Više od 50 milijuna eura godišnje zaradi se krijumčarenjem migranata na zapadnom Balkanu, navedeno je u izvješću Globalne inicijative protiv transnacionalnog organiziranog kriminala. Navedena nevladina organizacija analizirala je kretanje ljudi, droge i novca u izvješću "Aktualne cijene: Analiza tokova ljudi, droge i novca na zapadnom Balkanu".

Srbija je u izvješću označena kao važno odredište za azilante i migrante, jer graniči s četiri zemlje EU-a: Hrvatskom, Mađarskom, Rumunjskom i Bugarskom. Krijumčarenje se stoga nastavlja bez obzira na nebrojene pokušaje da se zatvori "balkanska ruta".

Izvješće navodi da je srbijanska policija otkrila nekoliko tunela, dubokih od tri do sedam metara i dugačkih do 30 metara, ispod žičane ograde duž srpsko-mađarske granice u blizina gradova Segedina, Ašothaloma i Kelebije.

Tuneli se smatraju relativno rizičnima zbog mogućnosti uhićenja ili opasnosti od njihova urušavanja, a cijene krijumčarenja kreću se od 500 do 5000 eura. Iako je ilegalna zarada od šverca ljudi manja nego tijekom kriznog razdoblja 2015. godine, i dalje postoji velika potražnja za krijumčarenjem migranata u regiji.

Glas Amerike

Globalna inicijativa je međunarodna mreža angažirana u borbi protiv stjecanja nezakonite ekonomske dobiti i kriminala, a dijelove njezina izvješća objavili su beogradski mediji pozivajući se na Glas Amerike. U izvješću stoji da je, prema podacima Visokog povjerenstva UN-a za izbjeglice (UNHCR), tijekom 2019. godine u Srbiju ušlo 30.216 migranata, gotovo dvostruko više nego godinu prije.

Također se navode podaci srbijanskog Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova po kojima je 2020. godine više od 8500 migranata zaustavljeno pri pokušaju ilegalnog prelaska srbijanske granice. Registrirano je i da većina tražitelja azila i migranata koji pokušavaju ući u Srbiju dolaze s područja Sjeverne Makedonije. Granicu prelaze u blizini Preševa i Trgovišta, na jugu Srbije.

Obitelji se obično upućuju u prihvatne centre u Vranju, Preševu i Bujanovcu, dok samci često nastavljaju putovanje prema Beogradu. Korištenjem mapa i analiza identificiraju se ključne ulazne i izlazne točke za krijumčarenje migranata kroz šest zemalja zapadnog Balkana te lokacije koje djeluju kao čvorišta za trgovinu drogom.

U priopćenju Globalne inicijative ističe se kako pandemija COVID-a 19 nije značajno poremetila nedopuštene pravce ilegalnih prelazaka granica. Drugi pravci ulaska migranata u Srbiju su s Kosova i iz Crne Gore, dok iz Srbije u Bugarsku prelaze u blizini gradova Bosilegrada, Surdulice, Dimitrovgrada i Zaječara. Nakon ulaska u Srbiju migranti se krijumčare u tri smjera, na sjever prema granici s Mađarskom, zapadno prema BiH te preko Save ili Drine u Republiku Srpsku, dok je na sjeverozapadnoj ruti cilj Hrvatska, poglavito preko Šida ili Sombora.

Kako bi ove informacije učinili korisnijima, za ovo izvješće posebno su izrađeni brojni zemljovidi i grafike. Sve rute i pravci prikazani su u detaljnim mapama koje su priložene izvješću i u kojima su obilježene "hotspots".

Teže preko Mađarske

Mađarska je nekada bila preferirana destinacija, no pooštravanje granične sigurnosti od 2016. godine otežava ulazak u zemlju pa pojedini migranti pokušavaju prijeći Dunav kako bi stigli do Mađarske, ili idu na istok prema Rumunjskoj, pokušavajući iz nje prijeći u Mađarsku.

Ovo izvješće sadrži mnoštvo informacija koje su prikupljene (unatoč pandemiji COVID-19) terenskim istraživanjima i intervjuima provedenim sa sadašnjim i bivšim policijskim službenicima, istraživačkim novinarima, istraživačima, lokalnim dužnosnicima, kao i migrantima, korisnicima droga i predstavnicima civilnog društva na žarištima, navedeno je na internetskoj stranici Globalne inicijative.

Također se oslanja na sekundarne izvore i službene vladine informacije. U organizaciji se nadaju da ovo izvješće može dovesti do boljeg razumijevanja ilegalnih ekonomija na zapadnom Balkanu kako bi se poduzele učinkovitije mjere za smanjenje poticaja i profita od organiziranog kriminala.

Više od 50 milijuna eura godišnje zaradi se krijumčarenjem migranata na zapadnom Balkanu, navedeno je u izvješću Globalne inicijative protiv transnacionalnog organiziranog kriminala. Navedena nevladina organizacija analizirala je kretanje ljudi, droge i novca u izvješću "Aktualne cijene: Analiza tokova ljudi, droge i novca na zapadnom Balkanu".

Srbija je u izvješću označena kao važno odredište za azilante i migrante, jer graniči s četiri zemlje EU-a: Hrvatskom, Mađarskom, Rumunjskom i Bugarskom. Krijumčarenje se stoga nastavlja bez obzira na nebrojene pokušaje da se zatvori "balkanska ruta".

Izvješće navodi da je srbijanska policija otkrila nekoliko tunela, dubokih od tri do sedam metara i dugačkih do 30 metara, ispod žičane ograde duž srpsko-mađarske granice u blizina gradova Segedina, Ašothaloma i Kelebije.

Tuneli se smatraju relativno rizičnima zbog mogućnosti uhićenja ili opasnosti od njihova urušavanja, a cijene krijumčarenja kreću se od 500 do 5000 eura. Iako je ilegalna zarada od šverca ljudi manja nego tijekom kriznog razdoblja 2015. godine, i dalje postoji velika potražnja za krijumčarenjem migranata u regiji.

Glas Amerike

Globalna inicijativa je međunarodna mreža angažirana u borbi protiv stjecanja nezakonite ekonomske dobiti i kriminala, a dijelove njezina izvješća objavili su beogradski mediji pozivajući se na Glas Amerike. U izvješću stoji da je, prema podacima Visokog povjerenstva UN-a za izbjeglice (UNHCR), tijekom 2019. godine u Srbiju ušlo 30.216 migranata, gotovo dvostruko više nego godinu prije.

Također se navode podaci srbijanskog Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova po kojima je 2020. godine više od 8500 migranata zaustavljeno pri pokušaju ilegalnog prelaska srbijanske granice. Registrirano je i da većina tražitelja azila i migranata koji pokušavaju ući u Srbiju dolaze s područja Sjeverne Makedonije. Granicu prelaze u blizini Preševa i Trgovišta, na jugu Srbije.

Obitelji se obično upućuju u prihvatne centre u Vranju, Preševu i Bujanovcu, dok samci često nastavljaju putovanje prema Beogradu. Korištenjem mapa i analiza identificiraju se ključne ulazne i izlazne točke za krijumčarenje migranata kroz šest zemalja zapadnog Balkana te lokacije koje djeluju kao čvorišta za trgovinu drogom.

U priopćenju Globalne inicijative ističe se kako pandemija COVID-a 19 nije značajno poremetila nedopuštene pravce ilegalnih prelazaka granica. Drugi pravci ulaska migranata u Srbiju su s Kosova i iz Crne Gore, dok iz Srbije u Bugarsku prelaze u blizini gradova Bosilegrada, Surdulice, Dimitrovgrada i Zaječara. Nakon ulaska u Srbiju migranti se krijumčare u tri smjera, na sjever prema granici s Mađarskom, zapadno prema BiH te preko Save ili Drine u Republiku Srpsku, dok je na sjeverozapadnoj ruti cilj Hrvatska, poglavito preko Šida ili Sombora.

Kako bi ove informacije učinili korisnijima, za ovo izvješće posebno su izrađeni brojni zemljovidi i grafike. Sve rute i pravci prikazani su u detaljnim mapama koje su priložene izvješću i u kojima su obilježene "hotspots".

Teže preko Mađarske

Mađarska je nekada bila preferirana destinacija, no pooštravanje granične sigurnosti od 2016. godine otežava ulazak u zemlju pa pojedini migranti pokušavaju prijeći Dunav kako bi stigli do Mađarske, ili idu na istok prema Rumunjskoj, pokušavajući iz nje prijeći u Mađarsku.

Ovo izvješće sadrži mnoštvo informacija koje su prikupljene (unatoč pandemiji COVID-19) terenskim istraživanjima i intervjuima provedenim sa sadašnjim i bivšim policijskim službenicima, istraživačkim novinarima, istraživačima, lokalnim dužnosnicima, kao i migrantima, korisnicima droga i predstavnicima civilnog društva na žarištima, navedeno je na internetskoj stranici Globalne inicijative.

Također se oslanja na sekundarne izvore i službene vladine informacije. U organizaciji se nadaju da ovo izvješće može dovesti do boljeg razumijevanja ilegalnih ekonomija na zapadnom Balkanu kako bi se poduzele učinkovitije mjere za smanjenje poticaja i profita od organiziranog kriminala.
