Njemačka će savjetovati Južnu Koreju što joj je činiti i kako se pripremiti za ujedinjenje sa (zasad) neprijateljskom Sjevernom Korejom. Dakako, sve to u slučaju da sjeverno, iza 38. paralele, padne aktualni krajnje rigidni komunistički režim koji je upravo ovih dana dobio novog voljenog vođu, trećeg iz poznate “crvene dinastije”.

O savjetodavnim pripremama Seula u Berlinu je potpisan memorandum između njemačkog Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova i korejskog Ministarstva za ujedinjenje, koje je osnovano nakon što su predsjednici Kim Dae-jung i Roh Moo-hyun devedesetih godina vodili politiku zatopljavanja odnosa sa Sjevernom Korejom.

Prvi korak, predviđen ovim dokumentom, jest formiranje zajedničke stručne skupine koja će prosuditi kako je i do koje mjere moguće njemački model ujedinjenja primijeniti na Koreju. Jer, ujedinjenje Njemačke sa socijalističkim Istokom prošlo je bez potresa, što je referencija koju Južna Koreja vrlo poštuje. Memorandum je potpisan prigodom proslave 20. obljetnice ujedinjenja Njemačke, nakon duge međusobne izolacije koja je trajala od Drugog svjetskog rata.

Koreja je nakon oslobađanja od japanske okupacije 1945. podijeljena na dvije države, koje su međusobno čak i ratovale od 1950. do 1953. godine. Ipak, ova dva slučaja imaju dosta toga zajedničkoga, pa bi njemačka iskustva Korejcima mogla biti korisna.

Njemačka će savjetovati Južnu Koreju što joj je činiti i kako se pripremiti za ujedinjenje sa (zasad) neprijateljskom Sjevernom Korejom. Dakako, sve to u slučaju da sjeverno, iza 38. paralele, padne aktualni krajnje rigidni komunistički režim koji je upravo ovih dana dobio novog voljenog vođu, trećeg iz poznate “crvene dinastije”.

O savjetodavnim pripremama Seula u Berlinu je potpisan memorandum između njemačkog Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova i korejskog Ministarstva za ujedinjenje, koje je osnovano nakon što su predsjednici Kim Dae-jung i Roh Moo-hyun devedesetih godina vodili politiku zatopljavanja odnosa sa Sjevernom Korejom.

Prvi korak, predviđen ovim dokumentom, jest formiranje zajedničke stručne skupine koja će prosuditi kako je i do koje mjere moguće njemački model ujedinjenja primijeniti na Koreju. Jer, ujedinjenje Njemačke sa socijalističkim Istokom prošlo je bez potresa, što je referencija koju Južna Koreja vrlo poštuje. Memorandum je potpisan prigodom proslave 20. obljetnice ujedinjenja Njemačke, nakon duge međusobne izolacije koja je trajala od Drugog svjetskog rata.

Koreja je nakon oslobađanja od japanske okupacije 1945. podijeljena na dvije države, koje su međusobno čak i ratovale od 1950. do 1953. godine. Ipak, ova dva slučaja imaju dosta toga zajedničkoga, pa bi njemačka iskustva Korejcima mogla biti korisna.
