Na uvjetnu kaznu od godine dana zatvora uz rok kušnje od pet godina osuđena je na Županijskom sudu u Splitu Mileva Mimica - Lucić, bivša direktorica "Mils trgovine".
Istom presudom odlučeno je kako u roku od godine dana od pravomoćnosti mora "MILS Mljekari" d.o.o., u stečaju isplatiti 2,3 milijuna kuna što je iznos štete nanesen navedenoj tvrtki gospodarskim kriminalitetom.
Sudsko vijeće pod predsjedanjem Mlađana Prvana odredio joj je sigurnosnu mjeru zabrane obavljanja dužnosti člana uprave ili prokuriste trgovačkih društava u trajanju od četiri godine.
Optužena je dužna i platiti 13.426 kuna sudskih troškova od čega je 6.700 kuna otpalo na financijsko-knjigovodstveno vještačenje.
Bivša direktorica proglašena je krivom što je od početka veljače 2007. godine do veljače 2012. godine kao jedini član uprave "MILS Mljekara" Split neosnovanim isplatama umanjila imovinu Društva dajući naloge zaposlenicima računovodstva da obavljaju takve isplate.
Tako je, nakon što je njen brat Filko Mimica, koji je radio kao kotlovničar u veljači 2007. uhvaćen u krađi, umjesto da mu uruči otkaz, naložila da mu se i dalje isplaćuje osobni dohodak.
U narednom periodu on čak nije ni dolazio na posao u MILS niti radio u firmi već je u to vrijeme radio za lečevačku mljekaru "Pramenka" koju je osnovao suprug optužene direktorice.
Na ime plaća za nepostojeći rad isplaćeno mu je do veljače 2012. godine 745.500 kuna. Nadalje je osuđena da je Filkovoj supruzi Tei Mimici, svojoj nevjesti, koja je radila u "Mils trgovini" na splitskom Pazaru, u tri godine na osnovi stimulacije isplatila oko 528.000 kuna bez ikakve osnove.
Proglašena je krivom i što je Zoranu Bauku, koji je od 2010. do 2012. radio kao savjetnik u "Milsu", isplatila oko 875.000 iako on nije dolazio na posao. Također je, prema optužnici, Mileva Mimica-Lucić naložila da se Baukovoj tvrtki "Antique Impex" na ime usluga koje nikad nisu obavljene plati oko 90 tisuća kuna.
Naložila je i isplatu 20.800 kuna Marnelu Tomiću na ime plaća za četiri mjeseca početkom 2011. godine, iako nije ništa radio za "MILS". Na isti način je naložila i isplatu plaća u vremenu od listopada 2011. godine do veljače 2012. godine Mladenki Buovac čime je oštećen MILS za 40.400 kuna, navedeno je u presudi.
Opisanim nedjelima oštetila je "MILS Mljekaru" d.o.o. za 2,3 milijuna kuna i počinila kazneno djelo zlouporebe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Na uvjetnu kaznu od godine dana zatvora uz rok kušnje od pet godina osuđena je na Županijskom sudu u Splitu Mileva Mimica - Lucić, bivša direktorica "Mils trgovine".
Istom presudom odlučeno je kako u roku od godine dana od pravomoćnosti mora "MILS Mljekari" d.o.o., u stečaju isplatiti 2,3 milijuna kuna što je iznos štete nanesen navedenoj tvrtki gospodarskim kriminalitetom.
Sudsko vijeće pod predsjedanjem Mlađana Prvana odredio joj je sigurnosnu mjeru zabrane obavljanja dužnosti člana uprave ili prokuriste trgovačkih društava u trajanju od četiri godine.
Optužena je dužna i platiti 13.426 kuna sudskih troškova od čega je 6.700 kuna otpalo na financijsko-knjigovodstveno vještačenje.
Bivša direktorica proglašena je krivom što je od početka veljače 2007. godine do veljače 2012. godine kao jedini član uprave "MILS Mljekara" Split neosnovanim isplatama umanjila imovinu Društva dajući naloge zaposlenicima računovodstva da obavljaju takve isplate.
Tako je, nakon što je njen brat Filko Mimica, koji je radio kao kotlovničar u veljači 2007. uhvaćen u krađi, umjesto da mu uruči otkaz, naložila da mu se i dalje isplaćuje osobni dohodak.
U narednom periodu on čak nije ni dolazio na posao u MILS niti radio u firmi već je u to vrijeme radio za lečevačku mljekaru "Pramenka" koju je osnovao suprug optužene direktorice.
Na ime plaća za nepostojeći rad isplaćeno mu je do veljače 2012. godine 745.500 kuna. Nadalje je osuđena da je Filkovoj supruzi Tei Mimici, svojoj nevjesti, koja je radila u "Mils trgovini" na splitskom Pazaru, u tri godine na osnovi stimulacije isplatila oko 528.000 kuna bez ikakve osnove.
Proglašena je krivom i što je Zoranu Bauku, koji je od 2010. do 2012. radio kao savjetnik u "Milsu", isplatila oko 875.000 iako on nije dolazio na posao. Također je, prema optužnici, Mileva Mimica-Lucić naložila da se Baukovoj tvrtki "Antique Impex" na ime usluga koje nikad nisu obavljene plati oko 90 tisuća kuna.
Naložila je i isplatu 20.800 kuna Marnelu Tomiću na ime plaća za četiri mjeseca početkom 2011. godine, iako nije ništa radio za "MILS". Na isti način je naložila i isplatu plaća u vremenu od listopada 2011. godine do veljače 2012. godine Mladenki Buovac čime je oštećen MILS za 40.400 kuna, navedeno je u presudi.
Opisanim nedjelima oštetila je "MILS Mljekaru" d.o.o. za 2,3 milijuna kuna i počinila kazneno djelo zlouporebe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju.
