Kada se dogode zrakoplovne nesreće, traže se crne kutije i razmišlja o njihovim uzrocima. Međutim, postoje i upozoravajuće nesreće koje su se mogle dogoditi.

Nedavno objavljeni izvještaj Francuske agencije za istraživanje nesreća u civilnom zrakoplovstvu opisao je slučaj u pariškoj zračnoj luci Charles de Gaulle 23. svibnja 2022. godine kada se zamalo srušio Airbus A320 malteškoga čarter prijevoznika Airhub Airlinesa.

Avion je poletio iz Stockholma sa 172 putnika. Pri prilazu aerodromu, kontrolor leta dao je upute posadi da se spusti na 1800 metara s netočnom postavkom lokalnog atmosferskog tlaka za visinomjer (1011 umjesto 1001 važećeg u to vrijeme), piše HAK revija.

Zbog netočne znamenke instrumenti AirHub A320 prikazali su visinu 82 metra višu nego što je avion letio. Avion je bio u oblaku veći dio prilaza, tako da posada nije imala pogled kroz vjetrobransko staklo aviona, a kontrolori u tornju nisu mogli vidjeti avion.

Upozorenje na minimalnu sigurnu visinu aviona aktiviralo se dva puta tijekom prilaza, ali alarmantno je da se sustav za praćenje terena i upozoravanje u zrakoplovu (TAWS) nije aktivirao. Zrakoplov je stigao na manje od dva metra od tla prije nego što ga je kapetan podigao i odlučio se na drugi prilaz pisti. O cijelom slučaju otvorena je istraga, piše HAK revija.

Osim pohvale kapetanu zrakoplova na odličnoj i prisebnoj reakciji, slučaj je upozorenje na to da svatko može pogriješiti, pa tako i kontrolori leta. I ne samo oni, može zatajiti i sofosticirana tehnika u zrakoplovu. Ovaj sretni slučaj dobra je prilika da se to istraži kako se više ne bi ponovilo.

Kada se dogode zrakoplovne nesreće, traže se crne kutije i razmišlja o njihovim uzrocima. Međutim, postoje i upozoravajuće nesreće koje su se mogle dogoditi.

Nedavno objavljeni izvještaj Francuske agencije za istraživanje nesreća u civilnom zrakoplovstvu opisao je slučaj u pariškoj zračnoj luci Charles de Gaulle 23. svibnja 2022. godine kada se zamalo srušio Airbus A320 malteškoga čarter prijevoznika Airhub Airlinesa.

Avion je poletio iz Stockholma sa 172 putnika. Pri prilazu aerodromu, kontrolor leta dao je upute posadi da se spusti na 1800 metara s netočnom postavkom lokalnog atmosferskog tlaka za visinomjer (1011 umjesto 1001 važećeg u to vrijeme), piše HAK revija.

Zbog netočne znamenke instrumenti AirHub A320 prikazali su visinu 82 metra višu nego što je avion letio. Avion je bio u oblaku veći dio prilaza, tako da posada nije imala pogled kroz vjetrobransko staklo aviona, a kontrolori u tornju nisu mogli vidjeti avion.

Upozorenje na minimalnu sigurnu visinu aviona aktiviralo se dva puta tijekom prilaza, ali alarmantno je da se sustav za praćenje terena i upozoravanje u zrakoplovu (TAWS) nije aktivirao. Zrakoplov je stigao na manje od dva metra od tla prije nego što ga je kapetan podigao i odlučio se na drugi prilaz pisti. O cijelom slučaju otvorena je istraga, piše HAK revija.

Osim pohvale kapetanu zrakoplova na odličnoj i prisebnoj reakciji, slučaj je upozorenje na to da svatko može pogriješiti, pa tako i kontrolori leta. I ne samo oni, može zatajiti i sofosticirana tehnika u zrakoplovu. Ovaj sretni slučaj dobra je prilika da se to istraži kako se više ne bi ponovilo.
