Jedan od privatnih otoka koji se nude na našem tržištu je Veliki Školj u Malostonskom zaljevu, s predivnom borovom šumom, izvorom vode i kamenom kućom izgrađenom prije 1968. godine.

Otok je površine 21 677 m2, a agencija preko koje se prodaje kaže da je idealan za glamping resort, naturistički resort, vjenčanje, privatne zabave, team building, kušanje kamenica, posjete otočnim farmama kamenica ili pak dnevno iznajmljivanje otoka za razne događaje.

Agencija tvrdi, prenosi Morski.hr, da je na otoku moguće izgraditi još jednu kamenu kuću s maslinicima i registrirati OPG.

Otok se prodaje po cijeni od 3 milijuna i 250 tisuća eura.

No oni dubljih džepova koji nisu dovoljno dobro informirani mogli bi dati velike novce za privatni otok, no na njemu ne bi smjeli izgraditi mol ili rivu za plovilo kojim bi do otoka došli, niti put, šetnicu ili bilo kakav potreban objekt.

Propisuje to članak 14. o planiranju i gradnji na pomorskom dobru, stavak 6., gdje stoji da se na morskoj obali mora izbjeći betonizacija obale uz more u području koje je široko najmanje 6 metara od crte koja je vodoravno udaljena od crte srednjih viših visokih voda. Ovisno o veličini otoka, ovo može predstavljati veliki problem, jer je sada pitanje koliko površine otoka doista jest privatno vlasnišvo, piše Morski.hr.

Također je zabranjena bilo kakva gradnja na većini takvih otoka koji su na prodaju u oglasnicima, jer se najčešće radi o pašnjaku, šumskom području ili poljoprivrednom zemljištu.

Iznimka za eventualnu gradnju je ako se otvori OPG pa bi tako na otoku bilo moguće izgraditi kućicu. Ipak, ta bi građevina morala biti isključivo poljoprivredne namjene. To mogu biti klijeti, spremišta voća i povrća, staklenici, staje i slično. Radi se najčešće o objektima od 10, 30 ili 50 kvadrata.

Oni koji kupuju otok radi vlastite privatnosti moraju znati da nikome ne mogu zabraniti iskrcavanje na obalu, plovidbu u blizini otoka ili kupanje na plažama, piše Morski.hr.

Jedan od privatnih otoka koji se nude na našem tržištu je Veliki Školj u Malostonskom zaljevu, s predivnom borovom šumom, izvorom vode i kamenom kućom izgrađenom prije 1968. godine.

Otok je površine 21 677 m2, a agencija preko koje se prodaje kaže da je idealan za glamping resort, naturistički resort, vjenčanje, privatne zabave, team building, kušanje kamenica, posjete otočnim farmama kamenica ili pak dnevno iznajmljivanje otoka za razne događaje.

Agencija tvrdi, prenosi Morski.hr, da je na otoku moguće izgraditi još jednu kamenu kuću s maslinicima i registrirati OPG.

Otok se prodaje po cijeni od 3 milijuna i 250 tisuća eura.

No oni dubljih džepova koji nisu dovoljno dobro informirani mogli bi dati velike novce za privatni otok, no na njemu ne bi smjeli izgraditi mol ili rivu za plovilo kojim bi do otoka došli, niti put, šetnicu ili bilo kakav potreban objekt.

Propisuje to članak 14. o planiranju i gradnji na pomorskom dobru, stavak 6., gdje stoji da se na morskoj obali mora izbjeći betonizacija obale uz more u području koje je široko najmanje 6 metara od crte koja je vodoravno udaljena od crte srednjih viših visokih voda. Ovisno o veličini otoka, ovo može predstavljati veliki problem, jer je sada pitanje koliko površine otoka doista jest privatno vlasnišvo, piše Morski.hr.

Također je zabranjena bilo kakva gradnja na većini takvih otoka koji su na prodaju u oglasnicima, jer se najčešće radi o pašnjaku, šumskom području ili poljoprivrednom zemljištu.

Jedan od privatnih otoka koji se nude na našem tržištu je Veliki Školj u Malostonskom zaljevu, s predivnom borovom šumom, izvorom vode i kamenom kućom izgrađenom prije 1968. godine.

Otok je površine 21 677 m2, a agencija preko koje se prodaje kaže da je idealan za glamping resort, naturistički resort, vjenčanje, privatne zabave, team building, kušanje kamenica, posjete otočnim farmama kamenica ili pak dnevno iznajmljivanje otoka za razne događaje.

Agencija tvrdi, prenosi Morski.hr, da je na otoku moguće izgraditi još jednu kamenu kuću s maslinicima i registrirati OPG.

Otok se prodaje po cijeni od 3 milijuna i 250 tisuća eura.

No oni dubljih džepova koji nisu dovoljno dobro informirani mogli bi dati velike novce za privatni otok, no na njemu ne bi smjeli izgraditi mol ili rivu za plovilo kojim bi do otoka došli, niti put, šetnicu ili bilo kakav potreban objekt.

Propisuje to članak 14. o planiranju i gradnji na pomorskom dobru, stavak 6., gdje stoji da se na morskoj obali mora izbjeći betonizacija obale uz more u području koje je široko najmanje 6 metara od crte koja je vodoravno udaljena od crte srednjih viših visokih voda. Ovisno o veličini otoka, ovo može predstavljati veliki problem, jer je sada pitanje koliko površine otoka doista jest privatno vlasnišvo, piše Morski.hr.

Također je zabranjena bilo kakva gradnja na većini takvih otoka koji su na prodaju u oglasnicima, jer se najčešće radi o pašnjaku, šumskom području ili poljoprivrednom zemljištu.
