Porezna uprava (PU) uputila je u utorak poziv građanima rezidentima Republike Hrvatske na dobrovoljnu prijavu inozemnih primitaka, s obzirom da je uočeno da određeni broj građana nije ispunio tu obvezu.
"Pozivaju se građani rezidenti Republike Hrvatske koji su ostvarili inozemne primitke (primjerice plaće, mirovine, drugi dohodak, kamate na štednju, dividende i dr.) u ovoj ili ranijim godinama, a do sada ih nisu prijavili Poreznoj upravi RH da to učine prije zaprimanja službenog poziva", stoji u objavi Porezne uprave.
Poziv je prvotno objavljen na internetskoj stranici Porezne uprave 21. prosinca 2021. godine, dok su danas iz te institucije zamolili medije za objavu kako bi informacija došla do ciljane skupine.
Naime, kako je napisano u objavi, temeljem razmjene podataka između Porezne uprave RH i poreznih tijela drugih država o ostvarenim primicima hrvatskih rezidenata, uočeno je da određeni broj građana nije ispunio svoju obvezu i prijavio inozemne primitke.
Istaknuli su da je inozemni primitak obvezno prijaviti u Hrvatskoj neovisno o činjenici je li u inozemstvu porez već plaćen te neovisno o činjenici hoće li u Hrvatskoj postojati obveza plaćanja poreza.
Iznimno, obveza prijave inozemnih primitaka ne odnosi se na mirovine koje primaju građani rezidenti RH iz Kanade, Kine, Luksemburga, Sjeverne Makedonije, Maroka, Mauricijusa, Njemačke, Omana, Poljske i San Marina, dodali su iz Porezne uprave.
Apostrofirali su i da će se za dobrovoljno prijavljeni inozemni primitak u slučaju utvrđivanja porezne obveze postupak provoditi prema propisima važećim na dan dobrovoljnog prijavljivanja, bez obračuna kamata i bez izricanja novčane kazne za prekršaj nepravodobne prijave inozemnih primitaka.
Informacije potrebne građanima rezidentima RH za dobrovoljnu prijavu inozemnih primitaka objavljene su na mrežnim stranicama Porezne uprave u dijelu Obrasci / Dobrovoljna prijava ino primitaka, napominju.
Inozemne primitke ostvarene u ranijim razdobljima građani, rezidenti RH, mogu prijaviti na obrascu "Dobrovoljna prijava inozemnih primitaka" putem sustava ePorezna, putem pošte ili osobnim dolaskom u nadležnu ispostavu Porezne uprave prema prebivalištu ili uobičajenom boravištu. Također, za dodatne upute građanima je dostupan pozivni centar Porezne uprave, napisali su.

Porezna uprava (PU) uputila je u utorak poziv građanima rezidentima Republike Hrvatske na dobrovoljnu prijavu inozemnih primitaka, s obzirom da je uočeno da određeni broj građana nije ispunio tu obvezu.
"Pozivaju se građani rezidenti Republike Hrvatske koji su ostvarili inozemne primitke (primjerice plaće, mirovine, drugi dohodak, kamate na štednju, dividende i dr.) u ovoj ili ranijim godinama, a do sada ih nisu prijavili Poreznoj upravi RH da to učine prije zaprimanja službenog poziva", stoji u objavi Porezne uprave.
Poziv je prvotno objavljen na internetskoj stranici Porezne uprave 21. prosinca 2021. godine, dok su danas iz te institucije zamolili medije za objavu kako bi informacija došla do ciljane skupine.
Naime, kako je napisano u objavi, temeljem razmjene podataka između Porezne uprave RH i poreznih tijela drugih država o ostvarenim primicima hrvatskih rezidenata, uočeno je da određeni broj građana nije ispunio svoju obvezu i prijavio inozemne primitke.
Istaknuli su da je inozemni primitak obvezno prijaviti u Hrvatskoj neovisno o činjenici je li u inozemstvu porez već plaćen te neovisno o činjenici hoće li u Hrvatskoj postojati obveza plaćanja poreza.
Iznimno, obveza prijave inozemnih primitaka ne odnosi se na mirovine koje primaju građani rezidenti RH iz Kanade, Kine, Luksemburga, Sjeverne Makedonije, Maroka, Mauricijusa, Njemačke, Omana, Poljske i San Marina, dodali su iz Porezne uprave.
Apostrofirali su i da će se za dobrovoljno prijavljeni inozemni primitak u slučaju utvrđivanja porezne obveze postupak provoditi prema propisima važećim na dan dobrovoljnog prijavljivanja, bez obračuna kamata i bez izricanja novčane kazne za prekršaj nepravodobne prijave inozemnih primitaka.
Informacije potrebne građanima rezidentima RH za dobrovoljnu prijavu inozemnih primitaka objavljene su na mrežnim stranicama Porezne uprave u dijelu Obrasci / Dobrovoljna prijava ino primitaka, napominju.
Inozemne primitke ostvarene u ranijim razdobljima građani, rezidenti RH, mogu prijaviti na obrascu "Dobrovoljna prijava inozemnih primitaka" putem sustava ePorezna, putem pošte ili osobnim dolaskom u nadležnu ispostavu Porezne uprave prema prebivalištu ili uobičajenom boravištu.
