Na svečanosti u Alkarskim dvorima, predsjednik Alkarskog viteškog društva dr. Stipe Jukić, pred predsjednikom Hrvatske Zoranom Milanovićem, mađarskom predsjednicom Katalin Novak i hrvatskim premijerom Andrejom Plenkovićem, te predsjednicom Vijeća ministara BiH Borjanom Krišto, kao i članovima hrvatske Vlade, te udrugama proizišlim iz Domovinskog rata, istaknuo je da je Sinjska alka utemeljena na stvarnom povijesnom događaju iz 1715. godine, pa nije čudno da je kao takva pod zaštitom UNESCO-a.

- Tada je sedamsto hrabrih branitelja Sinja odoljelo strašnim napadima neprijatelja na grad. Za vrijeme najžešćih napada Osmanlija, koji su bili višestruko brojniji, branitelji su zazivali pomoć s neba. Poslije neupješne opsade grada, branitelji su svoju junačku pobjedu pripisali zagovoru Majci Božjoj i njenoj milosti, a njenu su sliku uzdigli na oltar i u znak sjećanja utemeljili Sinjsku alku.Od tada do danas, sve generacije ljudi na ovom prostoru, svi vjernici, časte Gospu Sinjsku, a kroz Alku pričaju svoju odu slobodi, najvećoj vrijednosti čovječanstva, a danas, u vrijeme agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, sloboda ima posebno značenje.

Alka je dugo bila lokalna viteška igra, a onda je vremenom izrasla u snažni sinjski, pa nacionalnmi brend. Danas smo slobodarsku poruku Alke odlučili podijeliti s demokratskom Europom. U tom kontestu provodimo internacionalizaciju Alke. S tim smo projkekotm startali nedavno predstavljajući Alku u Beču, a dogodine to kanimo napraviti u Ženevi. Isto ćemo kasnije upriličiti i u drugim europskim metropolama - kazao je Jukić, i dodao da je predstavljanje Sinjske alke u Beču ocijenjeno odličnim i da će se stoga Sinjani preko Alke truditi prenositi poruku slobode diljem demokratske Europe i pričati o hrvatskoj povijesti i kulturi - istaknuo je dr. Jukić, nakon čega je predsjedniku Milanoviću, kao pokrovitelju Alke, uručena zlatna plaketa. Svečanost u Alkarskim dvorima završila je fotografiranjem alkara i alkarskih momaka s predstavnicima državnog vrha.
Jukićeve riječi da je Alka očito preskočila državne granice, potvrđuje činjenica da nikada na nijednom nadmetanju do sada, nije bilo toliko stranih turista, od kojih su mnogi stigli i sa drugih kontinenata.

Unajmili kuću u Drnišu i došli u Sinj
Pola Hrvatske slilo se u Sinj, ali ne samo Hrvatske; iznenađujuće puno stranih turista također je pohodilo alkarski grad junačke tradicije povodom ovogodišnje sinjske Alke, među njima i obitelji Wandukisa-Jaquet i Roduit.
Oni su iz švicarskog grada Wallusa stigli u Dalmaciju na ljetovanje, i to ne u primorje nego - zaobalje.
Švicarski turisti
- Unajmili smo kuću u prekrasnom Drnišu pa se tamo odmaramo i odlazimo na izlete svaki dan. Danas smo došli u Sinj zbog Alke, super je, baš zanimljivo! Kasnije ćemo i do Splita, a za nekoliko dana se prebacujemo u Dubrovnik- najavljuju turisti iz Švicarske u Sinju. L. G.

Na svečanosti u Alkarskim dvorima, predsjednik Alkarskog viteškog društva dr. Stipe Jukić, pred predsjednikom Hrvatske Zoranom Milanovićem, mađarskom predsjednicom Katalin Novak i hrvatskim premijerom Andrejom Plenkovićem, te predsjednicom Vijeća ministara BiH Borjanom Krišto, kao i članovima hrvatske Vlade, te udrugama proizišlim iz Domovinskog rata, istaknuo je da je Sinjska alka utemeljena na stvarnom povijesnom događaju iz 1715. godine, pa nije čudno da je kao takva pod zaštitom UNESCO-a.

- Tada je sedamsto hrabrih branitelja Sinja odoljelo strašnim napadima neprijatelja na grad. Za vrijeme najžešćih napada Osmanlija, koji su bili višestruko brojniji, branitelji su zazivali pomoć s neba. Poslije neupješne opsade grada, branitelji su svoju junačku pobjedu pripisali zagovoru Majci Božjoj i njenoj milosti, a njenu su sliku uzdigli na oltar i u znak sjećanja utemeljili Sinjsku alku.Od tada do danas, sve generacije ljudi na ovom prostoru, svi vjernici, časte Gospu Sinjsku, a kroz Alku pričaju svoju odu slobodi, najvećoj vrijednosti čovječanstva, a danas, u vrijeme agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu, sloboda ima posebno značenje.

Alka je dugo bila lokalna viteška igra, a onda je vremenom izrasla u snažni sinjski, pa nacionalnmi brend. Danas smo slobodarsku poruku Alke odlučili podijeliti s demokratskom Europom. U tom kontestu provodimo internacionalizaciju Alke. S tim smo projkekotm startali nedavno predstavljajući Alku u Beču, a dogodine to kanimo napraviti u Ženevi. Isto ćemo kasnije upriličiti i u drugim europskim metropolama - kazao je Jukić, i dodao da je predstavljanje Sinjske alke u Beču ocijenjeno odličnim i da će se stoga Sinjani preko Alke truditi prenositi poruku slobode diljem demokratske Europe i pričati o hrvatskoj povijesti i kulturi - istaknuo je dr. Jukić, nakon čega je predsjedniku Milanoviću, kao pokrovitelju Alke, uručena zlatna plaketa. Svečanost u Alkarskim dvorima završila je fotografiranjem alkara i alkarskih momaka s predstavnicima državnog vrha.
Jukićeve riječi da je Alka očito preskočila državne granice, potvrđuje činjenica da nikada na nijednom nadmetanju do sada, nije bilo toliko stranih turista, od kojih su mnogi stigli i sa drugih kontinenata.

Unajmili kuću u Drnišu i došli u Sinj
Pola Hrvatske slilo se u Sinj, ali ne samo Hrvatske; iznenađujuće puno stranih turista također je pohodilo alkarski grad junačke tradicije povodom ovogodišnje sinjske Alke, među njima i obitelji Wandukisa-Jaquet i Roduit.
Oni su iz švicarskog grada Wallusa stigli u Dalmaciju na ljetovanje, i to ne u primorje nego - zaobalje.
Švicarski turisti
- Unajmili smo kuću u prekrasnom Drnišu pa se tamo odmaramo i odlazimo na izlete svaki dan. Danas smo došli u Sinj zbog Alke, super je, baš zanimljivo! Kasnije ćemo i do Splita, a za nekoliko dana se prebacujemo u Dubrovnik- najavljuju turisti iz Švicarske u Sinju. L. G.
