Tvrdokorne terorističke organizacije također prate trendove političke promidžbe: prije godinu dana Al-Qa’ida je pokrenula časopis Inspire, a ovih je dana procurila informacija da jemenski ogranak Al-Qa’ide priprema animirani film u stilu Walta Disneyja s ciljem vrbovanja djece u svoju terorističku mrežu.

U kratkim scenama, objavljenima na web stranici džihadista, pojavljuju se mališani u uniformama kako sudjeluju u oružanim prepadima, ubijanju i drugim terorističkim akcijama.

„To je film u stilu Disneyja, namijenjen djeci, koji govori o proroku Muhamedu, svetim ratovima, pun protuzapadne propagande“, objasnio je bivši muslimanski ekstremist Noman Benotman, sada analitičar londonske fondacije Quilliam, koja je posvećena borbi protiv terorizma.

Iza filma na arapskom jeziku stoji grupa koja sebe naziva Abu al-Lais-al-Jemen, povezana s moćnom i utjecajnom Al-Ka’idom na Arapskom polutoku, s logistikom u Jemenu.

No, prema ovom analitičaru, ovako ogoljeno propagandno orijentirani film može imati sasvim suprotan efekt. Mnoge muslimanske roditelje ogorčit će već i sama činjenica da  Al-Qa’ida priprema novačenje djece.

Priprema kratkometražnog filma, prema saznanjima Quilliama, u završnoj je fazi, i nije nikakva “ilegala”: štoviše, distribuirat će se na DVD-u i, naravno, posredstvom interneta. 

Većina korisnika, koji su vidjeli odlomke iz filma na webu džihadista, pozitivno je na njih reagirala u komentarima. Neki, ipak, drže da se tamo izrijekom ne spominje Al-Qa’ida, dok drugi misle da su tamo džihadisti prikazani previše grubo – gotovo kao neki monstrumi, što bi moglo rezultirati kontraučinkom.

Korištenje rafiniranijih metoda u pozivima na džihad imali smo već i na primjeru Anwara al-Awlakija, militantnog klerika rođenog u SAD-u, koji sada živi također u Jemenu, i otamo na You Tube uporno postavlja svoje propagandne klipove, zbog čega su američki kongresnici prošle godine pozvali You Tube da ukloni pozive na nasilje.

Ovi su se s tim i složili, međutim, Al-Awlaki je neumoran: utipkate li u tražilicu You Tubea njegovo ime, dobit ćete 5200 opcija za “upoznavanje istine o džihadu i Al-Qa’idi”.

Iz You Tubea se pravdaju i činjenicom da svake minute prosječno dobiju oko 35 sati različitih videomaterijala, zbog čega je nadzor sadržaja koji krše pozitivne zakone gotovo nemoguć. Uostalom, nisu ni sve Al-Awlakijeve poruke militantne: neke s vjerskog aspekta govore o braku, primjerice.

Radikalna retorika Anwara al-Awlakija, koja je unovačila brojne teroriste, izazvala je žestoku reakciju SAD-a. Tvrdokorne terorističke organizacije također prate trendove političke promidžbe: prije godinu dana Al-Qa’ida je pokrenula časopis Inspire, a ovih je dana procurila informacija da jemenski ogranak Al-Qa’ide priprema animirani film u stilu Walta Disneyja s ciljem vrbovanja djece u svoju terorističku mrežu.

U kratkim scenama, objavljenima na web stranici džihadista, pojavljuju se mališani u uniformama kako sudjeluju u oružanim prepadima, ubijanju i drugim terorističkim akcijama.

„To je film u stilu Disneyja, namijenjen djeci, koji govori o proroku Muhamedu, svetim ratovima, pun protuzapadne propagande“, objasnio je bivši muslimanski ekstremist Noman Benotman, sada analitičar londonske fondacije Quilliam, koja je posvećena borbi protiv terorizma.

Iza filma na arapskom jeziku stoji grupa koja sebe naziva Abu al-Lais-al-Jemen, povezana s moćnom i utjecajnom Al-Ka’idom na Arapskom polutoku, s logistikom u Jemenu.

No, prema ovom analitičaru, ovako ogoljeno propagandno orijentirani film može imati sasvim suprotan efekt. Mnoge muslimanske roditelje ogorčit će već i sama činjenica da  Al-Qa’ida priprema novačenje djece.

Priprema kratkometražnog filma, prema saznanjima Quilliama, u završnoj je fazi, i nije nikakva “ilegala”: štoviše, distribuirat će se na DVD-u i, naravno, posredstvom interneta. 

Većina korisnika, koji su vidjeli odlomke iz filma na webu džihadista, pozitivno je na njih reagirala u komentarima. Neki, ipak, drže da se tamo izrijekom ne spominje Al-Qa’ida, dok drugi misle da su tamo džihadisti prikazani previše grubo – gotovo kao neki monstrumi, što bi moglo rezultirati kontraučinkom.

Korištenje rafiniranijih metoda u pozivima na džihad imali smo već i na primjeru Anwara al-Awlakija, militantnog klerika rođenog u SAD-u, koji sada živi također u Jemenu, i otamo na You Tube uporno postavlja svoje propagandne klipove, zbog čega su američki kongresnici prošle godine pozvali You Tube da ukloni pozive na nasilje.

Ovi su se s tim i složili, međutim, Al-Awlaki je neumoran: utipkate li u tražilicu You Tubea njegovo ime, dobit ćete 5200 opcija za “upoznavanje istine o džihadu i Al-Qa’idi”.

Iz You Tubea se pravdaju i činjenicom da svake minute prosječno dobiju oko 35 sati različitih videomaterijala, zbog čega je nadzor sadržaja koji krše pozitivne zakone gotovo nemoguć. Uostalom, nisu ni sve Al-Awlakijeve poruke militantne: neke s vjerskog aspekta govore o braku, primjerice.

Radikalna retorika Anwara al-Awlakija, koja je unovačila brojne teroriste, izazvala je žestoku reakciju SAD-a. Ipak, Al-Awlaki je preživio napad američkih snaga na svoje jemensko sklonište, u svibnju ove godine. Dakako, to je otvorilo i polemiku o temi: ima li SAD pravo likvidirati teroriste neovisno o tome gdje žive?
