"Htio bih, u ime Crkve, zatražiti od vas oprost za sablazni koje su se u zadnje vrijeme dogodile u Rimu i u Vatikanu", rekao je na početku opće audijencije, bez drugih pojedinosti.

"Tražim oprost", istaknuo je pred tisućama hodočasnika okupljenih na Trgu svetog Petra. "Nije moguće da sablazni ne dođu, ali jao onome po kome dolaze!", rekao je prenoseći rečenicu Svetog Pisma.

Vatikan su ovih dana potresle afere o kojima su mediji naširoko pisali, poput priznanja homoseksualnosti poljskog prelata iz Kongregacije za nauk vjere Krzysztofa Charamse, dan prije početka sinode o obitelji.

Tu je i afera s bivšim poljskim nuncijem Jozefom Wesolowskim koji je pronađen mrtav - po nalazima obdukcije riječ je o prirodnoj smrti - a trebao je biti prvi prelat kojemu bi se u Vatikanu sudilo za pedofiliju.

Ovih dana je u javnost izašla i informacija o pobuni nekolicine konzervativnih kardinala koji su kritizirali način rada sinode koja još traje, što je dodatno oslabilo Papu.

I Franjini prethodnici, Ivan Pavao II. i Benedikt XVI. zatražili su oprost u ime Katoličke Crkve. Prvi za holokaust i inkviziciju, a drugi za pedofiliju među svećenstvom.

"Htio bih, u ime Crkve, zatražiti od vas oprost za sablazni koje su se u zadnje vrijeme dogodile u Rimu i u Vatikanu", rekao je na početku opće audijencije, bez drugih pojedinosti.

"Tražim oprost", istaknuo je pred tisućama hodočasnika okupljenih na Trgu svetog Petra. "Nije moguće da sablazni ne dođu, ali jao onome po kome dolaze!", rekao je prenoseći rečenicu Svetog Pisma.

Vatikan su ovih dana potresle afere o kojima su mediji naširoko pisali, poput priznanja homoseksualnosti poljskog prelata iz Kongregacije za nauk vjere Krzysztofa Charamse, dan prije početka sinode o obitelji.

Tu je i afera s bivšim poljskim nuncijem Jozefom Wesolowskim koji je pronađen mrtav - po nalazima obdukcije riječ je o prirodnoj smrti - a trebao je biti prvi prelat kojemu bi se u Vatikanu sudilo za pedofiliju.

Ovih dana je u javnost izašla i informacija o pobuni nekolicine konzervativnih kardinala koji su kritizirali način rada sinode koja još traje, što je dodatno oslabilo Papu.

I Franjini prethodnici, Ivan Pavao II. i Benedikt XVI. zatražili su oprost u ime Katoličke Crkve. Prvi za holokaust i inkviziciju, a drugi za pedofiliju među svećenstvom.

Papa Franjo je u srijedu zatražio oprost u ime Crkve zbog nedavnih skandala koji su potresli "Rim i Vatikan", premda nije potpuno jasno na što je mislio.
