Najskuplji stan u Republici Srpskoj tijekom prošle godine kupljen je u Banjoj Luci, a vlasnik je za takav stan od 171 metra kvadratnog s garažom i ostavom izdvojio vrtoglavih 379.611,65 KM (oko 195.000 EUR).

Podaci su to Republičke uprave za geodetske i imovinsko-pravne poslove RS za prethodnu godinu o cijenama prometovanih nekretnina u RS, pišu Nezavisne novine.

Cijena najskuplje prometovane kuće u RS prošle godine iznosila je 850.000 KM (435.000 EUR), također u Banjoj Luci, korisna površina kuće iznosi 142,4 metra kvadratna, a površina zemljišta uz objekt 291 kvadratni metar i izgrađena je 1980. godina, kažu u RUGIPP-u.

Ističu da je cijena najskupljeg kvadrata stana u RS u prošloj godini iznosila je 5.113,9 KM (oko 2600 EUR), te da je pitanju stan površine 43,486 kvadrata, a nalazi se na Jahorini.

Najviša cijena građevinskog zemljišta u Republici Srpskoj evidentirana je u Trebinju i iznosila je 3.892.000 KM za zemljište površine 9.910 metara kvadratnih, pojasnili su iz RUGIPP-u.

Dragan Stanković, v.d. direktora RUGIPP-a, kazao je za Nezavisne novine da je lani u Registru cijena nekretnina RS registriran 14.771 kupoprodajni ugovor, u kojima je prometovano ukupno 30.258 nekretnina.

Ukupna ostvarena cijena u tim ugovorima iznosi 895.381.077 KM, rekao je Stanković.

RUGIPP od početka 2017. godine na teritoriju cijele RS evidentira sve kupoprodajne ugovore na osnovu kojih se vrši promet i knjiženje nekretnina.

Evidentirani podaci iz kupoprodajnih ugovora koji se odnose na cijenu, površinu i vrstu nekretnine od 29. studenog 2017. godine javno su dostupni na službenoj web stranici Uprave.

Sa stanovišta Registra cijena nepokretnosti, lani je zabilježen rast broja kupoprodajnih ugovora za oko 20 posto i rast ugovorenih cijena od oko 50 posto, a povećan je i broj zainteresiranih lica za izvještaje i podatke Registra cijena nekretnina, čime su prepoznati rezultati, uloga i značaj evidencije, kazao je Stanković.

Dragan Milanović, direktor Agencije “Remax” Banjaluka, kazao je za Nezavisne novine da se radi o realnim cijenama po kojima su nekretnine prošle godine prodate.

Ta cijena koja je bila prošle godine, kada gledamo iz ovog kuta, ispada povoljna i sigurno je da ćemo u ovoj godini imati u statistici puno skuplje nekretnine koje su prodane pojedinačno, kazao je Milanović.

Što se tiče najskupljeg kvadrata stana u RS, Milanović ističe da ne čudi što je to na Jahorini, jer se Jahorina u zadnje vrijeme gradi.

Budući da se puno gradi, ali i kupuje, tako da i cijene rastu. Prošle godine je kvadrat na Jahorini vrijedio 5.000 KM, a sad već prelazi svotu od 3.000 eura, kazao je Milanović.

Kako je rekao, ne čudi podatak da su najskuplji stan i kuća prodani upravo u Banjoj Luci, jer je tu najživlje tržište, najviše se gradi, te se najviše nekretnina proda u gradu na Vrbasu.

Najskuplji stan u Republici Srpskoj tijekom prošle godine kupljen je u Banjoj Luci, a vlasnik je za takav stan od 171 metra kvadratnog s garažom i ostavom izdvojio vrtoglavih 379.611,65 KM (oko 195.000 EUR).

Podaci su to Republičke uprave za geodetske i imovinsko-pravne poslove RS za prethodnu godinu o cijenama prometovanih nekretnina u RS, pišu Nezavisne novine.

Cijena najskuplje prometovane kuće u RS prošle godine iznosila je 850.000 KM (435.000 EUR), također u Banjoj Luci, korisna površina kuće iznosi 142,4 metra kvadratna, a površina zemljišta uz objekt 291 kvadratni metar i izgrađena je 1980. godina, kažu u RUGIPP-u.

Ističu da je cijena najskupljeg kvadrata stana u RS u prošloj godini iznosila je 5.113,9 KM (oko 2600 EUR), te da je pitanju stan površine 43,486 kvadrata, a nalazi se na Jahorini.

Najviša cijena građevinskog zemljišta u Republici Srpskoj evidentirana je u Trebinju i iznosila je 3.892.000 KM za zemljište površine 9.910 metara kvadratnih, pojasnili su iz RUGIPP-u.

Dragan Stanković, v.d. direktora RUGIPP-a, kazao je za Nezavisne novine da je lani u Registru cijena nekretnina RS registriran 14.771 kupoprodajni ugovor, u kojima je prometovano ukupno 30.258 nekretnina.

Ukupna ostvarena cijena u tim ugovorima iznosi 895.381.077 KM, rekao je Stanković.

RUGIPP od početka 2017. godine na teritoriju cijele RS evidentira sve kupoprodajne ugovore na osnovu kojih se vrši promet i knjiženje nekretnina.

Evidentirani podaci iz kupoprodajnih ugovora koji se odnose na cijenu, površinu i vrstu nekretnine od 29. studenog 2017. godine javno su dostupni na službenoj web stranici Uprave.

Sa stanovišta Registra cijena nepokretnosti, lani je zabilježen rast broja kupoprodajnih ugovora za oko 20 posto i rast ugovorenih cijena od oko 50 posto, a povećan je i broj zainteresiranih lica za izvještaje i podatke Registra cijena nekretnina, čime su prepoznati rezultati, uloga i značaj evidencije, kazao je Stanković.

Dragan Milanović, direktor Agencije “Remax” Banjaluka, kazao je za Nezavisne novine da se radi o realnim cijenama po kojima su nekretnine prošle godine prodate.

Ta cijena koja je bila prošle godine, kada gledamo iz ovog kuta, ispada povoljna i sigurno je da ćemo u ovoj godini imati u statistici puno skuplje nekretnine koje su prodane pojedinačno, kazao je Milanović.

Što se tiče najskupljeg kvadrata stana u RS, Milanović ističe da ne čudi što je to na Jahorini, jer se Jahorina u zadnje vrijeme gradi.

Budući da se puno gradi, ali i kupuje, tako da i cijene rastu. Prošle godine je kvadrat na Jahorini vrijedio 5.000 KM, a sad već prelazi svotu od 3.000 eura, kazao je Milanović.

Kako je rekao, ne čudi podatak da su najskuplji stan i kuća prodani upravo u Banjoj Luci, jer je tu najživlje tržište, najviše se gradi, te se najviše nekretnina proda u gradu na Vrbasu.

Luduju cijene kvadrata diljem regije: velika pomama za nekretninama u blizini omiljenog skijališta mnogih Dalmatinaca, kvadrat ‘skočio‘ na 3000 eura

Najskuplji stan u Republici Srpskoj tijekom prošle godine kupljen je u Banjoj Luci, a vlasnik je za takav stan od 171 metra kvadratnog s garažom i ostavom izdvojio vrtoglavih 379.611,65 KM (oko 195.000 EUR).

Podaci su to Republičke uprave za geodetske i imovinsko-pravne poslove RS za prethodnu godinu o cijenama prometovanih nekretnina u RS, pišu Nezavisne novine.

Cijena najskuplje prometovane kuće u RS prošle godine iznosila je 850.000 KM (435.000 EUR), također u Banjoj Luci, korisna površina kuće iznosi 142,4 metra kvadratna, a površina zemljišta uz objekt 291 kvadratni metar i izgrađena je 1980. godina, kažu u RUGIPP-u.

Ističu da je cijena najskupljeg kvadrata stana u RS u prošloj godini iznosila je 5.113,9 KM (oko 2600 EUR), te da je pitanju stan površine 43,486 kvadrata...
