Kiselkasto-slatki šipak Superman je među voćkama, a uz pomoć svojih šestotinjak bobica, umotanih u koru tople crvene boje, štiti nas od štetnog djelovanja slobodnih radikala, piše portal Živim.

Nar, mogranj ili šipak, naziv je za azijsku voćku koja sazrijeva početkom jeseni, radi čega trenutno možemo uživati u njezinom okusu i blagotvornom utjecaju na organizam.

Plod, sok ili razni sirupi od šipka - sve je odreda korisno radi snažnog antioksidantnog utjecaja na zdravlje. Pomaže i kod rada prostate u muškaraca, ali i snižava krvni tlak te povećava plodnost kod žena.

Njegove bobice obiluju vitaminima A, C i E, dok polifenoli štite naše stanice od starenja. U svome djelovanju, šipak je snažniji od naranče, za koju se inače smatra kraljicom vitamina C. Pomaže oboljelima od astme, kao i onima koji pate od povišenog kolesterola.

Nije baš tako teško

Poznato je da je kod šipka uvijek najteže - čišćenje, što je zapravo zabluda. Stari način polaganog vađenja bobica iz kore ploda zamijenite brzim i lakim načinom čišćenja. Šipak razrežite napola. Na stolu raširite čistu krpu ili podmetnite posudu. Iznad okrenite polovicu šipka tako da razrezani dio gleda prema dolje i drugom rukom kuhačom lupkajte po vrhu ploda. Bobice će same ispasti.

Kiselkasto-slatki šipak Superman je među voćkama, a uz pomoć svojih šestotinjak bobica, umotanih u koru tople crvene boje, štiti nas od štetnog djelovanja slobodnih radikala, piše portal Živim.

Nar, mogranj ili šipak, naziv je za azijsku voćku koja sazrijeva početkom jeseni, radi čega trenutno možemo uživati u njezinom okusu i blagotvornom utjecaju na organizam.

Plod, sok ili razni sirupi od šipka - sve je odreda korisno radi snažnog antioksidantnog utjecaja na zdravlje. Pomaže i kod rada prostate u muškaraca, ali i snižava krvni tlak te povećava plodnost kod žena.

Njegove bobice obiluju vitaminima A, C i E, dok polifenoli štite naše stanice od starenja. U svome djelovanju, šipak je snažniji od naranče, za koju se inače smatra kraljicom vitamina C. Pomaže oboljelima od astme, kao i onima koji pate od povišenog kolesterola.

Nije baš tako teško

Poznato je da je kod šipka uvijek najteže - čišćenje, što je zapravo zabluda. Stari način polaganog vađenja bobica iz kore ploda zamijenite brzim i lakim načinom čišćenja. Šipak razrežite napola. Na stolu raširite čistu krpu ili podmetnite posudu. Iznad okrenite polovicu šipka tako da razrezani dio gleda prema dolje i drugom rukom kuhačom lupkajte po vrhu ploda. Bobice će same ispasti.
