Neimenovani izraelski vojni dužnosnik rekao je novinama Saudijske Arabije Elaph da Tel Aviv neće oklijevati bombardirati isporuke iranske pomoći za katastrofom pogođenu Siriju, tvrdeći da Teheran nastoji “iskoristiti tragičnu situaciju… za slanje oružja i opreme Hezbollahu". Anonimni dužnosnik je dodao da Izrael ima "obavještajne podatke" koji podupiru njihove riječi, budući da je izraelska vojska "intenzivirala nadzor iz zraka, kopna i mora svega što Iran prevozi u Siriju".

Iran je jedna od vodećih zemalja u pružanju humanitarne pomoći Siriji otkako je potres magnitude 7,8 razorio sjeverozapadnu regiju zemlje. Kao rezultat zapadnih sankcija, isporuka pomoći za Siriju uvelike je otežana u usporedbi s protokom pomoći koja ulazi u susjednu Tursku, prisiljavajući Damask da se oslanja na savezničke nacije poput Rusije i Irana kako bi pomogao preživjelima.

Najnovija prijetnja Izraela dolazi samo dva tjedna nakon što su njegove bespilotne letjelice bombardirale tri iranska kamiona s hranom - natovarena brašnom i rižom - dok su išli iz Iraka u Siriju. Kamioni su pokušavali legalno ući u Siriju, preko graničnog prijelaza Al-Bukamal, nekoliko dana nakon što je otvoren za komercijalne kamione - prvi put od 2019. godine.

Izrael je ranije spriječavao dolazak pomoći u Siriju bombardiranjem zračnih luka u zemlji, koristeći slična opravdanja o "isporukama oružja" iz Irana.

U rujnu prošle godine, Komisija UN-a za Siriju prosudila je da su izraelski zračni napadi na međunarodnu zračnu luku u Damasku "onemogućili" UN da dostavi humanitarnu pomoć Sirijcima u potrebi. U napadu 10. lipnja ozbiljno su oštećene dvije uzletno-sletne staze u glavnoj sirijskoj zračnoj luci, tako onesposobivši civilni zračni promet u i iz zemlje. Protestna nota je uslijedila tek nekoliko dana nakon što je Izrael dvaput bombardirao međunarodnu zračnu luku Alep u istom tjednu.

Izrael redovito izvodi ilegalne zračne napade unutar Sirije na, kako tvrdi, iranske ili Hezbollahove mete.

Neimenovani izraelski vojni dužnosnik rekao je novinama Saudijske Arabije Elaph da Tel Aviv neće oklijevati bombardirati isporuke iranske pomoći za katastrofom pogođenu Siriju, tvrdeći da Teheran nastoji “iskoristiti tragičnu situaciju… za slanje oružja i opreme Hezbollahu". Anonimni dužnosnik je dodao da Izrael ima "obavještajne podatke" koji podupiru njihove riječi, budući da je izraelska vojska "intenzivirala nadzor iz zraka, kopna i mora svega što Iran prevozi u Siriju".

Iran je jedna od vodećih zemalja u pružanju humanitarne pomoći Siriji otkako je potres magnitude 7,8 razorio sjeverozapadnu regiju zemlje. Kao rezultat zapadnih sankcija, isporuka pomoći za Siriju uvelike je otežana u usporedbi s protokom pomoći koja ulazi u susjednu Tursku, prisiljavajući Damask da se oslanja na savezničke nacije poput Rusije i Irana kako bi pomogao preživjelima.

Najnovija prijetnja Izraela dolazi samo dva tjedna nakon što su njegove bespilotne letjelice bombardirale tri iranska kamiona s hranom - natovarena brašnom i rižom - dok su išli iz Iraka u Siriju. Kamioni su pokušavali legalno ući u Siriju, preko graničnog prijelaza Al-Bukamal, nekoliko dana nakon što je otvoren za komercijalne kamione - prvi put od 2019. godine.

Izrael je ranije spriječavao dolazak pomoći u Siriju bombardiranjem zračnih luka u zemlji, koristeći slična opravdanja o "isporukama oružja" iz Irana.

U rujnu prošle godine, Komisija UN-a za Siriju prosudila je da su izraelski zračni napadi na međunarodnu zračnu luku u Damasku "onemogućili" UN da dostavi humanitarnu pomoć Sirijcima u potrebi. U napadu 10. lipnja ozbiljno su oštećene dvije uzletno-sletne staze u glavnoj sirijskoj zračnoj luci, tako onesposobivši civilni zračni promet u i iz zemlje. Protestna nota je uslijedila tek nekoliko dana nakon što je Izrael dvaput bombardirao međunarodnu zračnu luku Alep u istom tjednu.

Izrael redovito izvodi ilegalne zračne napade unutar Sirije na, kako tvrdi, iranske ili Hezbollahove mete.
