Ovaj iznos optuženi je dužan platiti u roku od petnaest dana od dana pravomoćnosti presude. U presudi se, između ostalog, navodi kako je osuđeni u vremenu od 23. prosinca 2004. godine, do 23. ožujka 2005., kao odgovorna osoba «Kampinga», i kao porezni obveznik, robu nabavljenu od dobavljača ukupne vrijednosti 453.768,00 KM za gotovinu prodao kupcima u maloprodaji. Taj promet nije obračunao, prijavio, niti platio porez.
Kako bi to prikrio, navodi se u optužnici, na osnovu bjanko ovjerenih narudžbenica i izjava kako roba služi za daljnju prodaju pravnim licima “Tadžeks” d.o.o. Trebinje, “Suiping” d.o.o. Brčko Distrikt, “San Commerce” d.o.o. Sarajevo, “Čola-Prom” d.o.o. Laktaši, kroz svoje je knjigovodstvo napravio fiktivne račune i otpremnice. Optuženi je na taj način lažno prikazao kako je robu prodao i isporučio navedenim pravnim licima, kako bi se stvorio privid da takva prodaja ispunjava zakonom propisane uvjete za oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na promet.
otov novac koji je primio od kupaca u maloprodaji žiralno je prikazao u platnom prometu tvrtke u skladu s fiktivno napravljenom dokumentacijom, a novac je u gotovini, izravno ili putem posrednika predavao vlasnicima “San Commerce” d.o.o. Sarajevo, “Suiping” d.o.o. Brčko Distrikt, “Čola-Prom” d.o.o. Laktaši i “Tadžeks” d.o.o. Trebinje, zbog polaganja ovog novca na njihove račune i istovremeno prebacivanje tog novca na račun “Kamping” d.o.o. Posušje izbjegavši tako plaćanje poreza na promet u ukupnom iznosu od 90.753,60 KM, priopćili su iz Suda BiH.

Ovaj iznos optuženi je dužan platiti u roku od petnaest dana od dana pravomoćnosti presude. U presudi se, između ostalog, navodi kako je osuđeni u vremenu od 23. prosinca 2004. godine, do 23. ožujka 2005., kao odgovorna osoba «Kampinga», i kao porezni obveznik, robu nabavljenu od dobavljača ukupne vrijednosti 453.768,00 KM za gotovinu prodao kupcima u maloprodaji. Taj promet nije obračunao, prijavio, niti platio porez.
Kako bi to prikrio, navodi se u optužnici, na osnovu bjanko ovjerenih narudžbenica i izjava kako roba služi za daljnju prodaju pravnim licima “Tadžeks” d.o.o. Trebinje, “Suiping” d.o.o. Brčko Distrikt, “San Commerce” d.o.o. Sarajevo, “Čola-Prom” d.o.o. Laktaši, kroz svoje je knjigovodstvo napravio fiktivne račune i otpremnice. Optuženi je na taj način lažno prikazao kako je robu prodao i isporučio navedenim pravnim licima, kako bi se stvorio privid da takva prodaja ispunjava zakonom propisane uvjete za oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na promet.
otov novac koji je primio od kupaca u maloprodaji žiralno je prikazao u platnom prometu tvrtke u skladu s fiktivno napravljenom dokumentacijom, a novac je u gotovini, izravno ili putem posrednika predavao vlasnicima “San Commerce” d.o.o. Sarajevo, “Suiping” d.o.o. Brčko Distrikt, “Čola-Prom” d.o.o. Laktaši i “Tadžeks” d.o.o. Trebinje, zbog polaganja ovog novca na njihove račune i istovremeno prebacivanje tog novca na račun “Kamping” d.o.o. Posušje izbjegavši tako plaćanje poreza na promet u ukupnom iznosu od 90.753,60 KM, priopćili su iz Suda BiH.
