Osnovni sud u Đakovici, na Kosovu, odredio je jednomjesečni pritvor stomatologu čiji su inicijali DŽ. K. i jednomjesečni kućni pritvor njegovoj sestri H.K iz Mališeva nakon smrti pacijentice kojoj je vađen zub u privatnoj stomatološkoj ordinaciji u vlasništvu DŽ.K., javlja N1.

Sud je priopćio da se DŽ. K. sumnjiči da je počinio kaznena djela nesavjesnog liječenja i nedozvoljenog obavljanja liječničke djelatnosti, a njegova sestra H. K. osumnjičena je za neovlašteno obavljanje liječničke djelatnosti i posebne slučajeve krivotvorenja isprave.

Sud je odbio prijedlog Osnovnog tužiteljstva u Đakovici za određivanje pritvora okrivljenoj H. K., pa joj je određen jednomjesečni kućni pritvor zbog sumnje da je počinila dva kaznena djela, nedozvoljeno obavljanje liječničke djelatnosti i posebni slučajevi krivotvorenja dokumenata.

Optuženi DŽ. K. je u utorak, 22. kolovoza, u svojstvu stomatologa, prilikom vađenja zuba koristio neprimjerene metode liječenja L. Š. iz jednog sela u općini Mališevo, navodi se u priopćenju.

Pacijentica L. Š. je preminula u dvorištu liječničke ordinacije nakon vađenja zuba. Liječnici bolnice u Mališevu konstatirali su da je pacijentica preminula zbog primjene neodgovarajućih metoda i terapije koju je koristio okrivljenik prilikom vađenja zuba.

Njegova sestra H. K. osumnjičena je za pružanje liječničkih usluga bez odgovarajuće stručne spreme jer je završila krojačku školu.

Pregledom liječničke ordinacije, kod uhićene osobe pronađeno je 18 svjedodžbi i diploma ovjerenih krivotvorenim pečatima srednje medicinske škole i medicinskog fakulteta.

Osnovni sud u Đakovici, na Kosovu, odredio je jednomjesečni pritvor stomatologu čiji su inicijali DŽ. K. i jednomjesečni kućni pritvor njegovoj sestri H.K iz Mališeva nakon smrti pacijentice kojoj je vađen zub u privatnoj stomatološkoj ordinaciji u vlasništvu DŽ.K., javlja N1.

Sud je priopćio da se DŽ. K. sumnjiči da je počinio kaznena djela nesavjesnog liječenja i nedozvoljenog obavljanja liječničke djelatnosti, a njegova sestra H. K. osumnjičena je za neovlašteno obavljanje liječničke djelatnosti i posebne slučajeve krivotvorenja isprave.

Sud je odbio prijedlog Osnovnog tužiteljstva u Đakovici za određivanje pritvora okrivljenoj H. K., pa joj je određen jednomjesečni kućni pritvor zbog sumnje da je počinila dva kaznena djela, nedozvoljeno obavljanje liječničke djelatnosti i posebni slučajevi krivotvorenja dokumenata.

Optuženi DŽ. K. je u utorak, 22. kolovoza, u svojstvu stomatologa, prilikom vađenja zuba koristio neprimjerene metode liječenja L. Š. iz jednog sela u općini Mališevo, navodi se u priopćenju.

Pacijentica L. Š. je preminula u dvorištu liječničke ordinacije nakon vađenja zuba. Liječnici bolnice u Mališevu konstatirali su da je pacijentica preminula zbog primjene neodgovarajućih metoda i terapije koju je koristio okrivljenik prilikom vađenja zuba.

Njegova sestra H. K. osumnjičena je za pružanje liječničkih usluga bez odgovarajuće stručne spreme jer je završila krojačku školu.

Pregledom liječničke ordinacije, kod uhićene osobe pronađeno je 18 svjedodžbi i diploma ovjerenih krivotvorenim pečatima srednje medicinske škole i medicinskog fakulteta.

Žena preminula nakon vađenja zuba, uhićeni lažni zubar i njegova sestra: pretresom otkriveno da su lažirali dokumente

Osnovni sud u Đakovici, na Kosovu, odredio je jednomjesečni pritvor stomatologu čiji su inicijali DŽ. K. i jednomjesečni kućni pritvor njegovoj sestri H.K iz Mališeva nakon smrti pacijentice kojoj je vađen zub u privatnoj stomatološkoj ordinaciji u vlasništvu DŽ.K., javlja N1.

Sud je priopćio da se DŽ. K. sumnjiči da je počinio kaznena djela nesavjesnog liječenja i nedozvoljenog obavljanja liječničke djelatnosti, a njegova sestra H. K. osumnjičena je za neovlašteno obavljanje liječničke djelatnosti i posebne slučajeve krivotvorenja isprave.

Sud je odbio prijedlog Osnovnog tužiteljstva u Đakovici za određivanje pritvora okrivljenoj H. K., pa joj je određen jednomjesečni kućni pritvor zbog sumnje da je počinila dva kaznena djela, nedozvoljeno obavljanje liječničke djelatnosti i posebni slučajevi krivotvorenja dokumenata.

Optuženi DŽ. K. je u utorak, 22. kolovoza, u svojstvu stomatologa, prilikom vađenja zuba koristio neprimjerene metode liječenja L. Š. iz jednog sela u općini Mališevo, navodi se u priopćenju.

Pacijentica L. Š. je preminula u dvorištu liječničke ordinacije nakon vađenja zuba. Liječnici bolnice u Mališevu konstatirali su da je pacijentica preminula zbog primjene neodgovarajućih metoda i terapije koju je koristio okrivljenik prilikom vađenja zuba.

Njegova sestra H. K. osumnjičena je za pružanje liječničkih usluga bez odgovarajuće stručne spreme jer je završila krojačku školu.

Pregledom liječničke ordinacije, kod uhićene osobe pronađeno je 18 svjedodžbi i diploma ovjerenih krivotvorenim pečatima srednje medicinske škole i medicinskog fakulteta.
