Četiri balkanske države, Albanija, Crna Gora, Kosovo i Sjeverna Makedonija, u Skopju su osnovale novu političko-ekonomsko-sigurnosnu platformu "Zapadni Balkan KVAD (QUAD) - 100 posto usklađenosti s politikom EU", piše Jutarnji list. 

Odmah upada u oči da u novoj asocijaciji zemalja s balkanskog područja nema Srbije.

U Beogradu, ali i Moskvi, inicijativa je odmah proglašena "antisrpskom" i "pritiskom na Srbiju", ali i odgovorom na inicijativu Otvoreni Balkan, koja se često smatra instrumentom "srpskog utjecaja i dominacije" u regiji.

Stoga Crna Gora i Kosovo odbijaju biti dijelom te platforme, osmišljene u Bruxellesu kao neke europske "dude varalice" za zemlje zapadnog Balkana. No, ona je odmah proglašava inicijativom koja Srbiji, odnosno Aleksandru Vučiću omogućava širenje svojih apetita na to područje.

I dok su novu inicijativu pozdravili njegovi osnivači, ministar vanjskih poslova Sjeverne Makedonije Bujar Osmani, albanska ministrica vanjskih i europskih poslova Olta Xhaçka, kosovski ministar vanjskih poslova i dijaspore Kreshnik Ahmeti te vanjskopolitički savjetnik premijera Crne Gore Đorđe Radulović, srpska redakcija proputinovske režimske TV postaje Russia Today u tome vidi europsko "podmetanje Srbiji i Rusiji" i pokušaj političke izolacije Beograda.

Provučićevski režimski mediji u Srbiji odmah su napali dogovor četiriju država. "Srbija izopćena?! Zemlje regije formirale novi Zapadni Balkan bez Srbije! Plan skovali u Skoplju!", navodi se u prvim reakcijama, a u podtekstu se može zaključiti da neki smatraju kako bi ovo mogao biti i uvod ka "discipliniranju Srbije", ali i uvođenju sankcija protiv nje.

"Ovo je zajednica za NATO i protiv Rusije", piše pak ruska režimska agencija Sputnjik, navodeći da je osnovana samo zato da se "Kosovu omogući ulazak u NATO i brža eurointegracija".

Podsjetimo da su Albanija, Crna Gora i Sjeverna Makedonija već članice NATO-a i sve su kandidati za članstvo u EU.

Kako kažu osnivači nove platforme, ona je "osnovana radi pune usklađenosti zemlja grupe KVAD sa zajedničkom vanjskom i sigurnosnom politikom EU, u svjetlu nove geopolitičke realnosti, hibridnih prijetnji, energetske krize i ekonomskih posljedica izazvanih ruskom invazijom na Ukrajinu", stoji u priopćenju makedonskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova.

Sve četiri zemlje uvele su sankcije Rusiji, dok se Srbija protivi članstvu u NATO-u i odbija uvesti sankcije Rusiji, čime izaziva nezadovoljstvo u Bruxellesu i praktički je obustavljen njen daljnji pregovarački proces.

"Nakon agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu usklađivanje sa zajedničkom vanjskom i sigurnosnom politikom EU, ali i šire s pozicijama i vrijednostima demokratskog svijeta, pretvorilo se u jedan od prioriteta zemalja koje teže članstvu u EU. To je i jasna poruka gdje ove zemlje pripadaju", rekao je Bujar Osmani, prenose makedonski mediji.

Sa sastanka je poručeno kako su se ove četiri zemlje "pokazale kao pouzdani partneri NATO-a i EU kroz usuglašavanje s režimom sankcija EU i SAD-a, ali i kroz konkretnu humanitarnu i drugu tehničku pomoć Ukrajini".

No, srpski Sputnjik već dovodi u pitanje "legitimitet platforme", koju naziva "zadrugom triju balkanskih zemalja i jednog srpskog teritorija".

Navodi da se radi o "parasavezu" koji je usmjeren na politički i teritorijalni suverenitet Srbije. U svakom slučaju, nova platforma je veliki udarac za ambicije Vučića, ali očito i poruka ne samo regije, kojoj je dosta Vučićevih prijetnji i politike "srpskog sveta", nego i Bruxellesa i Washingtona, koji se oslanjaju na ove zemlje na području Balkana te iskazuju svoju privrženost Europi.

Svakako je i poruka da je Otvoreni Balkan zapravo već umro, ali to još ne zna, te da Srbija, ako želi biti dio Europe, mora svoju politiku uskladiti s briselskom, a ne sjediti na dvije stolice, odugovlačiti s time, izbjegavati uvođenje sankcija Rusiji i biti zapravo jedini saveznik Putinu u njegovoj ratnoj avanturi.

Četiri balkanske države, Albanija, Crna Gora, Kosovo i Sjeverna Makedonija, u Skopju su osnovale novu političko-ekonomsko-sigurnosnu platformu "Zapadni Balkan KVAD (QUAD) - 100 posto usklađenosti s politikom EU", piše Jutarnji list. 

Odmah upada u oči da u novoj asocijaciji zemalja s balkanskog područja nema Srbije.

U Beogradu, ali i Moskvi, inicijativa je odmah proglašena "antisrpskom" i "pritiskom na Srbiju", ali i odgovorom na inicijativu Otvoreni Balkan, koja se često smatra instrumentom "srpskog utjecaja i dominacije" u regiji.

Stoga Crna Gora i Kosovo odbijaju biti dijelom te platforme, osmišljene u Bruxellesu kao neke europske "dude varalice" za zemlje zapadnog Balkana. No, ona je odmah proglašava inicijativom koja Srbiji, odnosno Aleksandru Vučiću omogućava širenje svojih apetita na to područje.

I dok su novu inicijativu pozdravili njegovi osnivači, ministar vanjskih poslova Sjeverne Makedonije Bujar Osmani, albanska ministrica vanjskih i europskih poslova Olta Xhaçka, kosovski ministar vanjskih poslova i dijaspore Kreshnik Ahmeti te vanjskopolitički savjetnik premijera Crne Gore Đorđe Radulović, srpska redakcija proputinovske režimske TV postaje Russia Today u tome vidi europsko "podmetanje Srbiji i Rusiji" i pokušaj političke izolacije Beograda.

Provučićevski režimski mediji u Srbiji odmah su napali dogovor četiriju država. "Srbija izopćena?! Zemlje regije formirale novi Zapadni Balkan bez Srbije! Plan skovali u Skoplju!", navodi se u prvim reakcijama, a u podtekstu se može zaključiti da neki smatraju kako bi ovo mogao biti i uvod ka "discipliniranju Srbije", ali i uvođenju sankcija protiv nje.

"Ovo je zajednica za NATO i protiv Rusije", piše pak ruska režimska agencija Sputnjik, navodeći da je osnovana samo zato da se "Kosovu omogući ulazak u NATO i brža eurointegracija".

Podsjetimo da su Albanija, Crna Gora i Sjeverna Makedonija već članice NATO-a i sve su kandidati za članstvo u EU.

Kako kažu osnivači nove platforme, ona je "osnovana radi pune usklađenosti zemlja grupe KVAD sa zajedničkom vanjskom i sigurnosnom politikom EU, u svjetlu nove geopolitičke realnosti, hibridnih prijetnji, energetske krize i ekonomskih posljedica izazvanih ruskom invazijom na Ukrajinu", stoji u priopćenju makedonskog ministarstva vanjskih poslova.

Sve četiri zemlje uvele su sankcije Rusiji, dok se Srbija protivi članstvu u NATO-u i odbija uvesti sankcije Rusiji, čime izaziva nezadovoljstvo u Bruxellesu i praktički je obustavljen njen daljnji pregovarački proces.

"Nakon agresije Rusije na Ukrajinu usklađivanje sa zajedničkom vanjskom i sigurnosnom politikom EU, ali i šire s pozicijama i vrijednostima demokratskog svijeta, pretvorilo se u jedan od prioriteta zemalja koje teže članstvu u EU. To je i jasna poruka gdje ove zemlje pripadaju", rekao je Bujar Osmani, prenose makedonski mediji.

Sa sastanka je poručeno kako su se ove četiri zemlje "pokazale kao pouzdani partneri NATO-a i EU kroz usuglašavanje s režimom sankcija EU i SAD-a, ali i kroz konkretnu humanitarnu i drugu tehničku pomoć Ukrajini".

No, srpski Sputnjik već dovodi u pitanje "legitimitet platforme", koju naziva "zadrugom triju balkanskih zemalja i jednog srpskog teritorija".

Navodi da se radi o "parasavezu" koji je usmjeren na politički i teritorijalni suverenitet Srbije. U svakom slučaju, nova platforma je veliki udarac za ambicije Vučića, ali očito i poruka ne samo regije, kojoj je dosta Vučićevih prijetnji i politike "srpskog sveta", nego i Bruxellesa i Washingtona, koji se oslanjaju na ove zemlje na području Balkana te iskazuju svoju privrženost Europi.

Svakako je i poruka da je Otvoreni Balkan zapravo već umro, ali to još ne zna, te da Srbija, ako želi biti dio Europe, mora svoju politiku uskladiti s briselskom, a ne sjediti na dvije stolice, odugovlačiti s time, izbjegavati uvođenje sankcija Rusiji i biti zapravo jedini saveznik Putinu u njegovoj ratnoj avanturi.

Četiri balkanske države, Albanija, Crna Gora, Kosovo i Sjeverna Makedonija, u Skopju su osnovale novu političko-ekonomsko-sigurnosnu platformu "Zapadni Balkan KVAD (QUAD) - 100 posto usklađenosti s politikom EU", piše Jutarnji list. 

Odmah upada u oči da u novoj asocijaciji zemalja s balkanskog područja nema Srbije.

U Beogradu, ali i Moskvi, inicijativa je odmah proglašena "antisrpskom" i "pritiskom na Srbiju", ali i odgovorom na inicijativu Otvoreni Balkan, koja se često smatra instrumentom "srpskog utjecaja i dominacije" u regiji.
