      Na službenim stranicama Bijele kuće nedavno je objavljena uredba predsjednika SAD-a Joea Bidena koja se odnosi na primjenu i jačanje američkih sankcija prema svima koji doprinose destabilizaciji situacije na Zapadnom Balkanu. Kao formalni razlog odluke navodi se podrivanje poslijeratnih sporazuma i institucija nakon raspada bivše Jugoslavije, ali i široko rasprostranjena korupcija unutar različitih vlada i institucija u zemljama regije.

      U tekstu se navodi da se Bidenova uredba odnosi na svaku osobu za koju američka ministrica financija, uz konzultacije s ministrom vanjskih poslova, utvrdi odgovornost za ugrožavanje mira, sigurnosti, stabilnosti odnosno teritorijalnog integriteta bilo kojeg područja ili bilo koje države na zapadnom Balkanu. Kaznene mjere će se primijeniti i u slučajevima potkopavanja demokratskih procesa ili institucija. Konkretno će se odnositi na sve one koji budu neovlašteno prisvajali javna sredstva ili oduzimali privatna sredstva u osobnu korist ili u političke svrhe, kao i primali mito.

Američku „dugu ruku pravde“ osjetit će i osobe koje budu materijalno pomagale, donirale, sponzorirale ili pružale financijsku, materijalnu ili tehnološku podršku osobama čija imovina i interesi budu blokirani ovom američkom uredbom. Bit će im zabranjen svaki oblik ulaska u Sjedinjene Američke Države, a budu li slučajno imali imovine u ovoj zemlji, bit će im zaplijenjena.

      Slična američka uredba za prostor naše regije zadnji je put donesena lipnja 2001. godine, u mandatu Georgea W. Busha. Američka crna lista tad se mahom odnosila na osobe optužene za ratne zločine, njihove političke sponzore, bjegunce od Haaga ili pomagače takvih figura. Na američkoj crnoj listi u razdoblju koje je uslijedilo našli su se tako i neki poznati Hrvati, poput umirovljenog generala Ljube Ćesića Rojsa ili generala Stanka Sopte Baje, kojemu je nedavno predsjednik države Zoran Milanović uručio odlikovanje. Ljubo Ćesić Rojs je na spornoj listi završio zajedno s generalima Antom Gotovinom i Rahimom Ademijem, no njihova su imena nakon oslobađajućih presuda u Haagu s liste izbrisana, a Rojsovo je do danas ostalo. Na temelju toga mu je onemogućeno svako putovanje u SAD, Kanadu i Australiju, a blokirani su mu i inozemni računi. Rojs ne zna zašto ga Amerika ne voli, no ona očito zna. Trenutno mu Zoran Milanović diplomatskim kanalima pokušava ishoditi brisanje sankcija starih već 20 godina.

    Na crnom popisu State Departmenta od tih vremena je i predsjednik Republike Srpske Milorad Dodik, no i bojovnici iz tzv. Herceg Bosne osuđeni za ratne zločine poput Darija Kordića, Mladena Naletilića Tute, Vinka Martinovića Štele, Tihomira Blaškića, Marija Čerkeza, Ante Furundžije, Valentina Ćorića, ali i bivšeg predsjednika HDZ-a BiH Ante Jelavića. Društvo im prave i Veselin Šljivačnanin, Vojislav Šešelj, Ratko Mladić, Biljana Plavšić, kao i Radovan Karadžić i većina članova Karadžićeve uže obitelji. Na "tjeralici" SAD-a su već i BiH političari osumnjičeni za „značajnu korupciju“, poput Nikole Špirića (SNSD) ili Amira Zukića (SDA), ali i niz tobožnjih „humanitarnih udruga“ na Kosovu ili BiH povezanih s terorizmom. Tu je i Četnički ravnogorski pokret, folklorna udruga ljubitelja brada i oštrih noževa iz Vučićeve Srbije.

     Dobro upućeni kuloari ovih dana pričaju kako od američkih crnih popisa i mogućih sankcija u razdoblju pred nama neće biti izuzeti ni neki hrvatski 'igrači' za koje se sumnja da su povezani s ruskim i drugim koruptivnim kapitalom. U razdoblju za nama bilo ih je, navodno, na mnogim političkim pozicijama, pa i onima najmoćnijim u državi.

     Osim što svima šalje poruku da se Washington na velika vrata opet vraća na Balkan kao dežurni policajac, Bidenovo uskrsnuće stare američke uredbe za ove prostore jamči nove neugode brojnim kriminalno-korupcijskim krugovima i manipulativnim regionalnim nacionalistima. Iz podteksta odluke je jasno i da SAD čvrsto želi BiH kao cjelovitu državu i da neće pristati na spasonosne recepte njezinih djelitelja koji su uglavnom svi profiteri od sistemske korupcije, na štetu običnih građana.

      Korupciju kao spiritus movens većine balkanskih političara Sjedinjene države će, kako je prigodno poručio i američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken, tretirati kao direktnu štetu svojoj vanjskoj politici, nacionalnoj sigurnosti i ekonomskom zdravlju SAD-a, te njegovih saveznika i partnera. Naša posvećenost promociji demokracije, transparentnosti i odgovornosti širom Zapadnog Balkana, kazao je Blinken, čvrsta je i u skladu sa standardima koje države u regiji moraju ispuniti kako bi napredovale na europskom putu.

      Na službenim stranicama Bijele kuće nedavno je objavljena uredba predsjednika SAD-a Joea Bidena koja se odnosi na primjenu i jačanje američkih sankcija prema svima koji doprinose destabilizaciji situacije na Zapadnom Balkanu. Kao formalni razlog odluke navodi se podrivanje poslijeratnih sporazuma i institucija nakon raspada bivše Jugoslavije, ali i široko rasprostranjena korupcija unutar različitih vlada i institucija u zemljama regije.

      U tekstu se navodi da se Bidenova uredba odnosi na svaku osobu za koju američka ministrica financija, uz konzultacije s ministrom vanjskih poslova, utvrdi odgovornost za ugrožavanje mira, sigurnosti, stabilnosti odnosno teritorijalnog integriteta bilo kojeg područja ili bilo koje države na zapadnom Balkanu. Kaznene mjere će se primijeniti i u slučajevima potkopavanja demokratskih procesa ili institucija. Konkretno će se odnositi na sve one koji budu neovlašteno prisvajali javna sredstva ili oduzimali privatna sredstva u osobnu korist ili u političke svrhe, kao i primali mito.

Američku „dugu ruku pravde“ osjetit će i osobe koje budu materijalno pomagale, donirale, sponzorirale ili pružale financijsku, materijalnu ili tehnološku podršku osobama čija imovina i interesi budu blokirani ovom američkom uredbom. Bit će im zabranjen svaki oblik ulaska u Sjedinjene Američke Države, a budu li slučajno imali imovine u ovoj zemlji, bit će im zaplijenjena.

      Slična američka uredba za prostor naše regije zadnji je put donesena lipnja 2001. godine, u mandatu Georgea W. Busha. Američka crna lista tad se mahom odnosila na osobe optužene za ratne zločine, njihove političke sponzore, bjegunce od Haaga ili pomagače takvih figura. Na američkoj crnoj listi u razdoblju koje je uslijedilo našli su se tako i neki poznati Hrvati, poput umirovljenog generala Ljube Ćesića Rojsa ili generala Stanka Sopte Baje, kojemu je nedavno predsjednik države Zoran Milanović uručio odlikovanje. Ljubo Ćesić Rojs je na spornoj listi završio zajedno s generalima Antom Gotovinom i Rahimom Ademijem, no njihova su imena nakon oslobađajućih presuda u Haagu s liste izbrisana, a Rojsovo je do danas ostalo. Na temelju toga mu je onemogućeno svako putovanje u SAD, Kanadu i Australiju, a blokirani su mu i inozemni računi. Rojs ne zna zašto ga Amerika ne voli, no ona očito zna. Trenutno mu Zoran Milanović diplomatskim kanalima pokušava ishoditi brisanje sankcija starih već 20 godina.

    Na crnom popisu State Departmenta od tih vremena je i predsjednik Republike Srpske Milorad Dodik, no i bojovnici iz tzv. Herceg Bosne osuđeni za ratne zločine poput Darija Kordića, Mladena Naletilića Tute, Vinka Martinovića Štele, Tihomira Blaškića, Marija Čerkeza, Ante Furundžije, Valentina Ćorića, ali i bivšeg predsjednika HDZ-a BiH Ante Jelavića. Društvo im prave i Veselin Šljivačnanin, Vojislav Šešelj, Ratko Mladić, Biljana Plavšić, kao i Radovan Karadžić i većina članova Karadžićeve uže obitelji. Na "tjeralici" SAD-a su već i BiH političari osumnjičeni za „značajnu korupciju“, poput Nikole Špirića (SNSD) ili Amira Zukića (SDA), ali i niz tobožnjih „humanitarnih udruga“ na Kosovu ili BiH povezanih s terorizmom. Tu je i Četnički ravnogorski pokret, folklorna udruga ljubitelja brada i oštrih noževa iz Vučićeve Srbije.

     Dobro upućeni kuloari ovih dana pričaju kako od američkih crnih popisa i mogućih sankcija u razdoblju pred nama neće biti izuzeti ni neki hrvatski 'igrači' za koje se sumnja da su povezani s ruskim i drugim koruptivnim kapitalom. U razdoblju za nama bilo ih je, navodno, na mnogim političkim pozicijama, pa i onima najmoćnijim u državi.

     Osim što svima šalje poruku da se Washington na velika vrata opet vraća na Balkan kao dežurni policajac, Bidenovo uskrsnuće stare američke uredbe za ove prostore jamči nove neugode brojnim kriminalno-korupcijskim krugovima i manipulativnim regionalnim nacionalistima. Iz podteksta odluke je jasno i da SAD čvrsto želi BiH kao cjelovitu državu i da neće pristati na spasonosne recepte njezinih djelitelja koji su uglavnom svi profiteri od sistemske korupcije, na štetu običnih građana.

      Korupciju kao spiritus movens većine balkanskih političara Sjedinjene države će, kako je prigodno poručio i američki državni tajnik Antony Blinken, tretirati kao direktnu štetu svojoj vanjskoj politici, nacionalnoj sigurnosti i ekonomskom zdravlju SAD-a, te njegovih saveznika i partnera. Naša posvećenost promociji demokracije, transparentnosti i odgovornosti širom Zapadnog Balkana, kazao je Blinken, čvrsta je i u skladu sa standardima koje države u regiji moraju ispuniti kako bi napredovale na europskom putu.
