Bivša britanska manekenka Tamara Ecclestone optužila je Srbiju da ne želi Velikoj Britaniji izručiti Daniela Vukovića, glavnog osumnjičenog za pljačku njezina doma u Londonu, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Tijekom jedne od najvećih pljački u toj zemlji, banda koju je prema sumnjama predvodio upravo Vuković ukrala je od bivše manekenke nakit u vrijednosti od 30 milijuna eura. U odgovoru na pitanje portala Nova.rs, Viši sud u Beogradu otkrio je zašto osumnjičeni nikad nije izručen Velikoj Britaniji.

Pored Daniela Vukovića, koji koristi i identitet Ljubomir Romanov, u pljački su sudjelovali Jugoslav Jovanović (24), Alessandro Maltese (45) i Alessandro Donati (44) - svi članovi međunarodne pljačkaške bande. Policija u Londonu vjeruje kako je ista ta grupa izvršila slične zločine nad žrtvama visokog profila diljem Europe, a planirali su počiniti daljnje provale u kuće bogataša u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, između ostalih u dom bivšeg nogometaša i trenera engleskog kluba Everton, Franka Lamparda.

Podsjetimo, u ekskluzivnom razgovoru za Jutarnji list Tamara Ecclestone je istaknula kako ima informacije da se Vuković nalazi u Srbiji, ali da je zahtjev za izručenje odbijen.

- Imamo informacije da je u Srbiji, ali njihove vlasti odbijaju ga izručiti, iako imaju jasne dokaze da je on ne samo jedan od ljudi koji su ušli u moju kuću i ukrali moje stvari, već i da je glavni mozak cijele provale - rekla je Tamara i dodala kako je zadnjih dana primila korisne informacije, ali ne može o tome govoriti jer policija radi na tome.

Zašto osumnjičeni nije izručen

Portal Nova.rs kontaktirao je Viši sud u Beogradu povodom tvrdnji Tamare Ecclestone, gdje su im potvrdili da je zahtjev za izručenje iz Londona stigao, ali ne postoje uvjeti da se taj zahtjev ispuni.

Naime, kazneno izvanraspravno vijeće Višeg suda u Beogradu 15. srpnja 2021. godine donijelo je rješenje kojim se utvrđuje da nisu ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za izručenje pravosudnim organima Velike Britanije, osobe R. LJ. (Romanov Ljubomir, jedan od pseudonima Daniela Vukovića) zbog vođenja kaznenog postupka pred Kaznenim sudom Westminster i Croydon.

Stoga je zahtjev za izručenje odbijen, jer je utvrđeno da je osoba čije se izručenje traži državljanin Republike Srbije. Prema Zakonu o međunarodnoj pravnoj pomoći, kao i Europskoj konvenciji o ekstradiciji, zemlja može odbiti izručenje svoga državljanina, što je predviđeno i ugovorom koji je sklopljen između Velike Britanije i Srbije. Ovo rješenje potvrđeno je od strane Žalbenog suda u Beogradu 13. listopada 2021.godine.

Na snimkama sa sigurnosnih kamera u koje je policija imala uvid vidi se kako pljačkaši bježe kroz dvorište vile koja se nalazi u Kensington Palace Gardensu, najskupljoj ulici na svijetu. Nakon izlaska iz dvorišta, oni ulaze u crni džip koji ih odvozi s lokacije.

Svi koji su sudjelovali u pljački, osim Vukovića, uhićeni su i osuđeni na različite kazne zatvora. Jovanović je kažnjen s devet godina zatvora za pljačku s predumišljajem i dvije godine zbog pranja novca, odlučio je Kraljevski sud Isleworth.

Donati (45) i Malteze (44) osuđeni su na po osam godina i devet mjeseci za pljačku s predumišljajem.

Ecclestone je nedavno ponudila nagradu od sedam milijuna eura za informacije o nakitu koji joj je ukraden. Uz to, onome tko joj otkrije informacije o samom Vukoviću, obećala je 300.000 eura.

Bivša britanska manekenka Tamara Ecclestone optužila je Srbiju da ne želi Velikoj Britaniji izručiti Daniela Vukovića, glavnog osumnjičenog za pljačku njezina doma u Londonu, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Tijekom jedne od najvećih pljački u toj zemlji, banda koju je prema sumnjama predvodio upravo Vuković ukrala je od bivše manekenke nakit u vrijednosti od 30 milijuna eura. U odgovoru na pitanje portala Nova.rs, Viši sud u Beogradu otkrio je zašto osumnjičeni nikad nije izručen Velikoj Britaniji.

Pored Daniela Vukovića, koji koristi i identitet Ljubomir Romanov, u pljački su sudjelovali Jugoslav Jovanović (24), Alessandro Maltese (45) i Alessandro Donati (44) - svi članovi međunarodne pljačkaške bande. Policija u Londonu vjeruje kako je ista ta grupa izvršila slične zločine nad žrtvama visokog profila diljem Europe, a planirali su počiniti daljnje provale u kuće bogataša u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, između ostalih u dom bivšeg nogometaša i trenera engleskog kluba Everton, Franka Lamparda.

Podsjetimo, u ekskluzivnom razgovoru za Jutarnji list Tamara Ecclestone je istaknula kako ima informacije da se Vuković nalazi u Srbiji, ali da je zahtjev za izručenje odbijen.

- Imamo informacije da je u Srbiji, ali njihove vlasti odbijaju ga izručiti, iako imaju jasne dokaze da je on ne samo jedan od ljudi koji su ušli u moju kuću i ukrali moje stvari, već i da je glavni mozak cijele provale - rekla je Tamara i dodala kako je zadnjih dana primila korisne informacije, ali ne može o tome govoriti jer policija radi na tome.

Zašto osumnjičeni nije izručen

Portal Nova.rs kontaktirao je Viši sud u Beogradu povodom tvrdnji Tamare Ecclestone, gdje su im potvrdili da je zahtjev za izručenje iz Londona stigao, ali ne postoje uvjeti da se taj zahtjev ispuni.

Naime, kazneno izvanraspravno vijeće Višeg suda u Beogradu 15. srpnja 2021. godine donijelo je rješenje kojim se utvrđuje da nisu ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za izručenje pravosudnim organima Velike Britanije, osobe R. LJ. (Romanov Ljubomir, jedan od pseudonima Daniela Vukovića) zbog vođenja kaznenog postupka pred Kaznenim sudom Westminster i Croydon.

Stoga je zahtjev za izručenje odbijen, jer je utvrđeno da je osoba čije se izručenje traži državljanin Republike Srbije. Prema Zakonu o međunarodnoj pravnoj pomoći, kao i Europskoj konvenciji o ekstradiciji, zemlja može odbiti izručenje svoga državljanina, što je predviđeno i ugovorom koji je sklopljen između Velike Britanije i Srbije. Ovo rješenje potvrđeno je od strane Žalbenog suda u Beogradu 13. listopada 2021.godine.

Na snimkama sa sigurnosnih kamera u koje je policija imala uvid vidi se kako pljačkaši bježe kroz dvorište vile koja se nalazi u Kensington Palace Gardensu, najskupljoj ulici na svijetu. Nakon izlaska iz dvorišta, oni ulaze u crni džip koji ih odvozi s lokacije.

Svi koji su sudjelovali u pljački, osim Vukovića, uhićeni su i osuđeni na različite kazne zatvora. Jovanović je kažnjen s devet godina zatvora za pljačku s predumišljajem i dvije godine zbog pranja novca, odlučio je Kraljevski sud Isleworth.

Donati (45) i Malteze (44) osuđeni su na po osam godina i devet mjeseci za pljačku s predumišljajem.

Ecclestone je nedavno ponudila nagradu od sedam milijuna eura za informacije o nakitu koji joj je ukraden. Uz to, onome tko joj otkrije informacije o samom Vukoviću, obećala je 300.000 eura.
