Rak mokraćnog mjehura, među raznim sijelima raka u Hrvatskoj, ima najveći trend porasta smrtnosti od gotovo 15 posto u osmogodišnjem razdoblju, upozoreno je u utorak na okruglom stolu posvećenom ranom otkrivanju i smanjenju smrtnosti od ove bolesti.

Preživjeti ovaj rak, koji je peti po učestalosti, moguće je ako ga se prepozna u ranoj fazi.

Doktor Igor Tomašković otkriva rani simptom karcinoma mokraćnog mjehura. "Pojava krvi u mokraći. Najčešće je to bezbolno krvarenje dakle ne postoje prateći simptomi i to bi trebalo alarmirati svakog bolesnika da se promptno javi liječniku."

Karcinom mokraćnog mjehura nazivaju i zaboravljenom bolešću budući da se o njemu ne govori često. Glavni rizični čimbenik je pušenje odnosno nikotin i ostali štetni spojevi koji se kroz mokraćni mjehur izlučuju iz organizma, piše Dnevnik.

Ivica Belina, voditelj koordinacija udruga u zdravstvu kaže da su to u većem broju muškarci, pušači, stariji od 65 godina. "Samo 30 posto oboljelih je ispod 30 godina s tim da je kod žena u pravilu teža klinička slika i lošiji ishodi jer se kod njih bolest kasnije otkrije."

Smrtnost je u porastu i tu smo u pet najlošijih zemalja u Europi.

Hrvatski Registar za rak bilježi godišnje oko 1000 novih dijagnoza ove bolesti, od koje umre između 450 i 500 pacijenata.

U razdoblju od 2011. do 2019. mokraćni je mjehur imao najveći porast smrtnosti od svih sijela raka u Hrvatskoj, od gotovo 15 posto, a podaci OECD-a za Hrvatsku za 2023. godinu govore o stabilnosti tog trenda rasta.

Četiri desetljeća nije bilo učinkovite terapije, no od 2016. je stigla imunoterapija kao i genetsko profiliranje pacijenata s kojim smo u vrhu Europe.

Doktorica Marijana Jazvić, specijalistica onkologije kaže da su hrvatski pacijenti ipak po nečemu privilegirani.

"Jedni smo od rijetkih zemalja odnosno naši pacijenti jedni od rijetkih imaju tu privilegiju da se to može napraviti svakom bolesniku koji ima tu dijagnozu ne samo raka mokraćnog mjehura već i bilo kojeg drugog raka."

Nepušenje, zdrav način života kao i preventivni pregledi, način su kako se zaštititi od ovog tihog ubojice, piše Dnevnik.

Nedavno je o simptomima ovog raka govorio i dr. Amir Khan. Na svom Instagram profilu upozorio je pratitelje na 11 upozoravajućih znakova ove potencijalno smrtonosne bolesti.

- Znakovi i simptomi koji ukazuju na rak mokraćnog mjehura mogu se zamijeniti za simptome infekcije mokraćnog trakta ili za žučne kamence. A te su bolesti mnogo češće i njihovi se simptomi preklapaju s onima raka mokraćnog mjehura. Zato je vrlo važno upozoriti ljude kada bi svakako trebali otići liječniku zbog simptoma koje primijete - upozorava dr. Amir koji kaže da je krv u mokraći najčešći simptom raka mokraćnog mjehura te da ona može biti crvena, narančasta, roskasta ili smeđa te se pojavljivati i nestajati.

Obično nije praćena bolovima, ali to nije uvijek pravilo. Drugi rani simptomi za koje bi svi trebali znati su bol prilikom mokrenja, češće mokrenje ili iznenadni nagon na mokrenje koji ne možete kontrolirati. Kako bolest napreduje, mogu se javiti i drugi simptomi. Liječnik kaže da treba obratiti pažnju na bol u području trbuha, oticanje nogu te bol sa strane leđa u kasnijim stadijima bolesti. S vremenom se rak širu u druge dijelove tijela, uzrokujući nove znakove, poput boli u kostima, umora, gubitka apetita i tjelesne težine.

Rak mokraćnog mjehura, među raznim sijelima raka u Hrvatskoj, ima najveći trend porasta smrtnosti od gotovo 15 posto u osmogodišnjem razdoblju, upozoreno je u utorak na okruglom stolu posvećenom ranom otkrivanju i smanjenju smrtnosti od ove bolesti.

Preživjeti ovaj rak, koji je peti po učestalosti, moguće je ako ga se prepozna u ranoj fazi.

Doktor Igor Tomašković otkriva rani simptom karcinoma mokraćnog mjehura. "Pojava krvi u mokraći. Najčešće je to bezbolno krvarenje dakle ne postoje prateći simptomi i to bi trebalo alarmirati svakog bolesnika da se promptno javi liječniku."

Karcinom mokraćnog mjehura nazivaju i zaboravljenom bolešću budući da se o njemu ne govori često. Glavni rizični čimbenik je pušenje odnosno nikotin i ostali štetni spojevi koji se kroz mokraćni mjehur izlučuju iz organizma, piše Dnevnik.

Ivica Belina, voditelj koordinacija udruga u zdravstvu kaže da su to u većem broju muškarci, pušači, stariji od 65 godina. "Samo 30 posto oboljelih je ispod 30 godina s tim da je kod žena u pravilu teža klinička slika i lošiji ishodi jer se kod njih bolest kasnije otkrije."

Smrtnost je u porastu i tu smo u pet najlošijih zemalja u Europi.

Hrvatski Registar za rak bilježi godišnje oko 1000 novih dijagnoza ove bolesti, od koje umre između 450 i 500 pacijenata.

U razdoblju od 2011. do 2019. mokraćni je mjehur imao najveći porast smrtnosti od svih sijela raka u Hrvatskoj, od gotovo 15 posto, a podaci OECD-a za Hrvatsku za 2023. godinu govore o stabilnosti tog trenda rasta.

Četiri desetljeća nije bilo učinkovite terapije, no od 2016. je stigla imunoterapija kao i genetsko profiliranje pacijenata s kojim smo u vrhu Europe.

Doktorica Marijana Jazvić, specijalistica onkologije kaže da su hrvatski pacijenti ipak po nečemu privilegirani.

"Jedni smo od rijetkih zemalja odnosno naši pacijenti jedni od rijetkih imaju tu privilegiju da se to može napraviti svakom bolesniku koji ima tu dijagnozu ne samo raka mokraćnog mjehura već i bilo kojeg drugog raka."

Nepušenje, zdrav način života kao i preventivni pregledi, način su kako se zaštititi od ovog tihog ubojice, piše Dnevnik.

Nedavno je o simptomima ovog raka govorio i dr. Amir Khan. Na svom Instagram profilu upozorio je pratitelje na 11 upozoravajućih znakova ove potencijalno smrtonosne bolesti.

- Znakovi i simptomi koji ukazuju na rak mokraćnog mjehura mogu se zamijeniti za simptome infekcije mokraćnog trakta ili za žučne kamence. A te su bolesti mnogo češće i njihovi se simptomi preklapaju s onima raka mokraćnog mjehura. Zato je vrlo važno upozoriti ljude kada bi svakako trebali otići liječniku zbog simptoma koje primijete - upozorava dr. Amir koji kaže da je krv u mokraći najčešći simptom raka mokraćnog mjehura te da ona može biti crvena, narančasta, roskasta ili smeđa te se pojavljivati i nestajati.

Obično nije praćena bolovima, ali to nije uvijek pravilo. Drugi rani simptomi za koje bi svi trebali znati su bol prilikom mokrenja, češće mokrenje ili iznenadni nagon na mokrenje koji ne možete kontrolirati. Kako bolest napreduje, mogu se javiti i drugi simptomi. Liječnik kaže da treba obratiti pažnju na bol u području trbuha, oticanje nogu te bol sa strane leđa u kasnijim stadijima bolesti. S vremenom se rak širu u druge dijelove tijela, uzrokujući nove znakove, poput boli u kostima, umora, gubitka apetita i tjelesne težine.
