Slovački premijer Robert Fico ne isključuje da će i njegova zemlja na idućem summitu EU-a krajem ovog mjeseca zatražiti iznimku iz Lisabonskog sporazuma iz istog razloga kao što je to najavila da će - zbog onemogućavanja da se dovedu u pitanje Benešovi dekreti - učiniti Češka. Bratislava će to učiniti, kaže Fico, ako Češka dobije tu iznimku.
Ovi dekreti, koji su bili nakon Drugog svjetskog rata pravna osnova deportacije dijela stanovništva bivše Čehoslovačke, ističe Fico, danas su “temeljni dio slovačkog prava koji se ne može ukinuti ni mijenjati”.
Bratislava je trenutačno mirna, ali bi se to moglo promijeniti ako Češka dobije iznimku, što bi neki od deportiranih mogli tumačiti tako da Povelja osnovnih prava EU-a, sadržana u Lisabonskom sporazumu, omogućuje da se dekreti dovedu u pitanje u slučaju Slovačke.

Prema ekskluzivnom istraživanju agencije Median za Lidove noviny, češkog predsjednika Vaclava Klausa podržavaju gotovo dvije trećine, točnije 65,5 posto Čeha, u zahtjevu za dodatak Liabonskom sporazumu. Ovako jasan rezultat, kako dodaju Lidove noviny, iznenadio je i same istraživače.

Slovački premijer Robert Fico ne isključuje da će i njegova zemlja na idućem summitu EU-a krajem ovog mjeseca zatražiti iznimku iz Lisabonskog sporazuma iz istog razloga kao što je to najavila da će - zbog onemogućavanja da se dovedu u pitanje Benešovi dekreti - učiniti Češka. Bratislava će to učiniti, kaže Fico, ako Češka dobije tu iznimku.
Ovi dekreti, koji su bili nakon Drugog svjetskog rata pravna osnova deportacije dijela stanovništva bivše Čehoslovačke, ističe Fico, danas su “temeljni dio slovačkog prava koji se ne može ukinuti ni mijenjati”.
Bratislava je trenutačno mirna, ali bi se to moglo promijeniti ako Češka dobije iznimku, što bi neki od deportiranih mogli tumačiti tako da Povelja osnovnih prava EU-a, sadržana u Lisabonskom sporazumu, omogućuje da se dekreti dovedu u pitanje u slučaju Slovačke.

Prema ekskluzivnom istraživanju agencije Median za Lidove noviny, češkog predsjednika Vaclava Klausa podržavaju gotovo dvije trećine, točnije 65,5 posto Čeha, u zahtjevu za dodatak Liabonskom sporazumu. Ovako jasan rezultat, kako dodaju Lidove noviny, iznenadio je i same istraživače.
