Ovog 30. listopada 16-godišnja Stela Perić otputovala je iz Srbije u Moskvu na sprovod svoje bake. Kada je 3. studenog stigla na aerodrom u pratnji strica, rečeno joj je da ne može napustiti Rusiju bez dopuštenja jednog od roditelja, te da joj je potrebna ovjera kod javnog bilježnika na teritoriju Rusije.

Roditelji ga ne mogu dobiti jer fizički nisu tamo, niti je djetetovo prebivalište u toj zemlji. Nakon više od tjedan dana agonije, petnaestak apela upućenih i ruskoj i srpskoj strani, djevojčica je još uvijek u Rusiji, a njeni roditelji su jako zabrinuti i ogorčeni zbog nemara obiju strana.

Roditelji su se zabrinuto obratili redakciji Nove.rs s nadom da će izlazak u medije pomoći da se njihova djevojčica vrati kući. 

Tamo ju je čekao stric, gdje su zajedno krenuli na drugu zračnu luku, kako bi stigli do mjesta koje je 4000 kilometara udaljeno od Moskve. Po povratku iz Rusije, 3. studenog, djevojci nisu dopustili prijeći granicu. Njezina majka Svetlana je Ruskinja pa su djetetu napravili i rusku putovnicu. 

Kad je djelatnicima na granici pokazala obje putovnice, tražili su da joj se prilikom ulaska u zemlju popuni migracijska iskaznica koju ona nije imala. Nakon toga su joj rekli da joj je potreban pristanak jednog od roditelja kako bi mogla napustiti zemlju. Ta suglasnost mora biti ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika na području Rusije, ali to nije moguće učiniti jer je prebivalište djeteta u Srbiji.

Zabrinuta majka rekla je da su je na aerodromu tražili mito, ali da je djevojčica bila zbunjena i da se nije snašla.

- U Rusiji, ako daš 200 eura, puštaju bez problema, bez papira. Puno puta su tako izlazili. Budući da je ušla sa srpskom putovnicom, a kartica je bila na njeno srpsko prezime, tražili su da joj se na ulazu popuni migracijska karta koju ona nije imala. Prvi put je išla sama i bez iskustva, pokazala im je rusku putovnicu, nakon čega su joj rekli da nema dopuštenje roditelja, pozivajući se na Zakon 114, članak 20. ruskog saveznog zakona o graničnoj policiji. Skinuli su je s leta, propala joj je karta od 320 eura za Air Serbia i dali su joj neki papir bez pečata, kaže Svetlana.

Majka ističe da prema zakonima Republike Srbije putnicima koji su stariji od 16 godina nije potrebna nikakva dozvola za izlazak iz zemlje. Kako je dodala, tu su informaciju dobili od načelnika Granične službe Zračne luke "Nikola Tesla" kada su radili PCR test. Roditelji kažu da dijete ostaje u drugoj zemlji protiv volje i djeteta i roditelja, da nema rusku osobnu iskaznicu, da nije tamo rođena i da ju nemaju razloga zadržati tamo. 

Roditelji navode da su im čak dali i lažne podatke o tome gdje se dijete nalazi.

- U petak mi se obratio šef sigurnosti iz Veleposlanstva Srbije u Rusiji i rekao da je moja kćer u hotelu i da je već zbrinuta. To nije istina, kaže majka.

Otac objašnjava da je djevojka s njegovim prijateljem, koji ne živi u Moskvi. Zamolio ju je da se brine o djetetu jer se njen stric zbog poslovnih obaveza morao vratiti u Kazahstan.

- Meni, ruskoj državljanki, koja plaća poreze, koja im financira plaću, nitko živ nije izašao iz veleposlanstva da čuje o čemu se radi, iako rade do 17 sati, iznerviranim glasom objašnjava majka.

Roditelji napominju da u skladu s člankom 10. Međunarodne konvencije o pravima djeteta država ne smije zadržati dijete koje se želi pridružiti svojoj obitelji. Nakon što je obavijestio konzula u ambasadi Srbije u Moskvi, koja nije mogla ništa učiniti, i odgovora koji njegova supruga nije dobila od ruskog veleposlanstva u Beogradu, otac Dragan je uputio nekoliko dopisa srpskom Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, nekoliko puta predsjedniku.

Roditelji su u bezizlaznoj situaciji, jako su uznemireni i ne znaju što dalje. Napominju da s kćeri nisu niti u stalnom kontaktu jer ima srpski broj pa je čuju samo kada ima wi-fi.

- Razumijem da je moj jedini spas informiranje javnosti. Vjerujte mi, ne znam što da radim. Prema Međunarodnoj konvenciji ne smiju zadržati dijete, a međunarodno pravo ima prednost pred nacionalnim, ali kome da to objašnjavam, rekao je zabrinuti Stelin otac na rubu strpljenja, dodajući da je uzeo tabletu za smirenje jer nije se mogao smiriti.

- Shvaćaju li oni da se radi o mladom čovjeku, a zavaravaju me nekim nebitnim papirom. Dijete je u opasnosti, a oni se prave budale, rekao je novinarima Dragan.

Rusko veleposlanstvo u Beogradu do objave teksta nije odgovorilo na mail koji je poslala redakcija portala Nova.rs u vezi sa slučajem djevojke koja se nalazi u Rusiji.

Ovog 30. listopada 16-godišnja Stela Perić otputovala je iz Srbije u Moskvu na sprovod svoje bake. Kada je 3. studenog stigla na aerodrom u pratnji strica, rečeno joj je da ne može napustiti Rusiju bez dopuštenja jednog od roditelja, te da joj je potrebna ovjera kod javnog bilježnika na teritoriju Rusije.

Roditelji ga ne mogu dobiti jer fizički nisu tamo, niti je djetetovo prebivalište u toj zemlji. Nakon više od tjedan dana agonije, petnaestak apela upućenih i ruskoj i srpskoj strani, djevojčica je još uvijek u Rusiji, a njeni roditelji su jako zabrinuti i ogorčeni zbog nemara obiju strana.

Roditelji su se zabrinuto obratili redakciji Nove.rs s nadom da će izlazak u medije pomoći da se njihova djevojčica vrati kući. 

Tamo ju je čekao stric, gdje su zajedno krenuli na drugu zračnu luku, kako bi stigli do mjesta koje je 4000 kilometara udaljeno od Moskve. Po povratku iz Rusije, 3. studenog, djevojci nisu dopustili prijeći granicu. Njezina majka Svetlana je Ruskinja pa su djetetu napravili i rusku putovnicu. 

Kad je djelatnicima na granici pokazala obje putovnice, tražili su da joj se prilikom ulaska u zemlju popuni migracijska iskaznica koju ona nije imala. Nakon toga su joj rekli da joj je potreban pristanak jednog od roditelja kako bi mogla napustiti zemlju. Ta suglasnost mora biti ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika na području Rusije, ali to nije moguće učiniti jer je prebivalište djeteta u Srbiji.

Zabrinuta majka rekla je da su je na aerodromu tražili mito, ali da je djevojčica bila zbunjena i da se nije snašla.

- U Rusiji, ako daš 200 eura, puštaju bez problema, bez papira. Puno puta su tako izlazili. Budući da je ušla sa srpskom putovnicom, a kartica je bila na njeno srpsko prezime, tražili su da joj se na ulazu popuni migracijska karta koju ona nije imala. Prvi put je išla sama i bez iskustva, pokazala im je rusku putovnicu, nakon čega su joj rekli da nema dopuštenje roditelja, pozivajući se na Zakon 114, članak 20. ruskog saveznog zakona o graničnoj policiji. Skinuli su je s leta, propala joj je karta od 320 eura za Air Serbia i dali su joj neki papir bez pečata, kaže Svetlana.

Majka ističe da prema zakonima Republike Srbije putnicima koji su stariji od 16 godina nije potrebna nikakva dozvola za izlazak iz zemlje. Kako je dodala, tu su informaciju dobili od načelnika Granične službe Zračne luke "Nikola Tesla" kada su radili PCR test. Roditelji kažu da dijete ostaje u drugoj zemlji protiv volje i djeteta i roditelja, da nema rusku osobnu iskaznicu, da nije tamo rođena i da ju nemaju razloga zadržati tamo. 

Roditelji navode da su im čak dali i lažne podatke o tome gdje se dijete nalazi.

- U petak mi se obratio šef sigurnosti iz Veleposlanstva Srbije u Rusiji i rekao da je moja kćer u hotelu i da je već zbrinuta. To nije istina, kaže majka.

Otac objašnjava da je djevojka s njegovim prijateljem, koji ne živi u Moskvi. Zamolio ju je da se brine o djetetu jer se njen stric zbog poslovnih obaveza morao vratiti u Kazahstan.

- Meni, ruskoj državljanki, koja plaća poreze, koja im financira plaću, nitko živ nije izašao iz veleposlanstva da čuje o čemu se radi, iako rade do 17 sati, iznerviranim glasom objašnjava majka.

Roditelji napominju da u skladu s člankom 10. Međunarodne konvencije o pravima djeteta država ne smije zadržati dijete koje se želi pridružiti svojoj obitelji. Nakon što je obavijestio konzula u ambasadi Srbije u Moskvi, koja nije mogla ništa učiniti, i odgovora koji njegova supruga nije dobila od ruskog veleposlanstva u Beogradu, otac Dragan je uputio nekoliko dopisa srpskom Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, nekoliko puta predsjedniku.

Roditelji su u bezizlaznoj situaciji, jako su uznemireni i ne znaju što dalje. Napominju da s kćeri nisu niti u stalnom kontaktu jer ima srpski broj pa je čuju samo kada ima wi-fi.

- Razumijem da je moj jedini spas informiranje javnosti. Vjerujte mi, ne znam što da radim. Prema Međunarodnoj konvenciji ne smiju zadržati dijete, a međunarodno pravo ima prednost pred nacionalnim, ali kome da to objašnjavam, rekao je zabrinuti Stelin otac na rubu strpljenja, dodajući da je uzeo tabletu za smirenje jer nije se mogao smiriti.

- Shvaćaju li oni da se radi o mladom čovjeku, a zavaravaju me nekim nebitnim papirom. Dijete je u opasnosti, a oni se prave budale, rekao je novinarima Dragan.

Rusko veleposlanstvo u Beogradu do objave teksta nije odgovorilo na mail koji je poslala redakcija portala Nova.rs u vezi sa slučajem djevojke koja se nalazi u Rusiji.

Ovog 30. listopada 16-godišnja Stela Perić otputovala je iz Srbije u Moskvu na sprovod svoje bake. Kada je 3. studenog stigla na aerodrom u pratnji strica, rečeno joj je da ne može napustiti Rusiju bez dopuštenja jednog od roditelja, te da joj je potrebna ovjera kod javnog bilježnika na teritoriju Rusije.

Roditelji ga ne mogu dobiti jer fizički nisu tamo, niti je djetetovo prebivalište u toj zemlji. Nakon više od tjedan dana agonije, petnaestak apela upućenih i ruskoj i srpskoj strani, djevojčica je još uvijek u Rusiji, a njeni roditelji su jako zabrinuti i ogorčeni zbog nemara obiju strana.

Roditelji su se zabrinuto obratili redakciji Nove.rs s nadom da će izlazak u medije pomoći da se njihova djevojčica vrati kući. 

Tamo ju je čekao stric, gdje su zajedno krenuli na dru...
