Prodaje li se turističko naselje na predjelu Ruskamen istočno od Omiša, odnosno kompleks novijeg imena "Sagitta" kojim upravlja tvrtka "Hotelsko naselje Ruskamen" u vlasništvu Josipa Milavića, utemeljetelja trgovačkog lanca "Studenac"?

I to hotelskom lancu još jednog uspješnog Hrvata - Jake Andabaka? Ili je to već obavljeno pod egidom - zakup?

Sve su to pitanja koja su "iskočila" nakon zahtjeva za prijenos koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu gospodarskog korištenja plaže ispred turističkog kompleksa u Ruskamenu.

O toj transakciji raspravljat će u ponedjeljak, 19. prosinca, vijećnici Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske, koji su obuhvat obalnog dijela ispred hotela i bungalova dali na korištenje Milavićevoj tvrtki do 31. srpnja 2024. godine, a sada to pravo upravljanja želi preuzeti Andabakova zagrebačka kompanija "Salve Regina - Marija Bistrica" koja je svojedobno od Nadbiskupije zagrebačke otkupila tadašnji hotel "Kaj" u poznatom zagorskom marijanskom svetištu i preimenovala ga u "Salve Regina".

Koncesija obuhvaća plažu ispred hotela i prateće površine s ukupno 7045 četvornih metara na kopnu i još više od 23 tisuće kvadrata morske površine, a sve za ugostiteljsku djelatnost i postavljanje plažne opreme – suncobrani, ležaljke, pedaline...

No, budući da je "radi reorganizacije poslovanja", tvrtka "Hotelsko naselje Ruskamen" sklopila ugovor o zakupu nekretnina i pokretnina turističkog naselja "Sagitta" s tvrtkom "Salve Regina - Marija Bistrica" sve do kraja 2028. godine, uslijedilo je i logično prebacivanje koncesije na zakupca.

Tvrtka je dio preostalog Andabakova turističkog portfelja, budući da je veći dio imovine duž Jadrana, uključujući lanac "Bluesun" i niz ostalih poslovnih subjekata prodao - Arapima. Nije to prva suradnja dvojice "jakih" poslovnjaka, jer Andabak od njegova otvaranja upravlja i Milavićevim hotelom "Nestos" u Dućama.

Tvrtka "Salve Regina" broji 91 stalno zaposlenog djelatnika, a tijekom sezone taj broj se penje na 165 radnika. Turistički kompleks u Ruskamenu zauzima čak 48 tisuća kvadrata zemljišta, od čega je pod objektima nešto više od 11 tisuća četvornih metara.

Novi zakupac traži prebacivanje aktualnog prava upravljanja pomorskim dobrom do 31. srpnja 2024. godine, uz mogućnost produljenja, s ponuđenom stalnom naknadom od 85 tisuća kuna godišnje, uz promjenjivi dio od tri posto godišnjeg prihoda, te najavljenim ulaganjima u uređenje plaže i njezino održavanje u iznosu većem od 2 milijuna kuna.

Prodaje li se turističko naselje na predjelu Ruskamen istočno od Omiša, odnosno kompleks novijeg imena "Sagitta" kojim upravlja tvrtka "Hotelsko naselje Ruskamen" u vlasništvu Josipa Milavića, utemeljetelja trgovačkog lanca "Studenac"?

I to hotelskom lancu još jednog uspješnog Hrvata - Jake Andabaka? Ili je to već obavljeno pod egidom - zakup?

Sve su to pitanja koja su "iskočila" nakon zahtjeva za prijenos koncesije na pomorskom dobru u svrhu gospodarskog korištenja plaže ispred turističkog kompleksa u Ruskamenu.

O toj transakciji raspravljat će u ponedjeljak, 19. prosinca, vijećnici Županijske skupštine splitsko-dalmatinske, koji su obuhvat obalnog dijela ispred hotela i bungalova dali na korištenje Milavićevoj tvrtki do 31. srpnja 2024. godine, a sada to pravo upravljanja želi preuzeti Andabakova zagrebačka kompanija "Salve Regina - Marija Bistrica" koja je svojedobno od Nadbiskupije zagrebačke otkupila tadašnji hotel "Kaj" u poznatom zagorskom marijanskom svetištu i preimenovala ga u "Salve Regina".

Koncesija obuhvaća plažu ispred hotela i prateće površine s ukupno 7045 četvornih metara na kopnu i još više od 23 tisuće kvadrata morske površine, a sve za ugostiteljsku djelatnost i postavljanje plažne opreme – suncobrani, ležaljke, pedaline...

No, budući da je "radi reorganizacije poslovanja", tvrtka "Hotelsko naselje Ruskamen" sklopila ugovor o zakupu nekretnina i pokretnina turističkog naselja "Sagitta" s tvrtkom "Salve Regina - Marija Bistrica" sve do kraja 2028. godine, uslijedilo je i logično prebacivanje koncesije na zakupca.

Tvrtka je dio preostalog Andabakova turističkog portfelja, budući da je veći dio imovine duž Jadrana, uključujući lanac "Bluesun" i niz ostalih poslovnih subjekata prodao - Arapima. Nije to prva suradnja dvojice "jakih" poslovnjaka, jer Andabak od njegova otvaranja upravlja i Milavićevim hotelom "Nestos" u Dućama.

Tvrtka "Salve Regina" broji 91 stalno zaposlenog djelatnika, a tijekom sezone taj broj se penje na 165 radnika. Turistički kompleks u Ruskamenu zauzima čak 48 tisuća kvadrata zemljišta, od čega je pod objektima nešto više od 11 tisuća četvornih metara.

Novi zakupac traži prebacivanje aktualnog prava upravljanja pomorskim dobrom do 31. srpnja 2024. godine, uz mogućnost produljenja, s ponuđenom stalnom naknadom od 85 tisuća kuna godišnje, uz promjenjivi dio od tri posto godišnjeg prihoda, te najavljenim ulaganjima u uređenje plaže i njezino održavanje u iznosu većem od 2 milijuna kuna.
