Izloženost jakom svjetlu može dovesti do povećane spolne ugode kod muškaraca koji imaju nisku spolnu želju, pokazuje najnovija studija. Znanstvenici sa sveučilišta u Sieni u Italiji otkrili su da fototerapija, kojom se liječe neki oblici depresije, povećava razinu testosterona, piše u ponedjeljak BBC.

A to dovodi do veće spolne ugode, kažu stručnjaci. Studija je obuhvatila 38 muškaraca kojima su dijagnosticirani poremećaji poput smanjene spolne želje.

Jedna skupina je bila izložena jakom, a druga umjetnom svjetlu manjeg intenziteta pola sata rano ujutro u razdoblju od dva tjedna. Znanstvenici su otkrili da se skupini izloženoj jakom svjetlu spolna želja utrostručila, dok je kontrolnoj grupi ostala ista. Također su utvrdili da se razina testosterona povećala kod muškaraca koji su primali fototerapiju između 2.1 ng/ml i 3.6 ng/ml, dok kod kontrolne skupine nije bilo povećanja.

Svjetlosna terapija je vrsta terapije u kojoj posebna lampa oponaša izloženost Suncu i sadrži vrlo jake fluorescentne cijevi, deset puta jače od kućnog svjetla. Kada pacijent gleda u lampu i svjetlost prođe kroz oko, signali se prenose do dijela mozga koji kontrolira spavanje, apetit, spolnu želju, temperaturu i raspoloženje.

Čini se da je nekim ljudima potrebnu puno više svjetla nego drugima da bi im tijelo normalno funkcioniralo, zaključuju stručnjaci. Stoga ako već živite na Mediteranu, iskoristite priliku i ujutro pola sata uživajte na suncu kad možete.

Izloženost jakom svjetlu može dovesti do povećane spolne ugode kod muškaraca koji imaju nisku spolnu želju, pokazuje najnovija studija. Znanstvenici sa sveučilišta u Sieni u Italiji otkrili su da fototerapija, kojom se liječe neki oblici depresije, povećava razinu testosterona, piše u ponedjeljak BBC.

A to dovodi do veće spolne ugode, kažu stručnjaci. Studija je obuhvatila 38 muškaraca kojima su dijagnosticirani poremećaji poput smanjene spolne želje.

Jedna skupina je bila izložena jakom, a druga umjetnom svjetlu manjeg intenziteta pola sata rano ujutro u razdoblju od dva tjedna. Znanstvenici su otkrili da se skupini izloženoj jakom svjetlu spolna želja utrostručila, dok je kontrolnoj grupi ostala ista. Također su utvrdili da se razina testosterona povećala kod muškaraca koji su primali fototerapiju između 2.1 ng/ml i 3.6 ng/ml, dok kod kontrolne skupine nije bilo povećanja.

Svjetlosna terapija je vrsta terapije u kojoj posebna lampa oponaša izloženost Suncu i sadrži vrlo jake fluorescentne cijevi, deset puta jače od kućnog svjetla. Kada pacijent gleda u lampu i svjetlost prođe kroz oko, signali se prenose do dijela mozga koji kontrolira spavanje, apetit, spolnu želju, temperaturu i raspoloženje.

Čini se da je nekim ljudima potrebnu puno više svjetla nego drugima da bi im tijelo normalno funkcioniralo, zaključuju stručnjaci. Stoga ako već živite na Mediteranu, iskoristite priliku i ujutro pola sata uživajte na suncu kad možete.
