Kandidat socijalista, ujedno i favorit predizbornih anketa uoči francuskih predsjedničkih izbora, Francois Hollande, šokirao je svojim najnovijim istupom desnicu, ali i ne malo svojih socijalističkih pristaša. Hollande je na televiziji priopćio da će, ako postane šef države, primanja najbogatijih ljudi iznad milijun eura godišnje oporezovati sa 75 posto.
U njegovu programu govori se, također, i o porezu od 45 posto na primanja veća od 150 tisuća eura godišnje.
“To je gesta solidarnosti. Patriotski je odvojiti višak od vlastite dobiti za obnovu zemlje“, izjavio je Hollande za posjeta Poljoprivrednom velesajmu u Parizu.
Tri četvrtine primanja bogati bi davali, prema objašnjenju koje donosi Le Monde, samo za zaradu iznad milijun eura. Drugim riječima, tko zaradi 1,2 milijuna eura, platit će 75-postotni porez samo na 200 tisuća eura, a na ostatak zarade porez na znatno nižoj stopi.
Holland također namjerava potpuno ukinuti porezne olakšice koje je uveo desno orijentirani aktualni šef države Nicolas Sarkozy i postavio kao plafon oporezivanja - 50 posto. Nova mjera bi, kako se procjenjuje među socijalistima, zahvatila između sedam i 30 tisuća ljudi. Među njima je najviše direktora velikih tvrtki i sportaša.
Iz Sarkozyjeva tabora odmah su uzvratili kritikama, tvrdeći kako Hollande na ovaj način želi otjerati bogate iz zemlje. Ministrica financija Valérie Pecress ustvrdila je da socijalistički kandidat “svaki dan izmišlja nove poreze, a nema nikakav prijedlog za neku uštedu“.
Šef diplomacije Alaine Juppé Hollandeov prijedlog nazvao je “fiskalnom konfiskacijom“. Nije, ipak, u pitanju potpuna novina.
Prema studiji Thomasa Pickettyja, koju citira Le Monde, maksimalna stopa poreza na primanja u Francuskoj, kratko poslije Drugog svjetskog rata, iznosila je 90 posto, a 80-ih godina prošlog stoljeća iznad 60 posto.
U SAD-u, od kraja Drugog svjetskog rata do početka 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, maksimalna porezna stopa iznosila je 90 posto. U Europi bi “Hollandeova stopa“ bila sigurno najveća, viša nego što je slučaj u nordijskim zemljama, inače poznatim po visokim porezima. A to bi moglo izazvati odlazak francuskih bogataša u zemlje s nižim porezima...
Prema posljednjim anketama, Sarkozy je poboljšao svoje izglede, a ispitivanja biračkog tijela kažu da u drugom krugu ipak ne bi imao što tražiti.

Kandidat socijalista, ujedno i favorit predizbornih anketa uoči francuskih predsjedničkih izbora, Francois Hollande, šokirao je svojim najnovijim istupom desnicu, ali i ne malo svojih socijalističkih pristaša. Hollande je na televiziji priopćio da će, ako postane šef države, primanja najbogatijih ljudi iznad milijun eura godišnje oporezovati sa 75 posto.
U njegovu programu govori se, također, i o porezu od 45 posto na primanja veća od 150 tisuća eura godišnje.
“To je gesta solidarnosti. Patriotski je odvojiti višak od vlastite dobiti za obnovu zemlje“, izjavio je Hollande za posjeta Poljoprivrednom velesajmu u Parizu.
Tri četvrtine primanja bogati bi davali, prema objašnjenju koje donosi Le Monde, samo za zaradu iznad milijun eura. Drugim riječima, tko zaradi 1,2 milijuna eura, platit će 75-postotni porez samo na 200 tisuća eura, a na ostatak zarade porez na znatno nižoj stopi.
Holland također namjerava potpuno ukinuti porezne olakšice koje je uveo desno orijentirani aktualni šef države Nicolas Sarkozy i postavio kao plafon oporezivanja - 50 posto. Nova mjera bi, kako se procjenjuje među socijalistima, zahvatila između sedam i 30 tisuća ljudi. Među njima je najviše direktora velikih tvrtki i sportaša.
Iz Sarkozyjeva tabora odmah su uzvratili kritikama, tvrdeći kako Hollande na ovaj način želi otjerati bogate iz zemlje. Ministrica financija Valérie Pecress ustvrdila je da socijalistički kandidat “svaki dan izmišlja nove poreze, a nema nikakav prijedlog za neku uštedu“.
Šef diplomacije Alaine Juppé Hollandeov prijedlog nazvao je “fiskalnom konfiskacijom“. Nije, ipak, u pitanju potpuna novina.
Prema studiji Thomasa Pickettyja, koju citira Le Monde, maksimalna stopa poreza na primanja u Francuskoj, kratko poslije Drugog svjetskog rata, iznosila je 90 posto, a 80-ih godina prošlog stoljeća iznad 60 posto.
U SAD-u, od kraja Drugog svjetskog rata do početka 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća, maksimalna porezna stopa iznosila je 90 posto. U Europi bi “Hollandeova stopa“ bila sigurno najveća, viša nego što je slučaj u nordijskim zemljama, inače poznatim po visokim porezima. A to bi moglo izazvati odlazak francuskih bogataša u zemlje s nižim porezima...
Prema posljednjim anketama, Sarkozy je poboljšao svoje izglede, a ispitivanja biračkog tijela kažu da u drugom krugu ipak ne bi imao što tražiti.
