazni otpad na "kućnom pragu", odnosno na parceli obuhvata građevine. Prema Uredbi o gospodarenju komunalnim otpadom građani imaju pravo na odvoz glomaznog otpada jedanput godišnje, bez naknade, što znači da je taj iznos uračunat u cijenu odvoza miješanog komunalnog otpada.

- Moram vam reći da je to problem s kojim se svakodnevno susrećemo u gotovo svim dijelovima grada, ova mikrolokacija je samo jedna u nizu. Takav otpad građani uglavnom ostavljaju noću. Moje radno vrijeme je do 3 sata popodme, ali unatoč i noćnim dežurstvima koja smo uveli od 10 sati do 1 ujutro na pojedinim spornim lokacijama, počiniteljima je često teško ući u trag bez suradnje s odgovornim građanima ili primjerice - predstavnicima stanara, ako se radi o većim zgradama.
-Čistoća na Škrapama glomazni otpad uklanja dva puta mjesečno, a svi građani mogu se javiti kotarskom tajništvu i najaviti ukoliko imaju glomazni otpad koji treba odvesti. Na spornoj lokaciji su do prošle godine bili kontejneri pa smo kako bismo riješili problem ilegalnog parkinga tu postavili prometne stupiće. Na problematičnom "kantunu" na Škrapama stanovnici su prestali brojati po koji put je iskrcana poveća količina glomaznog otpada: namještaja, građevinskog materijala, paleta, antena…
Stanovnici Škrapa frustrirani su neaktivnošću komunalnih redara i činjenicom da unatoč brojnim prijavama građana i unatoč činjenici da "Čistoća" ima organizirano prikupljanje glomaznog otpada neodgovorni pojedinci i dalje prolaze nekažnjeno pa se s ovom pričom - samo vrte u krug!
Priča je začuđujuća i stoga što "Čistoća" osim mjesečnog rasporeda prikupljanja otpada, u suradnji s Gradskim kotarevima i Mjesnim odborima, preuzima glomazni otpad na "kućnom pragu", odnosno na parceli obuhvata građevine. Prema Uredbi o gospodarenju komunalnim otpadom građani imaju pravo na odvoz glomaznog otpada jedanput godišnje, bez naknade, što znači da je taj iznos uračunat u cijenu odvoza miješanog komunalnog otpada.
Vinko Kaliterna, komunalni je redar za područje kvartova Blatine-Škrape i Lokve.
- Moram vam reći da je to problem s kojim se svakodnevno susrećemo u gotovo svim dijelovima grada, ova mikrolokacija je samo jedna u nizu. Takav otpad građani uglavnom ostavljaju noću. Moje radno vrijeme je do 3 sata popodme, ali unatoč i noćnim dežurstvima koja smo uveli od 10 sati do 1 ujutro na pojedinim spornim lokacijama, počiniteljima je često teško ući u trag bez suradnje s odgovornim građanima ili primjerice - predstavnicima stanara, ako se radi o većim zgradama.
-Čistoća na Škrapama glomazni otpad uklanja dva puta mjesečno, a svi građani mogu se javiti kotarskom tajništvu i najaviti ukoliko imaju glomazni otpad koji treba odvesti. Na spornoj lokaciji su do prošle godine bili kontejneri pa smo kako bismo riješili problem ilegalnog parkinga tu postavili prometne stupiće. Neki su očito zadržali stare navike! - iznio je svoju stranu priče Kaliterna i dodao:
