Najnovija kriza koja je zahvatila njemačko gospodarstvo zabrinjava stručnjake i poduzetnike i u Hrvatskoj, s obzirom na dosadašnje iskustvo prelijevanja krize iz Njemačke u Hrvatsku.

Ekonomski stručnjak Damir Novotny naglašava da se situacija u njemačkom gospodarstvu u neku ruku i predimenzionirala u Europskoj uniji. Ne radi se, napominje, o dramatičnom padu ekonomskih aktivnosti jer je BDP u Njemačkoj u prvoj polovini godine pao za 0,3 posto.

"Radi se, zapravo, o stagnaciji, i to o vrlo ozbiljnoj stagnaciji koju u ekonomskoj teoriji nazivamo sekularna stagnacija. Njemačka ekonomija ne raste zbog toga što nema potencijala, nego zato što nema tko odraditi taj potencijal. Njemačkoj u ovom trenutku nedostaje oko milijun radnika, i to je možda i ključni problem. To znači da ovo što se događa u Njemačkoj nije obilježje recesije jer se u recesiji povećava nezaposlenost. Sada je činjenica da je ozbiljan manjak radnika", pojašnjava Damir Novotny.

Drugi problem je politika Europske središnje banke koja je rezultirala podizanjem kamatnih stopa koje se odnose na stambene kredite u vrlo kratkom roku. "Posljedica toga je pad građevinskih aktivnosti u Njemačkoj. Tu imamo doticaj i utjecaj na hrvatske proizvođače parketa i namještaja, odnosno na hrvatsku drvnu industriju", ističe Novotny.

Međutim, Novotny napominje da neki gospodarski sektori u Njemačkoj relativno dobro stoje. Kao primjer izdvaja turistički sektor.

"Turizam u Njemačkoj ove godine bilježi ozbiljan rast. Posljedica je to podizanja cijena turističkih usluga u mediteranskim zemljama, ne samo u Hrvatskoj. Taj porast je bio veći od očekivanja njemačkih građana, a pogotovo onih iz srednjeg sloja. To je rezultiralo time da je veliki broj Nijemaca godišnji odmor proveo u Njemačkoj. To je pojačalo potražnju za domaćim turističkim uslugama", otkriva Novotny.

Novotny kao treći problem njemačkoga gospodarstva navodi energetsku tranziciju. "Silom prilika morali su odustati od jeftinijih fosilnih goriva. Zelena komponenta u njihovoj ‘semafor-koaliciji‘ jako inzistira na napuštanju dosadašnjih načina proizvodnje energije. Tako su u Njemačkoj, za razliku od Francuske, odustali od nuklearki. U Njemačkoj je trenutačno aktualna tema o donošenju zakona kojim bi se zabranila upotreba dosadašnjeg načina grijanja i zamijenila bi se alternativnim načinima. Potpora države iz proračuna trebala bi iznositi oko šest milijardi eura, što bi svakako povećalo zaduženje.

Jedan dobar dio kućanstava, a pogotovo onaj u Istočnoj Njemačkoj još iz vremena DDR-a koristi plin kao energent. Takav trend neće imati utjecaj samo na kućanstva i proračun, nego i na industriju", pojašnjava Novotny, koji navodi i aktualan problem njemačkih umirovljenika, koji su jako pogođeni krizom i inflacijom jer im nisu rasle mirovine. To je, dodaje Novotny, još jedna aktualna tema u Njemačkoj.

Njemačka ekonomija, naglašava Damir Novotny, u velikoj je i ubrzanoj transformaciji.

"Njemačka autoindustrija ubrzano se transformira. Gradi se megatvornica automobila pokraj Berlina, a njemačka vlada financira projekte proizvodnje mikroprocesora u blizini Dresdena. Njemačka želi postati vodeći proizvođač automobila na svijetu. U ubrzanoj tranziciji je i proizvodnja vozila za gradski prijevoz", naglašava Novotny.

Što se tiče hrvatske ekonomije, koja je vezana uz njemačku ekonomiju, Novotny drži da je stagnacija njemačkoga gospodarstva najviše negativno utjecala na drvnoprerađivački sektor, a dijelom i na turizam, s obzirom na to da je njemačko tržište najvažnije tržište za hrvatski turizam.

"Hrvatska, nažalost, više nema tako snažnu građevinsku operativu koja je bila nekada aktivna na njemačkim gradilištima, tako da u tom dijelu ne treba očekivati značajniji utjecaj trendova u njemačkoj industriji", objašnjava Novotny.

Probleme drvne industrije koje je naveo Damir Novotny, potvrdio je Igor Josip Leščić, direktor "Drvoproizvoda" iz Jastrebarskog, poznatog proizvođača parketa i podnih obloga. Leščić naglašava da se situacija u njemačkom gospodarstvu ne odražava samo na pad narudžbi i prodaje s toga važnog tržišta, nego i na pojačanu konkurenciju iz inozemstva na hrvatskom tržištu.

"Čak su i tvrtke u vlasništvu inozemnih investitora počele smanjivati proizvodnju i otpuštati radnike. Situacija je za nas proizvođače vrlo teška jer se ne bilježi samo pad prodaje na njemačkom tržištu, nego se pad bilježi i na francuskom i švicarskom tržištu, te na tržištu SAD-a. Došlo je do značajnog poremećaja na tržištu u našoj djelatnosti. Kada se tome pridoda rast kamatnih stopa na stambene kredite u Njemačkoj, ali i kod nas, onda je situacija dodatno otežana", napominje Leščić.

Direktor "Drvoproizvoda" napominje da u Njemačkoj, usprkos svemu, nedostaje oko 700 tisuća stanova za nove useljenike, tako da su se poslovni prostori počeli prenamjenjivati u stanove.

"Projekti gradnje novih stanova se zaustavljaju, a imao sam prigodu pročitati da je u Njemačkoj u dosadašnjem dijelu godine izdano 28 posto manje građevinskih dozvola, dok je izgradnja stanova pala za 45 posto. Sve se to reflektira na proizvodnju. Nama proizvođačima i izvoznicima podnih obloga je, istina, najveći problem njemačko tržište, ali nam je problem postalo i švicarsko i francusko tržište", naglašava Igor Josip Leščić.

Najnovija kriza koja je zahvatila njemačko gospodarstvo zabrinjava stručnjake i poduzetnike i u Hrvatskoj, s obzirom na dosadašnje iskustvo prelijevanja krize iz Njemačke u Hrvatsku.

Ekonomski stručnjak Damir Novotny naglašava da se situacija u njemačkom gospodarstvu u neku ruku i predimenzionirala u Europskoj uniji. Ne radi se, napominje, o dramatičnom padu ekonomskih aktivnosti jer je BDP u Njemačkoj u prvoj polovini godine pao za 0,3 posto.

"Radi se, zapravo, o stagnaciji, i to o vrlo ozbiljnoj stagnaciji koju u ekonomskoj teoriji nazivamo sekularna stagnacija. Njemačka ekonomija ne raste zbog toga što nema potencijala, nego zato što nema tko odraditi taj potencijal. Njemačkoj u ovom trenutku nedostaje oko milijun radnika, i to je možda i ključni problem. To znači da ovo što se događa u Njemačkoj nije obilježje recesije jer se u recesiji povećava nezaposlenost. Sada je činjenica da je ozbiljan manjak radnika", pojašnjava Damir Novotny.

Drugi problem je politika Europske središnje banke koja je rezultirala podizanjem kamatnih stopa koje se odnose na stambene kredite u vrlo kratkom roku. "Posljedica toga je pad građevinskih aktivnosti u Njemačkoj. Tu imamo doticaj i utjecaj na hrvatske proizvođače parketa i namještaja, odnosno na hrvatsku drvnu industriju", ističe Novotny.

Međutim, Novotny napominje da neki gospodarski sektori u Njemačkoj relativno dobro stoje. Kao primjer izdvaja turistički sektor.

"Turizam u Njemačkoj ove godine bilježi ozbiljan rast. Posljedica je to podizanja cijena turističkih usluga u mediteranskim zemljama, ne samo u Hrvatskoj. Taj porast je bio veći od očekivanja njemačkih građana, a pogotovo onih iz srednjeg sloja. To je rezultiralo time da je veliki broj Nijemaca godišnji odmor proveo u Njemačkoj. To je pojačalo potražnju za domaćim turističkim uslugama", otkriva Novotny.

Novotny kao treći problem njemačkoga gospodarstva navodi energetsku tranziciju. "Silom prilika morali su odustati od jeftinijih fosilnih goriva. Zelena komponenta u njihovoj ‘semafor-koaliciji‘ jako inzistira na napuštanju dosadašnjih načina proizvodnje energije. Tako su u Njemačkoj, za razliku od Francuske, odustali od nuklearki. U Njemačkoj je trenutačno aktualna tema o donošenju zakona kojim bi se zabranila upotreba dosadašnjeg načina grijanja i zamijenila bi se alternativnim načinima. Potpora države iz proračuna trebala bi iznositi oko šest milijardi eura, što bi svakako povećalo zaduženje.

Jedan dobar dio kućanstava, a pogotovo onaj u Istočnoj Njemačkoj još iz vremena DDR-a koristi plin kao energent. Takav trend neće imati utjecaj samo na kućanstva i proračun, nego i na industriju", pojašnjava Novotny, koji navodi i aktualan problem njemačkih umirovljenika, koji su jako pogođeni krizom i inflacijom jer im nisu rasle mirovine. To je, dodaje Novotny, još jedna aktualna tema u Njemačkoj.

Njemačka ekonomija, naglašava Damir Novotny, u velikoj je i ubrzanoj transformaciji.

"Njemačka autoindustrija ubrzano se transformira. Gradi se megatvornica automobila pokraj Berlina, a njemačka vlada financira projekte proizvodnje mikroprocesora u blizini Dresdena. Njemačka želi postati vodeći proizvođač automobila na svijetu. U ubrzanoj tranziciji je i proizvodnja vozila za gradski prijevoz", naglašava Novotny.

Što se tiče hrvatske ekonomije, koja je vezana uz njemačku ekonomiju, Novotny drži da je stagnacija njemačkoga gospodarstva najviše negativno utjecala na drvnoprerađivački sektor, a dijelom i na turizam, s obzirom na to da je njemačko tržište najvažnije tržište za hrvatski turizam.

"Hrvatska, nažalost, više nema tako snažnu građevinsku operativu koja je bila nekada aktivna na njemačkim gradilištima, tako da u tom dijelu ne treba očekivati značajniji utjecaj trendova u njemačkoj industriji", objašnjava Novotny.

Probleme drvne industrije koje je naveo Damir Novotny, potvrdio je Igor Josip Leščić, direktor "Drvoproizvoda" iz Jastrebarskog, poznatog proizvođača parketa i podnih obloga. Leščić naglašava da se situacija u njemačkom gospodarstvu ne odražava samo na pad narudžbi i prodaje s toga važnog tržišta, nego i na pojačanu konkurenciju iz inozemstva na hrvatskom tržištu.

"Čak su i tvrtke u vlasništvu inozemnih investitora počele smanjivati proizvodnju i otpuštati radnike. Situacija je za nas proizvođače vrlo teška jer se ne bilježi samo pad prodaje na njemačkom tržištu, nego se pad bilježi i na francuskom i švicarskom tržištu, te na tržištu SAD-a. Došlo je do značajnog poremećaja na tržištu u našoj djelatnosti. Kada se tome pridoda rast kamatnih stopa na stambene kredite u Njemačkoj, ali i kod nas, onda je situacija dodatno otežana", napominje Leščić.

Direktor "Drvoproizvoda" napominje da u Njemačkoj, usprkos svemu, nedostaje oko 700 tisuća stanova za nove useljenike, tako da su se poslovni prostori počeli prenamjenjivati u stanove.

"Projekti gradnje novih stanova se zaustavljaju, a imao sam prigodu pročitati da je u Njemačkoj u dosadašnjem dijelu godine izdano 28 posto manje građevinskih dozvola, dok je izgradnja stanova pala za 45 posto. Sve se to reflektira na proizvodnju. Nama proizvođačima i izvoznicima podnih obloga je, istina, najveći problem njemačko tržište, ali nam je problem postalo i švicarsko i francusko tržište", naglašava Igor Josip Leščić.
