Cijene hrane u svijetu porasle su u travnju na najvišu razinu od svibnja 2014. godine, potaknute poskupljenjem šećera, objavila je u četvrtak agencija Ujedinjenih naroda za hranu FAO.
FAO-v indeks cijena košarice osnovnih prehrambenih proizvoda porastao je u travnju za dva boda u odnosu na revidiranu vrijednost u ožujku i iznosio je u prosjeku 120,9 bodova.
Najviše su u travnju porasle cijene šećera, za 3,9 posto u odnosu na ožujak, potaknute valom kupovina zbog očekivane smanjene ponude koju nagovješćuju spora žetva šećerne trske u Brazilu i mraz u Francuskoj, koji je oštetio nasade šećerne repe.
U odnosu na prošlogodišnji travanj cijena šećera viša je gotovo 60 posto.
Indeks koji mjeri promjene cijena biljnih ulja porastao je na mjesečnoj razini 1,8 posto, potaknut poskupljenjem soje, uljane repice i palminog ulja dok je suncokretovo ulje pojeftinilo.
Cijene mesa porasle su 1,7 posto, odražavajući poskupljenje govedine i janjetine pod utjecajem "solidne potražnje" iz istočne Azije.
FAO-ov indeks cijena žitarica porastao je u travnju 1,2 posto na mjesečnoj razini, potaknut 5,7-postotnim poskupljenjem kukuruza zbog zabrinutosti za urod u Argentini, Brazilu i SAD-u. Cijene pšenice uglavnom su bile stabilne dok su cijene riže pale, priopćio je FAO.
U odnosu na prošlogodišnji travanj cijene žitarica bile su više 26 posto.
Cijene mliječnih proizvoda porasle su 1,2 posto na mjesečnoj razini zbog dobre potražnje iz Azije koja je poduprla cijene maslaca, obranog mlijeka u prahu i sira.
FAO je u odvojenom izvješću o ponudi i potražnji na tržištima žitarica povećao procjenu svjetske proizvodnje žitarica u 2020. godini za 1,7 milijuna tona, na 2,777 milijardi tona, što predstavlja povećanje za 2,1 posto u odnosu na razinu u 2019. godini.
Agencija UN-a također je objavila prve procjene za proizvodnju pšenice u sezoni 2021/2022., prognoziravši da će porasti 0,5 posto, na 778,8 milijuna tona, zbog očekivanog 6-postotnog rasta proizvodnje u Europskoj uniji.
Prve procjene pokazuju i da će proizvodnja krupnih žitarica koje se koriste u prehrani ljudi i životinja ove godine ponovo porasti, treću godinu zaredom, najvećim dijelom zbog veće proizvodnje kukuruza.
Napominju da procjene temelje na očekivanjima većih zasijanih površina u Brazilu, Kini, Ukrajini i SAD i na prognoziranom oporavku prinosa u EU.
Zalihe pšenice trebale bi na kraju sezone iznositi rekordna 293 milijuna tona i biti više 3,0 posto nego na početku sezone, ponajprije zbog rasta zaliha u Kini i očekivanog oporavka zaliha u EU i Ukrajini. U SAD-u i Rusiji zalihe bi na kraju sezone trebale biti veće nego na početku.
Trgovina pšenicom trebala bi se nakon rekordne 2020/2021. smanjiti 1,8 posto, na 185 milijuna tona, zbog naznaka smanjene kineske, marokanske i pakistanske nabave nakon velikog obujma uvoza u protekloj godini i dobrih izgleda za domaći urod.

Cijene hrane u svijetu porasle su u travnju na najvišu razinu od svibnja 2014. godine, potaknute poskupljenjem šećera, objavila je u četvrtak agencija Ujedinjenih naroda za hranu FAO.
FAO-v indeks cijena košarice osnovnih prehrambenih proizvoda porastao je u travnju za dva boda u odnosu na revidiranu vrijednost u ožujku i iznosio je u prosjeku 120,9 bodova.
Najviše su u travnju porasle cijene šećera, za 3,9 posto u odnosu na ožujak, potaknute valom kupovina zbog očekivane smanjene ponude koju nagovješćuju spora žetva šećerne trske u Brazilu i mraz u Francuskoj, koji je oštetio nasade šećerne repe.
U odnosu na prošlogodišnji travanj cijena šećera viša je gotovo 60 posto.
Indeks koji mjeri promjene cijena biljnih ulja porastao je na mjesečnoj razini 1,8 posto, potaknut poskupljenjem soje, uljane repice i palminog ulja dok je suncokretovo ulje pojeftinilo.
Cijene mesa porasle su 1,7 posto, odražavajući poskupljenje govedine i janjetine pod utjecajem "solidne potražnje" iz istočne Azije.
FAO-ov indeks cijena žitarica porastao je u travnju 1,2 posto na mjesečnoj razini, potaknut 5,7-postotnim poskupljenjem kukuruza zbog zabrinutosti za urod u Argentini, Brazilu i SAD-u. Cijene pšenice uglavnom su bile stabilne dok su cijene riže pale, priopćio je FAO.
U odnosu na prošlogodišnji travanj cijene žitarica bile su više 26 posto.
Cijene mliječnih proizvoda porasle su 1,2 posto na mjesečnoj razini zbog dobre potražnje iz Azije koja je poduprla cijene maslaca, obranog mlijeka u prahu i sira.
FAO je u odvojenom izvješću o ponudi i potražnji na tržištima žitarica povećao procjenu svjetske proizvodnje žitarica u 2020. godini za 1,7 milijuna tona, na 2,777 milijardi tona, što predstavlja povećanje za 2,1 posto u odnosu na razinu u 2019. godini.
Agencija UN-a također je objavila prve procjene za proizvodnju pšenice u sezoni 2021/2022., prognoziravši da će porasti 0,5 posto, na 778,8 milijuna tona, zbog očekivanog 6-postotnog rasta proizvodnje u Europskoj uniji.
Prve procjene pokazuju i da će proizvodnja krupnih žitarica koje se koriste u prehrani ljudi i životinja ove godine ponovo porasti, treću godinu zaredom, najvećim dijelom zbog veće proizvodnje kukuruza.
Napominju da procjene temelje na očekivanjima većih zasijanih površina u Brazilu, Kini, Ukrajini i SAD i na prognoziranom oporavku prinosa u EU.
Zalihe pšenice trebale bi na kraju sezone iznositi rekordna 293 milijuna tona i biti više 3,0 posto nego na početku sezone, ponajprije zbog rasta zaliha u Kini i očekivanog oporavka zaliha u EU i Ukrajini. U SAD-u i Rusiji zalihe bi na kraju sezone trebale biti veće nego na početku.
Trgovina pšenicom trebala bi se nakon rekordne 2020/2021. smanjiti 1,8 posto, na 185 milijuna tona, zbog naznaka smanjene kineske, marokanske i pakistanske nabave nakon velikog obujma uvoza u protekloj godini i dobrih izgleda za domaći urod.
