Promjene u trgovačkom sustavu česte su, u krizi i radikalne. Najčešći su uzroci promjene ne tržištu, tko ih ne prepozna i ne prilagodi se, može imati problema.

Maloprodaja se već godinama bori s padom potražnje. Proteklih nekoliko godina također je zadalo ozbiljan udarac nizu etabliranih marki. Jer osim trenda kupnje putem interneta, trgovine tekstilom, elektronikom i parfemima te robne kuće su patile i trpe posljedice pandemije korone. Energetska kriza također ostavlja traga. Nekoliko velikih lanaca kao što su C&A, Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof, Primark i Görtz naknadno su najavili zatvaranje poslovnica.

Najmanje svakoj trećoj poslovnici Galerije Karstadt Kaufhof prijeti zatvaranje. Drugi put u tri godine lanac robnih kuća Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof ponovno je pred financijskim bankrotom. Stoga tvrtka ponovno mora zatvoriti desetke poslovnica. Prema riječima šefa tvrtke Miguela Müllenbacha, mreža poslovnica od 131 robne kuće trebala bi se "smanjiti za najmanje trećinu". Tako bi zatvaranjem vjerojatno bilo pogođeno više od 40 lokacija, piše Fenix-magazin.

Najmanje svakoj trećoj poslovnici Galerije Karstadt Kaufhof prijeti zatvaranje

U prosincu 2022. postalo je poznato da će se, prema internom pismu, možda morati zatvoriti do 90 poslovnica. Sada je propao i plan o preuzimanju 47 poslovnica Galerije "Schön hier".

Veliki trgovački lanac C&A će također zatvoriti podružnice u Njemačkoj 2023. godine. Za tri poslovnice je sigurno kako će zatvoriti poslovnice u Kielu, Rendsburgu i Elmshornu. Modni lanac već neko vrijeme prolazi kroz veliko restrukturiranje.

Gotovo trostruki pad prometa

"Molimo za razumijevanje da ne objavljujemo nikakve podatke o zaposlenicima i precizne podatke ili pozadinu zatvaranja trgovina. Još nije jasno koliko će ukupno biti zatvaranja. Već 2022. C&A je samo u Njemačkoj zatvorio 13 poslovnica", priopćili su iz tvrtke C&A.

Zatvaranja su u toku i u lancu Primark. Irski trgovački lanac trenutno ima 32 podružnice u Njemačkoj, no do 2023. moglo bi ih biti znatno manje. Već je neko vrijeme jasno da će se dvije Primarkove lokacije zatvoriti. Podružnica u blizini Darmstadta (Hessen) zatvorena je krajem listopada 2022. Zatvaranje trgovine u Schloss-Straßen-Centru u Berlinu planirano je za proljeće 2023.

No, kako se čini, vjerojatno neće ostati tako jer je prodaja posljednjih godina drastično pala: s 926 milijuna eura (2019.) na 380 milijuna eura (2021.). Moguća su daljnja zatvaranja poslovnica u Primarku.

Bit će zatvoreno i nekoliko trgovina Görtza, tri u Kölnu, dvije u Hamburgu te po jedna u Düsseldorfu, Mainzu, Heidelbergu i Bingenu. A bit će ih i još.

Kuda tekstilci, tamo i elektroničari

Globalni modni brend H&M također zatvara trgovine. Samo u 2022. zatvoreno je ukupno 240 podružnica diljem svijeta. Međutim, nije jasno koja su njemačka mjesta pogođena zatvaranjem.

Njemačka tvrtka Orsay pogođena je mnogo drastičnije. Naime u lipnju 2022. zatvoreno je svih 197 poslovnica Orsaya u Njemačkoj.

Za zatvaranjem prodajnih mjesta nisu posežu i trgovci elektronikom. Trgovački lanac Conrad najavio je da će zatvoriti gotovo sve podružnice u Njemačkoj. Conrad se u budućnosti želi više usredotočiti na svoju online trgovinu.

Elektronički gigant Media Markt-Saturn 2021. zatvorio je 13 poslovnica, a 2022. je, između ostalog, zatvorena podružnica u Gelsenkirchenu, piše Fenix-magazin.

Kako je Njemačka u mnogo čemu predvodnica gospodarskoga i trgovačkog trenda, slični processi mogli bi se očekivati i u drugim državama Europske unije, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj. Možda s odmakom od nekoliko mjeseci ili godina, ali svakako će imati refleksije.

Promjene u trgovačkom sustavu česte su, u krizi i radikalne. Najčešći su uzroci promjene ne tržištu, tko ih ne prepozna i ne prilagodi se, može imati problema.

Maloprodaja se već godinama bori s padom potražnje. Proteklih nekoliko godina također je zadalo ozbiljan udarac nizu etabliranih marki. Jer osim trenda kupnje putem interneta, trgovine tekstilom, elektronikom i parfemima te robne kuće su patile i trpe posljedice pandemije korone. Energetska kriza također ostavlja traga. Nekoliko velikih lanaca kao što su C&A, Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof, Primark i Görtz naknadno su najavili zatvaranje poslovnica.

Najmanje svakoj trećoj poslovnici Galerije Karstadt Kaufhof prijeti zatvaranje. Drugi put u tri godine lanac robnih kuća Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof ponovno je pred financijskim bankrotom. Stoga tvrtka ponovno mora zatvoriti desetke poslovnica. Prema riječima šefa tvrtke Miguela Müllenbacha, mreža poslovnica od 131 robne kuće trebala bi se "smanjiti za najmanje trećinu". Tako bi zatvaranjem vjerojatno bilo pogođeno više od 40 lokacija, piše Fenix-magazin.

U prosincu 2022. postalo je poznato da će se, prema internom pismu, možda morati zatvoriti do 90 poslovnica. Sada je propao i plan o preuzimanju 47 poslovnica Galerije "Schön hier".

Veliki trgovački lanac C&A će također zatvoriti podružnice u Njemačkoj 2023. godine. Za tri poslovnice je sigurno kako će zatvoriti poslovnice u Kielu, Rendsburgu i Elmshornu. Modni lanac već neko vrijeme prolazi kroz veliko restrukturiranje.

Gotovo trostruki pad prometa

"Molimo za razumijevanje da ne objavljujemo nikakve podatke o zaposlenicima i precizne podatke ili pozadinu zatvaranja trgovina. Još nije jasno koliko će ukupno biti zatvaranja. Već 2022. C&A je samo u Njemačkoj zatvorio 13 poslovnica", priopćili su iz tvrtke C&A.

Zatvaranja su u toku i u lancu Primark. Irski trgovački lanac trenutno ima 32 podružnice u Njemačkoj, no do 2023. moglo bi ih biti znatno manje. Već je neko vrijeme jasno da će se dvije Primarkove lokacije zatvoriti. Podružnica u blizini Darmstadta (Hessen) zatvorena je krajem listopada 2022. Zatvaranje trgovine u Schloss-Straßen-Centru u Berlinu planirano je za proljeće 2023.

No, kako se čini, vjerojatno neće ostati tako jer je prodaja posljednjih godina drastično pala: s 926 milijuna eura (2019.) na 380 milijuna eura (2021.). Moguća su daljnja zatvaranja poslovnica u Primarku.

Bit će zatvoreno i nekoliko trgovina Görtza, tri u Kölnu, dvije u Hamburgu te po jedna u Düsseldorfu, Mainzu, Heidelbergu i Bingenu. A bit će ih i još.

Globalni modni brend H&M također zatvara trgovine. Samo u 2022. zatvoreno je ukupno 240 podružnica diljem svijeta. Međutim, nije jasno koja su njemačka mjesta pogođena zatvaranjem.

Njemačka tvrtka Orsay pogođena je mnogo drastičnije. Naime u lipnju 2022. zatvoreno je svih 197 poslovnica Orsaya u Njemačkoj.

Za zatvaranjem prodajnih mjesta nisu posežu i trgovci elektronikom. Trgovački lanac Conrad najavio je da će zatvoriti gotovo sve podružnice u Njemačkoj. Conrad se u budućnosti želi više usredotočiti na svoju online trgovinu.

Elektronički gigant Media Markt-Saturn 2021. zatvorio je 13 poslovnica, a 2022. je, između ostalog, zatvorena podružnica u Gelsenkirchenu, piše Fenix-magazin.

Kako je Njemačka u mnogo čemu predvodnica gospodarskoga i trgovačkog trenda, slični processi mogli bi se očekivati i u drugim državama Europske unije, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj. Možda s odmakom od nekoliko mjeseci ili godina, ali svakako će imati refleksije.
