Ruski predsjednik Dmitrij Medvedev pozvao je u četvrtak u godišnjem obraćanju naciji na temeljitu obnovu i modernizaciju Rusije na demokratskim načelima izgradnjom “inteligentnog, odgovornog i slobodnog društva” kako bi u 21. stoljeću zemlja bila konkurentna.

- Umjesto arhaična društva u kojemu čelnici donose sve odluke i propise, izrast će inteligentno, slobodno društvo odgovornih ljudi - rekao je Medvedev, javlja agencija dpa. U 21. stoljeću Rusiji treba temeljita modernizacija na demokratskim načelima te će se “prvi put u povijesti društvo zasnivati na demokratskim vrijednostima i ustanovama”, rekao je predsjednik.

- Umjesto ekonomije temeljene na sirovinama, stvorit ćemo gospodarstvo koje proizvodi nove tehnologije, korisne ljudima”, jer to je “pitanje opstanka u suvremenom svijetu”, rekao je. Konkurentnost ruskoga gospodarstva “sramotno je niska - rekao je Medvedev i dodao da se ono ne smije više temeljiti na izvozu nafte i plina, nego se treba okrenuti izvozu, tehnološkoj inovativnosti, nuklearnoj energiji, istraživanju svemira, nanotehnologiji.

Do 2020. godine polovica lijekova koji se koriste u Rusiji trebala bi biti domaće proizvodnje, citira agencija AFP predsjednika Medvedeva, koji je također rekao da bi do 2014. zemlja trebala proizvesti motor na nuklearni pogon za svemirske letove na druge planete.

Medvedev se zauzeo za ukidanje državnih megapoduzeća ili za njihovu preobrazbu u “dionička društva”. Ta će poduzeća ostati u državnom sektoru, ondje gdje su neophodna, ili će ići u pretvorbu uz pomoć privatnih ulagača, rekao je ruski predsjednik.

Ruski predsjednik Dmitrij Medvedev pozvao je u četvrtak u godišnjem obraćanju naciji na temeljitu obnovu i modernizaciju Rusije na demokratskim načelima izgradnjom “inteligentnog, odgovornog i slobodnog društva” kako bi u 21. stoljeću zemlja bila konkurentna.

- Umjesto arhaična društva u kojemu čelnici donose sve odluke i propise, izrast će inteligentno, slobodno društvo odgovornih ljudi - rekao je Medvedev, javlja agencija dpa. U 21. stoljeću Rusiji treba temeljita modernizacija na demokratskim načelima te će se “prvi put u povijesti društvo zasnivati na demokratskim vrijednostima i ustanovama”, rekao je predsjednik.

- Umjesto ekonomije temeljene na sirovinama, stvorit ćemo gospodarstvo koje proizvodi nove tehnologije, korisne ljudima”, jer to je “pitanje opstanka u suvremenom svijetu”, rekao je. Konkurentnost ruskoga gospodarstva “sramotno je niska - rekao je Medvedev i dodao da se ono ne smije više temeljiti na izvozu nafte i plina, nego se treba okrenuti izvozu, tehnološkoj inovativnosti, nuklearnoj energiji, istraživanju svemira, nanotehnologiji.

Do 2020. godine polovica lijekova koji se koriste u Rusiji trebala bi biti domaće proizvodnje, citira agencija AFP predsjednika Medvedeva, koji je također rekao da bi do 2014. zemlja trebala proizvesti motor na nuklearni pogon za svemirske letove na druge planete.

Medvedev se zauzeo za ukidanje državnih megapoduzeća ili za njihovu preobrazbu u “dionička društva”. Ta će poduzeća ostati u državnom sektoru, ondje gdje su neophodna, ili će ići u pretvorbu uz pomoć privatnih ulagača, rekao je ruski predsjednik.
