Marelica možda nije uobičajen izbor za blagdanske kolače, ali lijepo paše uz ostale okuse, a ako baš želite možete je zamijeniti punjenjem koje se više uklapa u vaše shvaćanje blagdanskih slatkarija. Možda džem bi vam marmelada od mandarina za koju smo vam nekidan dali recept više odgovarala?

Njegova ljepota nije samo u tome što interesantno spaja okuse i što keksi po njemu napravljeni neodoljivo izgledaju nego i u tome što je cijeli posao gotov za samo 15 minuta jer nema valjanja tijesta i rezanja oblika, cijela smjesa ide u dresir vrećicu, a keksiće samo treba istisnuti na lim za pečenje. Mak, limun i džem od marelica
Sastojci:
120 g mekog maslaca
50 g šećera u prahu
2 jaja
70 g mljevenog maka
1/2 žličice ekstrakta ili paste vanilije
korica jednog limuna
prstohvat soli
10 g škroba
150 g glatkog brašna
1/4 žličice praška za pecivo
+džem za punjenje
Priprema:
Pjenasto mikserom umutite šećer i maslac. Dodajte jaja i vaniliju pa još kratko izmiksajte.
U drugoj posudi pomiješajte suhe sastojke pa ih dodajte u posudu s maslacem, sve pomiješajte kuhačom dok ne dobijete tijesto.
Prebacite u dresir vrećicu (najbolje koristiti dvije jer je smjesa gusta pa će trebati jače stisnuti da izadje), istisnite kružiće (pazite da ne budu predebeli) na lim za pečenje obložen papirom pa napravite udubinu za džem na površini (kuhačom ili prstom lagano namočenim vodom).
Ostavite u hladnjaku barem dva sata prije pečenja (ako nije dovoljno hladno prije pečenja, keksići će se previše raširiti).
Pecite na 180C 10ak minuta. Čim se ispeku malo produbite udubljenje za džem.
Tri velike žlice džema zagrijte na laganoj vatri pa žličicom ili dresir vrećicom punite udubine lagano ohladjenih keksića.

Marelica možda nije uobičajen izbor za blagdanske kolače, ali lijepo paše uz ostale okuse, a ako baš želite možete je zamijeniti punjenjem koje se više uklapa u vaše shvaćanje blagdanskih slatkarija. Možda džem bi vam marmelada od mandarina za koju smo vam nekidan dali recept više odgovarala?

Njegova ljepota nije samo u tome što interesantno spaja okuse i što keksi po njemu napravljeni neodoljivo izgledaju nego i u tome što je cijeli posao gotov za samo 15 minuta jer nema valjanja tijesta i rezanja oblika, cijela smjesa ide u dresir vrećicu, a keksiće samo treba istisnuti na lim za pečenje. Mak, limun i džem od marelica
Sastojci:
120 g mekog maslaca
50 g šećera u prahu
2 jaja
70 g mljevenog maka
1/2 žličice ekstrakta ili paste vanilije
korica jednog limuna
prstohvat soli
10 g škroba
150 g glatkog brašna
1/4 žličice praška za pecivo
+džem za punjenje
Priprema:
Pjenasto mikserom umutite šećer i maslac. Dodajte jaja i vaniliju pa još kratko izmiksajte.
U drugoj posudi pomiješajte suhe sastojke pa ih dodajte u posudu s maslacem, sve pomiješajte kuhačom dok ne dobijete tijesto.
Prebacite u dresir vrećicu (najbolje koristiti dvije jer je smjesa gusta pa će trebati jače stisnuti da izadje), istisnite kružiće (pazite da ne budu predebeli) na lim za pečenje obložen papirom pa napravite udubinu za džem na površini (kuhačom ili prstom lagano namočenim vodom).
Ostavite u hladnjaku barem dva sata prije pečenja (ako nije dovoljno hladno prije pečenja, keksići će se previše raširiti).
Pecite na 180C 10ak minuta. Čim se ispeku malo produbite udubljenje za džem.
Tri velike žlice džema zagrijte na laganoj vatri pa žličicom ili dresir vrećicom punite udubine lagano ohladjenih keksića.
