[alias] => potvrdeni-uzroci-nesrece-air-francea-447-posada-nije-bila-pripremljena-za-izvanredne-situacije [catid] => 241 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Nakon iscrpne istrage jučer je francuski istražiteljski ured za sigurnost civilnog zračnog prometa BEA konačno objavio finalni izvještaj o uzrocima avionesreće i pada aviona Air Francea 447 na letu Rio - Pariz 1. lipnja 2009. u kojoj je živote izgubilo 228 ljudi, među kojima i jedan hrvatski pomorac.

Direktor BEA-e, Jean-Paul Troadec, potvrdio je da su uzroci te stravične nesreće kombinacija tehničkih i ljudskih faktora.

Prema podacima iz crnih kutija koje su na dnu Atlantika pronađene u svibnju 2011. utvrđeno je da je nesreću, među ostalim, prouzročilo zamrzavanje sondi za mjerenje brzine.

Također su utvrđene greške na tzv. fly directoru, odnosno pokazatelju letenja koji pilotima zbog kvara nije pokazivao točnu poziciju zrakoplova, zbog čega je posada aviona pogrešno reagirala.

Govoreći o ljudskom faktoru na iznimno dugoj konferenciji za novinare, direktor BEA-e potvrdio je da posada Air Franceova aviona nije bila dovoljno obučena i pripremljena za takve izvanredne situacije, što je na koncu dovelo do niza neodgovarajućih postupaka i destabiliziranja putanje aviona.

Posada je potpuno izgubila kontrolu nad situacijom, potvrdili su stručnjaci i dodali da se uspaničarila i neadekvatno reagirala. Budući da posada nije bila dovoljno educirana, jasno je da nije mogla odgovoriti na kompleksne probleme smrzavanja sondi, a nije bila istrenirana ni za ručno pilotiranje avionom na velikim visinama. Sve je to za posljedicu imalo pad aviona i smrt 228 ljudi.

Kako bi se izbjegle nove nesreće, BEA je predložila nove sigurnosne preporuke. Nakon te stravične nesreće izdala je 41 sigurnosnu preporuku, od čega 25 novih u odnosu na preporuke iz srpnja prošle godine.

Preporuke se odnose na nužnost bolje edukacije pilota, ali i treniranje u ekstremnim i stresnim situacijama u svrhu boljeg poznavanja avionskog sistema u neočekivanim situacijama, ali i preporuke vezane uz ergonomiju aviona.

Vrlo brzo se oglasio i sam proizvođač Airbus aviona koji je obećao da će uzeti u obzir sve potrebne preporuke i mjere za poboljšanje sigurnosti zračnoga prometa, a kako bi se izbjegle nereseće s tragičnim posljedicama poput te na letu Rio - Pariz.

Direktor BEA-e, Jean-Paul Troadec, potvrdio je da su uzroci te stravične nesreće kombinacija tehničkih i ljudskih faktora.

Prema podacima iz crnih kutija koje su na dnu Atlantika pronađene u svibnju 2011. utvrđeno je da je nesreću, među ostalim, prouzročilo zamrzavanje sondi za mjerenje brzine.

Također su utvrđene greške na tzv. fly directoru, odnosno pokazatelju letenja koji pilotima zbog kvara nije pokazivao točnu poziciju zrakoplova, zbog čega je posada aviona pogrešno reagirala.

Govoreći o ljudskom faktoru na iznimno dugoj konferenciji za novinare, direktor BEA-e potvrdio je da posada Air Franceova aviona nije bila dovoljno obučena i pripremljena za takve izvanredne situacije, što je na koncu dovelo do niza neodgovarajućih postupaka i destabiliziranja putanje aviona.

Posada je potpuno izgubila kontrolu nad situacijom, potvrdili su stručnjaci i dodali da se uspaničarila i neadekvatno reagirala. Budući da posada nije bila dovoljno educirana, jasno je da nije mogla odgovoriti na kompleksne probleme smrzavanja sondi, a nije bila istrenirana ni za ručno pilotiranje avionom na velikim visinama. Sve je to za posljedicu imalo pad aviona i smrt 228 ljudi.

Kako bi se izbjegle nove nesreće, BEA je predložila nove sigurnosne preporuke. Nakon te stravične nesreće izdala je 41 sigurnosnu preporuku, od čega 25 novih u odnosu na preporuke iz srpnja prošle godine.

Preporuke se odnose na nužnost bolje edukacije pilota, ali i treniranje u ekstremnim i stresnim situacijama u svrhu boljeg poznavanja avionskog sistema u neočekivanim situacijama, ali i preporuke vezane uz ergonomiju aviona.

Vrlo brzo se oglasio i sam proizvođač Airbus aviona koji je obećao da će uzeti u obzir sve potrebne preporuke i mjere za poboljšanje sigurnosti zračnoga prometa, a kako bi se izbjegle nereseće s tragičnim posljedicama poput te na letu Rio - Pariz.
