Skromni i jeftini svežanj kabela postao je zbog nestašice uzrokovane ratom u Ukrajini noćna mora automobilske industrije, zbog čega neki čak predviđaju ubrzani odlazak automobila na benzin i dizel u povijest i snažniji prodor električnih automobila na tržište.

Zalihe autodijelova, a posebno kabela, okopnjele su zbog rata u Ukrajini i otežane ili nikakve isporuke iz te zemlje koja je dom značajnog dijela svjetske proizvodnje, a ondje izrađeni kabeli ugrađuju se u stotine tisuća automobila.

Ti niskotehnološki dijelovi s niskom maržom - izrađeni od žice, plastike i gume i s puno jeftinog ručnog rada, možda nisu na glasu poput mikročipova i motora, ali automobili se bez njih ne mogu proizvoditi.

Njihov nedostatak mogao bi ubrzati planove automobilskih tvrtki da se prebace na novu generaciju lakših, strojno izrađenih kabela dizajniranih za električna vozila, a to bi na koncu moglo doći glave klasične automobile, kažu Reutersovi sugovornici iz automobilske industrije. Mnogi ocjenjuju da je to još jedan razlog više za industriju da ubrza prijelaz na električni pogon.

Benzinski i dizelski automobili još uvijek čine najveći dio prodaje novih automobila. Prodaja električnih automobila udvostručila se lani na četiri milijuna, ali oni prema podacima analitičke kuće JATO Dynamics još uvijek čine samo šest posto globalne prodaje vozila.

Izvršni direktor Nissana Makoto Uchida rekao je za Reuters da su poremećaji u opskrbnom lancu, poput ukrajinske krize, potaknuli tu tvrtku na razgovore s dobavljačima o odstupanju od dosadašnjeg modela proizvodnje kabela uz angažman jeftine radne snage.

No, proizvođači istovremeno premještaju proizvodnju kabela u druge zemlje s nižim troškovima. Tako je Mercedes-Benz uspio organizirati dopremu iz Meksika, a neki japanski dobavljači opskrbljuju se iz Maroka, dok drugi traže nove proizvodne linije u Tunisu, Poljskoj, Srbiji ili Rumunjskoj.

I do 5 kilometara kabela u vozilu

U klasičnim automobilima na benzin i dizel kabeli mogu biti ukupno dugi do pet kilometara, a povezuju sve - od grijača sjedala do prozora. Izrada im je radno intenzivna, a gotovo svaki model je jedinstven, pa je teško na brzinu osigurati alternativnu proizvodnju u slučaju njezina prestanka kod uhodanih dobavljača.

Poremećaji u opskrbi iz Ukrajine bili su grubo buđenje za automobilsku industriju. Proizvođači i dobavljači kažu da su početkom rata tamošnje tvornice ostale otvorene samo zahvaljujući odlučnosti radnika koji su održavali smanjenu proizvodnju suočeni s isključenjima struje, upozorenjima na zračne napade i policijskim satom.

Izvršni direktor Bentleyja Adrian Hallmark kaže da je taj britanski proizvođač luksuznih automobila isprva zbog nedostatka kabela strahovao od gubitka 30 do 40 posto svoje proizvodnje u 2022. godini.

"Ukrajinska kriza zaprijetila je potpunom zatvaranju naše tvornice na nekoliko mjeseci, mnogo duže nego zbog covida", rekao je Hallmark. Dodao je da je pronalaženje alternativnih izvora proizvodnje komplicirano jer se za Bentley u Ukrajini proizvodilo 10 raznih dijelova kod 10 dobavljača.

Dodao je da su problemi s opskrbom dodatno potaknuli ulaganja u razvoj jednostavnog kabelskog sklopa za električna vozila kojim će upravljati središnje računalo.

Nova generacija žičanih sklopova svezaka, prisutna u električnim modelima poput Tesle, može se izraditi na automatiziranim proizvodnim linijama. Ujedno su lakši, što je ključno za smanjenje težine vozila i povećanje dometa.

Mnogi menadžeri i stručnjaci s kojima je Reuters razgovarao kažu da automobili na fosilna goriva, koji se suočavaju s prijetećim zabranama u Europi i Kini, neće "poživjeti" dovoljno kako bi opravdali ulaganja u redizajn kabelskih sklopova.

"Trenutačno ne bih uložio ni peni u motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem", rekao je auto konzultant Sandy Munro iz Michigana, koji procjenjuje da će električna vozila činiti polovicu globalne prodaje novih automobila do 2028. godine.

Skromni i jeftini svežanj kabela postao je zbog nestašice uzrokovane ratom u Ukrajini noćna mora automobilske industrije, zbog čega neki čak predviđaju ubrzani odlazak automobila na benzin i dizel u povijest i snažniji prodor električnih automobila na tržište.

Zalihe autodijelova, a posebno kabela, okopnjele su zbog rata u Ukrajini i otežane ili nikakve isporuke iz te zemlje koja je dom značajnog dijela svjetske proizvodnje, a ondje izrađeni kabeli ugrađuju se u stotine tisuća automobila.

Ti niskotehnološki dijelovi s niskom maržom - izrađeni od žice, plastike i gume i s puno jeftinog ručnog rada, možda nisu na glasu poput mikročipova i motora, ali automobili se bez njih ne mogu proizvoditi.

Njihov nedostatak mogao bi ubrzati planove automobilskih tvrtki da se prebace na novu generaciju lakših, strojno izrađenih kabela dizajniranih za električna vozila, a to bi na koncu moglo doći glave klasične automobile, kažu Reutersovi sugovornici iz automobilske industrije. Mnogi ocjenjuju da je to još jedan razlog više za industriju da ubrza prijelaz na električni pogon.

Benzinski i dizelski automobili još uvijek čine najveći dio prodaje novih automobila. Prodaja električnih automobila udvostručila se lani na četiri milijuna, ali oni prema podacima analitičke kuće JATO Dynamics još uvijek čine samo šest posto globalne prodaje vozila.

Izvršni direktor Nissana Makoto Uchida rekao je za Reuters da su poremećaji u opskrbnom lancu, poput ukrajinske krize, potaknuli tu tvrtku na razgovore s dobavljačima o odstupanju od dosadašnjeg modela proizvodnje kabela uz angažman jeftine radne snage.

No, proizvođači istovremeno premještaju proizvodnju kabela u druge zemlje s nižim troškovima. Tako je Mercedes-Benz uspio organizirati dopremu iz Meksika, a neki japanski dobavljači opskrbljuju se iz Maroka, dok drugi traže nove proizvodne linije u Tunisu, Poljskoj, Srbiji ili Rumunjskoj.

I do 5 kilometara kabela u vozilu

U klasičnim automobilima na benzin i dizel kabeli mogu biti ukupno dugi do pet kilometara, a povezuju sve - od grijača sjedala do prozora. Izrada im je radno intenzivna, a gotovo svaki model je jedinstven, pa je teško na brzinu osigurati alternativnu proizvodnju u slučaju njezina prestanka kod uhodanih dobavljača.

Poremećaji u opskrbi iz Ukrajine bili su grubo buđenje za automobilsku industriju. Proizvođači i dobavljači kažu da su početkom rata tamošnje tvornice ostale otvorene samo zahvaljujući odlučnosti radnika koji su održavali smanjenu proizvodnju suočeni s isključenjima struje, upozorenjima na zračne napade i policijskim satom.

Izvršni direktor Bentleyja Adrian Hallmark kaže da je taj britanski proizvođač luksuznih automobila isprva zbog nedostatka kabela strahovao od gubitka 30 do 40 posto svoje proizvodnje u 2022. godini.

"Ukrajinska kriza zaprijetila je potpunom zatvaranju naše tvornice na nekoliko mjeseci, mnogo duže nego zbog covida", rekao je Hallmark. Dodao je da je pronalaženje alternativnih izvora proizvodnje komplicirano jer se za Bentley u Ukrajini proizvodilo 10 raznih dijelova kod 10 dobavljača.

Dodao je da su problemi s opskrbom dodatno potaknuli ulaganja u razvoj jednostavnog kabelskog sklopa za električna vozila kojim će upravljati središnje računalo.

Nova generacija žičanih sklopova svezaka, prisutna u električnim modelima poput Tesle, može se izraditi na automatiziranim proizvodnim linijama. Ujedno su lakši, što je ključno za smanjenje težine vozila i povećanje dometa.

Mnogi menadžeri i stručnjaci s kojima je Reuters razgovarao kažu da automobili na fosilna goriva, koji se suočavaju s prijetećim zabranama u Europi i Kini, neće "poživjeti" dovoljno kako bi opravdali ulaganja u redizajn kabelskih sklopova.

"Trenutačno ne bih uložio ni peni u motore s unutarnjim izgaranjem", rekao je auto konzultant Sandy Munro iz Michigana, koji procjenjuje da će električna vozila činiti polovicu globalne prodaje novih automobila do 2028. godine.

Autoindustrija na koljenima; benzinci i dizelaši idu u povijest?! Doznajemo radi čega se razmišlja o radikalnom zaokretu

Skromni i jeftini svežanj kabela postao je zbog nestašice uzrokovane ratom u Ukrajini noćna mora automobilske industrije, zbog čega neki čak predviđaju ubrzani odlazak automobila na benzin i dizel u povijest i snažniji prodor električnih automobila na tržište.

Zalihe autodijelova, a posebno kabela, okopnjele su zbog rata u Ukrajini i otežane ili nikakve isporuke iz te zemlje koja je dom značajnog dijela svjetske proizvodnje, a ondje izrađeni kabeli ugrađuju se u stotine tisuća automobila.

Ti niskotehnološki dijelovi s niskom maržom - izrađeni od žice, plastike i gume i s puno jeftinog ručnog rada, možda nisu na glasu poput mikročipova i motora, ali automobili se bez njih ne mogu proizvoditi.

Njihov nedostatak mogao bi ubrzati planove automobilskih tvrtki da se prebace...
