Nakon uspješnog početka nove splitske tribine posvećene putopisu i kulturi putovanja “Tamo, tamo da putujem..“, koju je u Gradskoj knjižnici Marka Marulića prošloga mjeseca otvorio Stipe Božić, u četvrtak u 18 sati predstavlja se drugi poznati splitski putnik i putopisac Jasen Boko.

Boko će predstavljajući javnosti svoje posljednje veliko putovanje “Putem svile” pokušati odgovoriti na pitanje zašto putuje i što je to u čovjeku što ga tjera u neizvjesnost putovanja u nepoznato.

Prezentacija popraćena atraktivnim fotografijama s ovog putovanja predstavit će milenijima stare kulturne veze koje su povezale kulture Mediterana, središnje Azije i Dalekog istoka.

Podsjećamo, podnaslov Bokine knjige “Na putu svile” je “Kako nam je lagao Marko Polo”, o čemu će također biti govora na prezentaciji.

Ovo će se predavanje ipak najviše baviti ljudima koji danas nastanjuju nekadašnju Svilenu cestu i koji su Boki, milom ili silom, povremeno činili društvo na tromjesečnom solo-putovanju kroz Aziju. Kinezi, Ujguri, Paštuni, Kalaši, Perzijanci, Balučistanci, Afganistanci, svi su na nekoj etapi Bokina puta s njim dijelili kruh, vodu, bakterije i – priče.

Kako putuje, što jede, gdje spava i koga putem sreće, te o eventualnim opasnostima koje na takvom putu prijete, govorit će Boko, čiji je temeljni stav da ovakva putovanja ne moraju biti ekskluziva odabranih.

Nije teško ići, nego poći, poručuje Jasen Boko, koji će pokušati ovim predavanjem nagovoriti Splićane da se upute na putovanje i u krajeve iza padina Kronplatza.

Splitski će putopisac ovom prilikom predstaviti i svoj novi projekt, putovanje “Tragovima Odiseja” koje će ga sljedećeg ljeta voditi širom i poprijeko Mediterana.

Nakon uspješnog početka nove splitske tribine posvećene putopisu i kulturi putovanja “Tamo, tamo da putujem..“, koju je u Gradskoj knjižnici Marka Marulića prošloga mjeseca otvorio Stipe Božić, u četvrtak u 18 sati predstavlja se drugi poznati splitski putnik i putopisac Jasen Boko.

Boko će predstavljajući javnosti svoje posljednje veliko putovanje “Putem svile” pokušati odgovoriti na pitanje zašto putuje i što je to u čovjeku što ga tjera u neizvjesnost putovanja u nepoznato.

Prezentacija popraćena atraktivnim fotografijama s ovog putovanja predstavit će milenijima stare kulturne veze koje su povezale kulture Mediterana, središnje Azije i Dalekog istoka.

Podsjećamo, podnaslov Bokine knjige “Na putu svile” je “Kako nam je lagao Marko Polo”, o čemu će također biti govora na prezentaciji.

Ovo će se predavanje ipak najviše baviti ljudima koji danas nastanjuju nekadašnju Svilenu cestu i koji su Boki, milom ili silom, povremeno činili društvo na tromjesečnom solo-putovanju kroz Aziju. Kinezi, Ujguri, Paštuni, Kalaši, Perzijanci, Balučistanci, Afganistanci, svi su na nekoj etapi Bokina puta s njim dijelili kruh, vodu, bakterije i – priče.

Kako putuje, što jede, gdje spava i koga putem sreće, te o eventualnim opasnostima koje na takvom putu prijete, govorit će Boko, čiji je temeljni stav da ovakva putovanja ne moraju biti ekskluziva odabranih.

Nije teško ići, nego poći, poručuje Jasen Boko, koji će pokušati ovim predavanjem nagovoriti Splićane da se upute na putovanje i u krajeve iza padina Kronplatza.

Splitski će putopisac ovom prilikom predstaviti i svoj novi projekt, putovanje “Tragovima Odiseja” koje će ga sljedećeg ljeta voditi širom i poprijeko Mediterana.
