stdClass Object ( [id] => 221617 [title] => Kaznena prijava protiv Janše za preplaćeno zemljište [alias] => kaznena-prijava-protiv-janse-za-preplaceno-zemljiste [catid] => 241 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Slovenska policija podnijela je kaznenu prijavu protiv oporbenog čelnika Janeza Janše koji se sumnjiči da je u vrijeme svog prvog premijerskog mandata pogodovao građevinskom poduzeću koje je od njega prije toga po cijeni mnogo višoj od tržišne otkupilo teren na kojemu je Janša želio sagraditi poljsku kućicu, te mu prodalo trosobni stan u Ljubljani.

Nacionalni istražni ured (NPU) tužiteljstvu je podnio prijavu nakon obavijesti državnog protukorupcijskog povjerenstva koje je istraživalo taj slučaj u vezi s Janšinim neprijavljenim prihodima, objavila je televizijska postaja POP-TV.

Poduzeće IMOS koje je sklapalo velike poslove s državom u vrijeme prvog Janšina mandata na premijerskom položaju Janši je za teren u dolini Trente 2005. isplatilo 131.000 eura iako je vrijedno samo 20-ak tisuća. On je tako prema prijavi stekao imovinsku korist od najmanje 100.000 eura koju je upotrijebio za gotovinsku kupnju trosobnog stana u Ljubljani od istog poduzeća.

Janša je zemljište uz rijeku Soču najprije prodao poduzeću Eurogradnje, ali mu je novac isplaćen dva mjeseca prije potpisivanja ugovora, što Janša tumači greškom koja je kasnije ispravljena. Kasnije je Janša od poduzeća Imos koje je gradilo za državu, pa i sagradilo zgradu za ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova, kupio trosobni stan, a IMOS je od Eurogradnje otkupio zemljište čiji je vlasnik prije toga bio Janša.

U vezi s poslovima tvrtke IMOS protiv Janše se odvijaju tri postupka, a uz njega su za nepravilnosti u tom poslu osumnjičeni i direktori oba poduzeća s kojima je Janša poslovao, javila je POP TV.

cijeni mnogo višoj od tržišne otkupilo teren na kojemu je Janša želio sagraditi poljsku kućicu, te mu prodalo trosobni stan u Ljubljani.

Nacionalni istražni ured (NPU) tužiteljstvu je podnio prijavu nakon obavijesti državnog protukorupcijskog povjerenstva koje je istraživalo taj slučaj u vezi s Janšinim neprijavljenim prihodima, objavila je televizijska postaja POP-TV.

Poduzeće IMOS koje je sklapalo velike poslove s državom u vrijeme prvog Janšina mandata na premijerskom položaju Janši je za teren u dolini Trente 2005. isplatilo 131.000 eura iako je vrijedno samo 20-ak tisuća. On je tako prema prijavi stekao imovinsku korist od najmanje 100.000 eura koju je upotrijebio za gotovinsku kupnju trosobnog stana u Ljubljani od istog poduzeća.

Janša je zemljište uz rijeku Soču najprije prodao poduzeću Eurogradnje, ali mu je novac isplaćen dva mjeseca prije potpisivanja ugovora, što Janša tumači greškom koja je kasnije ispravljena. Kasnije je Janša od poduzeća Imos koje je gradilo za državu, pa i sagradilo zgradu za ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova, kupio trosobni stan, a IMOS je od Eurogradnje otkupio zemljište čiji je vlasnik prije toga bio Janša.

U vezi s poslovima tvrtke IMOS protiv Janše se odvijaju tri postupka, a uz njega su za nepravilnosti u tom poslu osumnjičeni i direktori oba poduzeća s kojima je Janša poslovao, javila je POP TV.

Kaznena prijava protiv Janše za preplaćeno zemljište
