Vanja Subašić, viša medicinska sestra Univerzitetski Klinički Centar Tuzla-a, objavila je video u kojem apelira na pomoć ženi koja leži u bolnici, ali i ukazala na situaciju u zdravstvenoj ustanovi u kojoj radi.

Kako je kazala za BUKU, apel je prvenstveno bio da se prikupe lijekovi potrebni za liječenje žene koja je teško bolesna.

"Uvijek ću se boriti za prave vrijednosti i istinu, čak i ako sutra dobijem otkaz. Ogorčena sam i ljuta na kliniku i upravu. Radim ovdje 30 godina i goreg menadžmenta nije bilo", Vanja rekla je u videu koji je objavila na svojoj Facebook stranici.

Nadalje je rekla da njezina prijateljica leži u klinici i da je ona teška onkološka bolesnica.

"Ona je u teškom stanju jer nema lijekova. Dobila sam spisak lijekova koje moram nabaviti– ja ili njena obitelj, a koji koštaju preko 300 KM i to samo za dan dva…- navela je ona i dodala da za ležanje u bolnici teški pacijenti moraju imati po nekoliko tisuća maraka kako bi nabavili lijekove koji su im potrebni za liječenje. Ovo je strašno, kako da se žena oporavi. U teškom je stanju a mora razmišljati o tome kako da nabavi lijekove. Kažu da će refundirati! Ovo je strašno, neću se ružno izražavati, ali ovo rukovodstvo i ovaj sistem ne zaslužuju lijepe riječi", rekla je Vanja Subašić.

Mirko Šerbedžija, predsjednik Sindikata medicinskih sestara i tehničara Republike Srpske, komentirao je video.

„Sigurno je da ima problema. I jučer su izrečene vrlo opasne riječi. Nadležna tijela moraju riješiti ovo pitanje. Ne bi trebalo ispasti da ja branim UKC, ali moramo znati da iza nabavke lijekova stoje Fond RS, Ministarstvo zdravlja i Vlada RS. I ovoga puta apeliram na njih da nađu način i osiguraju sredstva za rad zdravstvenih radnika. Bojim se da nam se nakon ovakvih izjava ucrtala meta na čelo”, kazao je Šerbedžija za BUKU.

Vanja Subašić, viša medicinska sestra Univerzitetski Klinički Centar Tuzla-a, objavila je video u kojem apelira na pomoć ženi koja leži u bolnici, ali i ukazala na situaciju u zdravstvenoj ustanovi u kojoj radi.

Kako je kazala za BUKU, apel je prvenstveno bio da se prikupe lijekovi potrebni za liječenje žene koja je teško bolesna.

"Uvijek ću se boriti za prave vrijednosti i istinu, čak i ako sutra dobijem otkaz. Ogorčena sam i ljuta na kliniku i upravu. Radim ovdje 30 godina i goreg menadžmenta nije bilo", Vanja rekla je u videu koji je objavila na svojoj Facebook stranici.

Nadalje je rekla da njezina prijateljica leži u klinici i da je ona teška onkološka bolesnica.

"Ona je u teškom stanju jer nema lijekova. Dobila sam spisak lijekova koje moram nabaviti– ja ili njena obitelj, a koji koštaju preko 300 KM i to samo za dan dva…- navela je ona i dodala da za ležanje u bolnici teški pacijenti moraju imati po nekoliko tisuća maraka kako bi nabavili lijekove koji su im potrebni za liječenje. Ovo je strašno, kako da se žena oporavi. U teškom je stanju a mora razmišljati o tome kako da nabavi lijekove. Kažu da će refundirati! Ovo je strašno, neću se ružno izražavati, ali ovo rukovodstvo i ovaj sistem ne zaslužuju lijepe riječi", rekla je Vanja Subašić.

Mirko Šerbedžija, predsjednik Sindikata medicinskih sestara i tehničara Republike Srpske, komentirao je video.

„Sigurno je da ima problema. I jučer su izrečene vrlo opasne riječi. Nadležna tijela moraju riješiti ovo pitanje. Ne bi trebalo ispasti da ja branim UKC, ali moramo znati da iza nabavke lijekova stoje Fond RS, Ministarstvo zdravlja i Vlada RS. I ovoga puta apeliram na njih da nađu način i osiguraju sredstva za rad zdravstvenih radnika. Bojim se da nam se nakon ovakvih izjava ucrtala meta na čelo”, kazao je Šerbedžija za BUKU.

Vanja Subašić, viša medicinska sestra Univerzitetski Klinički Centar Tuzla-a, objavila je video u kojem apelira na pomoć ženi koja leži u bolnici, ali i ukazala na situaciju u zdravstvenoj ustanovi u kojoj radi.

Kako je kazala za BUKU, apel je prvenstveno bio da se prikupe lijekovi potrebni za liječenje žene koja je teško bolesna.

"Uvijek ću se boriti za prave vrijednosti i istinu, čak i ako sutra dobijem otkaz. Ogorčena sam i ljuta na kliniku i upravu. Radim ovdje 30 godina i goreg menadžmenta nije bilo", Vanja rekla je u videu koji je objavila na svojoj Facebook stranici.

Nadalje je rekla da njezina prijateljica leži u klinici i da je ona teška onkološka bolesnica.

"Ona je u teškom stanju jer nema lijekova. Dobila sam spisak lijekova koje moram nabaviti– ja ili njena obit...
